Seriously don't download this. Once you enter your number you always keep getting calls from random strangers, you want this, you want that, really annoying. Just Don't.
I have booked so many travel tickets through the app. Last year there were a lot of trips that were made by me and my family and every few weeks, one of us would end up travelling. I like how easy the steps are and how quick the process is. Also, I think it is because of its minimalistic design that being on the app becomes more easier. I generally tend to get very tired looking at a screen and apps for a very long time. I somehow like the feel of being on this app. There is so much that I have not explored of this app and I'm beginning to stumble upon something new every other day. This is so cool guys!
My experience is still going on.. And it's very bad.. Customer service is very bad.. While taking money.. The process seems to be very simple.. But while terminating the contract , they just fool you in this and that and end result is you are back to square one. I have written hundreds of mail and I called so many times.. But no one seems bothered.. I have been giving them notice 3 months prior to terminate.. Still no reply.. Very bad.. Very bad

The best thing about this app is that it has kept on evolving over the year the interface has kept on evolving over the year . The service are displayed rominently on the home screen and you can scrool easily to the button is what makes the aap so easy tu use . The information you have requested for can be sent to you through email in singh click .
I have been using this application since quite some time now and am impressed by the progress it has made. The user interface only keeps getting better and user- friendly. I really like the idea of displaying all the services on the home screen and allowing the option of scrolling to the bottom. The customer service has always been very helpful and prompt which has enhanced my user experience. I have been a regular user of the Justdial Lite app and what I really like about it is the fact that it is actually a lite app as it claims. It offers just so many features without actually taking up space on the phone. I do not need any other app to book flight tickets, order food, pay my bills or book services of a salon, plumber or pest control. This one has just made my life so easy. My parents too use the app and find it very convenient to use.
i had very bad experience with just dial . After paying for 1 year* just dial* "advertisement " i asked them to discontinue my advertisement. The sales manager mr. Astik is turning a deaf ear towards my request and giving silly reasons. After trying for 2 months the customer care service is not responding. Its total waste of money for me , the app is enefficient and cant inactivate ecs from bank. from my point of view after paying money ...its not worth..and i will not recommend just dial.
This app is a one-stop solution for all the needs. You can recharge your phone, pay your bills, order food online, book your flight tickets. I use the app whenever I need service personnel for my house to repair anything. All the services that I have ever used have only been great experiences and it is within minutes of booking that the service men arrive. It has made a world of difference to me and I am completely dependent on JD Lite.
The app has a list of services curated for convenience. I don't find any other app as useful as this. My entire family uses it including my parents. You can order food online, book movie tickets, pay bills, book train and flight tickets, shop online, read blogs and articles on social, check the reviews of friends for businesses, and and what not! So overall it is a great app for everyone as it brings so much of ease in everyday life.
Superb services! I have not come across an app that has so much to offer and is yet so simple to use. I mostly use the app either to find good places to eat at or to get all my bills paid. Thanks to the articles the app has been showcasing on their platform called jd social, I have been able to get a better idea of the different and of course new places I can visit and eat at in town. A foodie never really gets tired of trying good food. The option of paying bills on the app is really good and quite fast. Having everything in one place de-clutters your phone and saves a great amount of space too.

There is not a single pice of information that I have wanted and not found on this application I keep my friends updated about my whereabouts using check-in feature chat with ur buddies with the help of this feature chatt on whatsapp with bussines and get all the details u may require the new user interface is extremely simple and innovate and display all the services in home screen
No privacy. I just searched for water proofing solutions, and did not click on any of the results, and I was getting n number of calls from the solution providers, continuosly. This is how business work ??
The app is not working properly, everything it's like We have to uninstall and then install it... this is the third time I'm uninstalling and installing it with in three days from the day I have started using it... Otherwise the app is helpful in finding places...
It's not showing login with google button, meanwhile actual version of Justdial was showing that and clearly I was signing in with that only, but after uninstalling actual version, I installed lite version as I was being concerned about storage. Ended up into hell :(
App need to update properly, it is continuously showing wrong information on every page. Business listings shows different different number for the same listing each time I am reloading, when I try to call customer. It redirect me to some other page.
I have got this app downloaded for my parents. Their age doesn't allow them to get out of the house as frequently as they would like to. But there are a number of jobs that need to get done and since I am unable to always be present they needed to have a way to get these things done. Now they have all the electricity bills, water bills and phone bills paid very easily through the app. It actually has taken a lot of worry off our shoulders. We have also been able to find good pest control service companies within our area, who did a very good job when we requested for their services. The app is so very useful.
Not a good app, no matter how hard you try it won't sign,Reported many times to the company about this but the company did not make any sense,They just have to earn money from you, there is no point in inconvenience to the customer. no one will regret downloading it. How many times developers have reported this, but they do not care, fix these bugs of the user's key.
One of the worst service they provide for business . When they call us for the business services they tell us different story . When we want to cancel the contract they say we need to pay for 1year then only we can cancel the contract. They don't provide the leads . Worst company worst service.
When I moved into my new house the first thing I had to get was the leaking pipe in the bathing room and the Wifi. Because I was new to the place I wasn't really sure who to ask or take as a reliable source. I called up one of my friend's who lived on the other side of the city and he said that I should try out the jd app. I have had it on my phone for a while but never really explored it. Within a matter of two hours I had a plumber and someone to install the Wifi in the house knocking on my door. This was the first time I used the app and it was amazing. It hangs a little but that's okay.
Stupid app, brainless programming, its not let me to log in my previous account , while trying to access with same phone number, its creating new account, and there is no option to delete the account.. so bad app.
Pathetic app. Just makes money by sending our contact details to vendors....... you search for 1 contact number and you will start receiving messages from all providers of that service and you will end up in just picking up and answering their calls...... very bad and really frustrating. Didn't expect an app like just dial to do this. Will have to Uninstall the app because of such issue
