JustFly is a ripoff. Air Canada has cancelled my flight and they are not charging fair difference for future travel for the passengers to use their credit. However, because I booked through JustFly, Air Canada cannot do anything about it. JustFly is charging me $35 if I want the full credit even though the flight is cancelled. Secondly, I have to pay the fair difference as well. This is insane! I had other flight bookings from other travel agents like, cheap-o-air, and they are way better!!!

JustFly is the absolute worst booking service that exists. They do not exist to help you. I would recommend to everyone looking for booking and best price booking to not use this site. Due to covid I had 4 flights canceled. They only gave me travel credits for two of the flights. It is impossible to actually use the travel credits through the app and through the website. I have tried calling for an agent multiple times to book a new flight and the call just ends. Terrible service. Do not use.

It won't let me log into my account through the app! I can sign in just fine on the computer and mobile web browser. But no matter how many times I use the correct email and password, I can't sign in on app. The point of the app was to easily access my flights etc. FAIL

Worst costumer services, long wait time to connect to someone, cs representatives have know idea what they are doing and there's an enormous language barrier (don't understand english most of the time). Would not recommend using justfly service ever. Just get your tickets directly and you'll save more money, but if you ended up purchasing tickets through them and need to change a date or something, just contact the airlines directly and you'll save bunch of time and won't be frustrated

AVOID AT ALL COST. I booked a flight on here for Delta $1388 round trip. Only to be hit with " your total comes up to $1653" before booking. I still booked cuz I needed to go home. Something came up so I had to cancel. Upon getting a hold of customer service, the guy I was talking to said my credit card on file couldn't be processed for my refund. And said there was a $75 handling fee, cool. Asked me if I had another card to be charged. I gave my debit, $75×23 was charged on my debit/credit.

Ridiculous! Skip this company! Just to change a typo in my name, in our $1k booked flights, they forced us to cancel the flights and charged us a fee for cancelling. One letter change that's it. We didn't want to cancel our flights but they refused to change one letter typo. Never using them again. That's how they treat their customers. This company is a money grab and that's it. They will be out of business soon.

Horrible app. Can't login. Cant reset password. Always says URL expired. Cant search by booking number. It is worse then useless! It literally will not do ANYTHING correct or even allow me to log in and see my booking. I am really starting to get scared about buying my tickets through this company.

Shows flights that are not available constantly. The last 3 flights I attempted to book showed a better price available than any other site, you fill out all your information and when you press confirm booking it tells you the price is no longer available. This happens constantly. Dishonest and horrible app.

They left me stranded on a round trip with one stop, on the way back. They blamed the airline. Customer service out in a country where they don't care and tell you to stop calling. They even tell you to tell the airline to just let you get on a plane on them, for "justfly" mistake. Will never use again. They even fought me when I disputed the credit card charge. I had to appeal until I got reimbursed for the justfly failure!

Enter your flight dates. Press "search". Wait for flippin' ever to get your results. Just sit back, watch the spinny thing and hope it's hasn't forgotten about you, or locked up. I mean how much work would it take the developers to give you some ideas that it's actually still doing something. Maybe as simple as "JustFly had searched 1,580 flights", and update that number every 10 flights you've searched. As it is, I wait what I think is a reasonably amount of time, and eventually give up.

Terrible... I purchased a flight through Justfly. The day before my flight the airline canceled. I requested a full refund for my ticket. They refused to get me a refund. They only wanted to offer a credit with that airline. I can not use the credit with any other airlines. Silver Airlines... I have contacted them many times trying to resolve the situation but I continue to get nowhere. This has been going on now for months... Do not use Justfly... Contact the airline directly.

The customer service experience is horrible, they cancel my flight due to Covid19, fine. But I've lost my card and got a replacement card, they told me many times they cannot change the payment method. I'm not buying anything else with them.

I booked a flight which got canceled even though they had already taken the money out of my account. They accidentally charged me twice for the flight there. So I tried booking it again not realizing my money was already taken out. At this point I have 5 pending charges and they said it would take 10 days to return and no flight.

If they had a 0 rating ... The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Booked a flight months ago, airline cancelled them over a month ago, they never told us. We tried to get a human to talk to, as their automated service does not handle this situation, and after trying for hours we had to give up and call the airline to beg for change with minimal cost. Justfly did literally everything wrong. Thanks to Delta for understanding and allowing a change at low cost. AVOID JustFly!!

I would rather eat @$#% than ever use this service. When I booked a flight they confirmed that baggage was included (1+1). When I confirmed with the airline they said there was no baggage and it will cost another $160 for two bags. Justfly is evil and will not help in any way after you buy. BUYER BEWARE!

I would give 0 stars but there isn't an option for that rating. Horrible service, flight changed to leave me with a 24 hour layover in Chicago which was origionally supposed to be only 2 hours without any notice. I'm on hour 8 of 24 now...only 16 hours to go, thanks JustFly, I will NEVER use your service again, and I recommend that others do the same.

I wish I have read these reviews before booking flight. I book for Feb 9 and the reservation I receive was for March 09 . The email that I received was in junk so I check after three days and submit request to change it. They want me to pay extra $330 to change it. I schedule a call back and I never receive call and they charge me $330 without my authorization. Any way I schedule call back again and I receive four calls and all from wrong department. I'm going to sue this company for scamming

if it's too good to be true it probably is . after two weeks of watching the prices being steady I finally bought the flight. my purchase got canceled within minutes and when I got back online right away the same flights were twice the price. Bought my tickets on Priceline

This company has a horrible reputation of running scams. I've been done before, if though want to speak to someone that actually speak English. Good luck! They issued me a credit for a flight. When I went to use it on the same flight dates, they couldnt honor it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was advised they would tell me same and refused. I spent many thousands with them NEVER AGAIN. If you want a company that stands by what they say, go to another JUST FRY will NOT.

Worst experience ever happened. I urge travelers to not use justfly. They will turn your vacation or or your travel to nightmare. They really don't care about you after you pay them. If your flight canceled, they will play with you for days and than , they tell you sorry we don't have anything to offer you as we don't have any availability. But the truth they resale your ticket for a higher price. Moreover, they will never let you speak to a supervisor.

DON'T BUY TICKETS ON JUSTFLY.COM My brother booked an international ticket through JUSTFLY.COM today. But, after showing my COMFIRMED ticket and DEDUCTING money from my account, they told me your booking is canceled WITHOUT ANY REASON. Now, they are NOT even ready to take RESPONSIBILITY and HUNG-UP on me after waiting for 2 hours on call. They SCREWED all my plans and I just LOST money on other non-refundable air tickets I bought to connect that flight, simply because of THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

It's terrible never waste your time and money because you won't get it, customer service is terrible, you will never get through once you pay, before you pay you get connected first and once you pay, you will never get through, I wish they was 0 ( zero ) star I would have given them, they don't deserve a star at all. This place is a joke. We got a plane ticket for my niece to come home for Christmas. A week ago we changed the day she was coming got the confirmation number and everything. At 2:00 a.m. the day of that she was supposed to leave they canceled it. We gave them money we got a confirmation number and everything. Then we get an email at 2:00 a.m. this morning saying they've been desperately trying to contact us when they didn't even try once. Why would they cancel at 2:00 a.m.?! The day of?!
