Received the key no problem and used to unlock the door, but have no idea how to re lock the door, there is no information about this on the app and I cant seem to find anything online either.

Very bad app don't find any lock so you cant get in avoid any hotel or caravan that forces use of this app unless u enjoy the adventure of being locked OUT

Unable to get a new key for my building. Couldn't get in this morning and had to have someone else let me in. Still waiting on a new key so I can leave without having someone follow me around to let me in to places. Don't know if it is the app or the building manager that needs to renew the key, but very inconvenient, it should be set by something else and not expire every week. There should be a manual badge reader as well so if something like this happens you can still go to work.

Definitely impressed with the app and the convenience it brings. It Would be great if there was an app for smart watches. This would allow runners/joggers to leave their phones and keys at home. (Already streaming music from watch to headphones, so having the key on the watch would remove all bulk).

This was introduced to control the locks at my home and place of employment. The app is terrible and frequently requires 3 or 4 attempts to unlock the door. People seem to get locked out every day or two. The app plays a ridiculous video showing how to put your phone next to the sensor every time you use it. I wound up getting a fob for my home and other facilities, but unfortunately this is not an option for the office. I don't know how you could possibly make an app that's worse than a fob.

I have an android phone and this app never saves my key for my home. So when I do get locked out I'm stuck waiting forever for someone to pick up the emergency line to help me. This app doesn't even give you an option to save a place or key. It has three things on it which are unhelpful to say the least

Decent app but has a few problems -Android widget doesn't work. You place it on the home screen, then it opens the app. But it never saves on the home screen. -WearOS app would be extremely useful -occasionally takes a few tries to connect to a door

I'm impressed with the reliability of this mobile key platform especially compared to others we've used. Even without cellular data we can access doors on the property. My family actually enjoys locking and unlocking the doors as we come and go. When we had regular keys, the kids always left the doors unlocked. Our house is so much more secure because it's actually fun to lock the doors!

Old Keys are still shown as valid until the expiry date even though they are blacklisted when a new key is issued. Keys do not download in the background. Almost every day it takes me multiple attempts to open my door.

Poor app. Does not have widget for simple click and ready to use. App requires after start to hit button. Simplycity would be after start of app is immediately ready to use. We don"t want to do unecessary clicks.

After receiving notification on the new key but still couldn't get pass the "Getting key..." phase, kept refreshing but its written "Couldn't get updated key" for the whole day now, it's not working well.

Haven't used it yet. Using it to get gate access to some hunting grounds. It wouldn't let me select canada as my country w by en setting up for some reason. That's kind of annoying. Hopefully that doesn't matter.

Very buggy on a Samsung s9+. Problems that an app with a goal like this should have. Ends up being more inconvenient than just having a key on you.

Hi, 1) Does this app only works if my smartphone is having NFC option available? 2) Having only bluetooth connectivity and not NFC wont work unlocking relevant products? Kindly let me know about this. Thanks!

Sends me the code, while simultaneously eliminating the screen to enter said code and showing "no keys available". This app is pathetic.

I've been unable to register my number with this app. I'm unable to properly select my country (Canada) when registering my phone number as it defaults to the US (I can't select Canada at all). It seems like as a result of this discrepancy, my building manager has been unable to register my phone number since their system (properly) identifies my number as Canadian .

Works quite well. Real life saver when your keys not around. We have a condo building with 150 units and it was deployed without issue. Great Job guys!!

Widget does not function. Can not even drop widget into place, it just opens the app! Works on iPhone but not Android 🙄

Galaxy S10 user and the NFC works great after updating. This is great technology! very good support too!

Can't seem to get it to work with my apartments key fob. Running Android 9 on the PH-1 by Essential.

After reinstalling the app I find that it works virtually all the time. Good job.

Irritating video built in thats of a old style lock and cannot be disabled.

I have tried multiple times to activate the keys...but the code just wouldn't come . I am stuck

Update code verification when internet is turned on if code is sendt when internet is turned off or not available on device
