Great app, works well and easy to use once payment method and car set up. One little thing, brought new car and transferred number plate from old car to new car but cannot change car details in app, as it still thinks the number plate is on the old car. Just Park says as long as the car that is parked has the correct number plate it doesn't matter if the make and model are different.🙂🚗🚘🚙

Been using JustPark since 2018 and always been happy with the service until recently. Problem 1: Driveway owners who allow more than one booking at the same time but don't make it clear. I arrive and find the other customer was not aware and has not allowed enough room for me to park. Problem 2: What's with the extra booking charge you now add at checkout? Surely you already get a percentage of the parking charge? Your help pages state that you only take the fee once. But this is not true.

Rubbish app. This used to be a great app but over the past few months I've had enough and won't be using it again. When you begin a parking session the app checks your payment method is valid by charging £1 which it used to automatically reverse. At the end of the parking period you get charged the relevant fee which includes the use of the app. Recently the app had stopped reversing the £1 validity check. I have several that haven't been reversed by JustPark, who tried to blame my bank.

Just returned to my vehicle to find a parking charge notice on the windscreen. Used the app many times before. Trusted it up until now. I 'tapped to start booking' successfully and went about my business. This app usually runs in the background but today for some reason the booking just disappeared. No history of it at all and it cost me. So be wary when using this this. Will be using coins from now on unfortunately.

Used JustPark once, for a multi day booking. The parking space was unavailable when I arrived. Twice. Had to find alternative parking as needed to get to train. Tricky and stressful. In subsequent communication the host lied about the space being available. I did get my money back but the app complaints team made that a long drawn out trial paying in three payments. However they renegued on an affirmation that payment for the extra cost would be given. I won't be using them twice.

This app has a few bugs. Came back to my car after 1/2 hour and there wasnt any active parking on the screen, I had assumed it had stopped it itself. 3 hours later I received a notification saying it was coming to the end of the chargeable period. So ended up paying for 3 hours. Not huge amount of money but very annoying.

The system is bizarrely clunky, confusing and complicated to set up, and then fails to complete payment. I switch to phone payment, at a premium, and then start getting notifications through the app. How! Please, just let people pay by card at the machine!

The app is okay. However the service is rubbish. If you don't mind the inconvenience of having to hunt around for the space you booked, then trying for hours to contact the owner because it's occupied or non-existent, then giving up and parking in a normal car park, whilst having to chase multiple times for a refund from JustPark, then this is for you. Otherwise, keep well away - you have been warned!!!

Easy to set up and use. Better value than the parking meters. Great to see after 1st hour passes you are charged by the minute as opposed to a set price. Small savings but if you use parks a lot then the saving is better. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Don't forget to "slide to stop parking" or you'll get a reminder at the end of the parking day to say you've not yet finished parking and will incur the fee even though you were long gone.

Please be wary of this App, it is not straight forward!! The loading issue causes a delay and you can not be sure payment is being processed. You have to keep on checking. I got fined £100 by private parking company, tried to appeal explained I use this car park 3 times a week and it was an App issue. Appeal was rejected. Highly disappointing as payment was loading and didn't want to make payment twice and pay by phone also. Hugely disappointed. Eventually it did go through but 24 mins 2 late

Great app for sorting cheap convenient parking. Easy to use, Never had a problem with any bookings and it's saved me a fortune in cash and an unquantifiable amount of stress. Really good.

Really difficult to navigate and only gives up to 6 hours or else monthly... I needed 10am til 8pm Needs a good overhaul... Im just gonna drive to Blackpool and pay a car park.... Clunky app that vexed me. Needs satellite view, easy click on where to park with better time slots then payment I just could not navigate this sorry

Fantastic app, found what I needed straight away, easy to use, navigation got me straight to the spot. Changes to booking were simple and quick to navigate. 1st time using and will definitely use again and recommend.

Garbage Perhaps the app works or has but if you forget your password the send reset password only goes back to the app and is useless. After many multiple attempts through app and website I called and Just Parks advice was to.uninstall the app, go to website and reset your password, then reinstall the app after password is reset. If your trying to park out in the real world this is an impossible task and Just Park can't help any further. Well over 45 minutes later I am.still without parking.

Very useful. However, the transaction fee is ridiculous. We've noticed prices going up generally, so you can assume that there are membership fees for letters which have increased, so why add a booking fee as well ?! A bit of a joke to be honest.

I was happy using this app for the last 7-8 months. I pay for a monthly space on a rolling direct debit with 0 issues up until now. I've now recieved 3 PCNs in 3 days even though normal payment was taken last week for the space. The owner of the space can confirm i've paid and i've got reciept of purchase, but i've somehow been deleted from the system. JustPark are happy to appeal my PCNs for me, but have provided no help in resolving the actual issue. I dont intend on appealing 30 PCNs every month until the end of time. I need my original booking to actually appear on their system.

Awful app! Doesn't remember you or your details (credit card, car, phone no.) have to enter it all again, gets the wrong car description and charges you to use it anyway. Update, still useless, app won't let you update credit card details. Further update - 2 webchats with contradictory instructions, still failed

Very reliable app to secure parking space. In app communication. With the app you can do all your wishes adjust,re-booked,cancel or extend your booking. Great customer service. Real and sincere. Anywhere, anytime- parking made easy.

Dont have to worry about having cash or a card. No problems registering parking and a useful record of where I have parked, if there is a dispute. There are no problems I have encountered outside of poor signal areas, which is not down to the app. Altogether a positive experience.

Justpark has been a money saver. I have used the app from Scotland to Manchester. Always able to get parking at a great price very good places to park. Any problems have been sorted it out pronto. Once I got a parking ticket, I called them and it was resolved. Will always use justpark when I need to park.

Works well if you always use the same app. Unfortunately not all car parks use the same one and installing in sunlight for us older users is difficult. Also costs a little extra. Hope it's not going to get rid of cash payments.

Rubbish app. Ended up calling customer service to book it. Why are you forced into Google Pay when you don't want to use it? I don't see why you register a jump through hoops and hurdles just to park a car. Just found out that I have been charged twice!

Atrocious service. I arrived at to park in a space had reserved On arrival there was already a car parked in the space, I spoke with the space owner who simply said 'I dunno' and shrugged their shoulders. Subsequently, I had to pay to park elsewhere. I thought it would be a simple process to get a refund from Just Park, however, this hasn't turned out to be the case and not only am I out of pocket for this parking space but I also had to pay to park elsewhere, which cost significantly more.

I used the app for the first time today as I needed to park in an area notorious for lack of parking. It was easy to use, to find a parking space, and to extend my booking when the appointment I was attending got extended.

Very good app. Takes the pressure off finding spaces in advance. My only issue is the calendar when booking in advance. It keeps taking you out altogether and changing the hours when you don't need it to. It would be better to have a proper digital calendar where you click on the date and time instead of scrolling through only to be constantly having to go back in.
