You must activate your ticket as you are boarding and present to driver for validation. No scanning necessary! Mobile tickets expire 30 minutes after activating. Please do NOT activate in advance. App is awful! What's worse is that you're forced to download the app to get any information, and then the app links right back to the website. Multiple"buttons", or links, don't work. Scared to book a ticket for fear it will disappear somewhere into the ether and I'll have no ride, just frustration to show for this 30 minutes of my life that I'll never get back.
There is no option to purchase online. I do not need another app on my phone. I'm in the process of purchasing a train and plane ticket (both through websites without having to create accounts) and it is aggravating to have to go find my phone and download this app just so I can purchase a ticket. This makes my travel process much more difficult than it needs to be as my tickets are now in several formats. This app has been around for several years and is not advanced. The website is basic. 0/10
App is obsolete. This app should be removed from the store. App is obvoiously hitting the old servers and they have changed to a new ticketing backend. Just talked to customer "service" and they told me that the new system doesnt talk to the old system so the new system wont have your account info or history. "Just use the website."
Forced to download (so if you don't have a smart phone, good luck using this service I guess). And the app itself is clunky and constantly sends me back to the website. If the app sends me to the website, why do I need the app? Why not give the option to do it on desktop?
This app is as useful as a wet sock. And the website to match only directs to the app... at least you get a pair of wet socks with this garbled pile of inconveniences. Also, they'll only take your credit card but not PayPal or any other form of more secure online payment...
Bustang/C-Dot are great. This app is terrible. The only thing you can do on the app is buy tickets. Everything thing else directs you to the website which never works.
No matter what cities I select: "An error occurred. There are no tickets available to purchase." Had to go purchase from the bustang website instead.
Dang guys! What happened. The app doesn't work at all after the covid shutdown. No tickets available for purchase? I thought your company DID NOT SURVIVE. Turns out your app is just dead....come on!
I think it's really stupid that I have to download the app in order to buy my ticket on line. My only other option is to purchase a ticket in person. They should give the option to purchase a ticket on the website.
It's absolutely ridiculous that you're forced to use the app to buy tickets. Worse yet that the app itself sucks. This is a disgrace to programming and business.
Very easy way to buy and save tickets for future use, as long as you have an account you'll be able to buy and save a ticket for at least a few months
Groovy definitely recommend. Well + it's the only way to purchase tickets from GJ to GWS, which is where I'm headed. Can't do via website. Eh was quick easy worth it!
This is a pretty good at but can be confusing at first but all together at the service is pretty good and I'm glad to have an app for it!
I can't purchase tickets on this app or do anything useful. If Bustang is up and running again how come the same can't be said for this app?
I should NOT be forced to download your crappy app in order to use this service! this is so ridiculous! going to take greyhound the next time I need to run down to the springs smh
This mobile app has not worked since the Bustang restarted after the Covid shutdown.
They fumbled the ball once but overall it has been a great experience

Forced to use this app just to buy tickets. Screw everyone with a flip phone or computer I guess.
Useless. Buy a ticket that doesn't guarantee you a spot. Stand in negative temperatures for an hour waiting on a delayed bus. Get told there isn't room on the bus. End up paying $300 for Uber to Denver.

This is phenomenal because it's cheap and it's awesome
The online ticket purchase was simple and fast. Ticket activated upon boarding. Ride was comfortable, safe, and ontime. Very economical. Everyone knows that this is a city to city bus, and like all city busses, there is no space garuntees. But with proper planning, it works out well.
