I just opened this app and booked a car yesterday within few hours they cancelled my booking. What a total waste of time! If I didn't check the app at night, I would have been stranded for my next day trip! No courtesy to even inform that the booking has been cancelled, I hope they refund the money soon. What is the use of booking if they can cancel it at any point?! Worst service.

The vehicle I broke down in the middle of a forest. There are no checks for battery health etc before handing the vehicle over. The support system is the worst ever. There are no notifications for chat with support. Wait time is usually multiple minutes and basically you're supposed to stare at that screen and do nothing, because if you switch to another app, there'll be no notifications and they'll close the chat if you don't respond in a minute or two(you'll need to start over again)

The worst experience amongst all the other rental services. Cons of this particular rental service. -- Has an online platform for a better user experience but doesnt recognise digital id proofs.Wants a hard copy of an id. -- Doesn't adhere to the timings at which the ride is to be started. -- Has an app for booking, but car cannot be unlocked using the app. Has appointed men who were taking a lot of time for the process to get initiated.

I tried booking car on this app. 1. It's too difficult to book car on this app. 2. We don't get any help from there guys. 3. The price quoted by an agent was less then price on the app. When you get irritated by there late response they stop chatting with you. 5. They keep annoying you by sending emails and notification. 6 GO WITH ZOOMCAR. it's bit expensive but with zoomcar you won't face this issues. It took me 6 min to book a car with zoomcar and the information provided on app was accurate.

They lost it when they were justride and i guess changing name didn't help much either. Poor operational services either in terms of vehicle conditions or like vehicle availability shown on app but not available in actual. On top of that, worst customer service, your call might be getting connected to executive not less than 10 min any time of day, you won't know if you are on hold or not, executive are in themselves one challenging thing. App experience itself needs lot of improvement.

Had very bad experience with this app. Tried booking the car and it was booked successfully .But at the time of picking , they cancelled the ride saying vehicle is under maintenance . The same situation was experienced 2 times. During the second time of booking on the next day, tried to confirm the booking by calling them .Number was not available and again we had the same bad experience.

Never ever book from here. We booked a car, travelled all the way to there pick up centre. But there was no car for us, like why to show on the app or website if you don't have car. They didn't even arrange for a car we had to wait for 2 hrs to contact customer care service where no one was answering our call. We had to cancel our plan because of them.

The most horrible app ever. Do not ever plan your trip counting on their booking. This is my second experience where I have booked a vehicle and on the day of delivery it is informed that the vehicle is unavailable due to maintainance issue. Noone is ready to talk to you from the support team. Neither they respond to your emails for months. All the money paid to book the vehicle is kept on hold in wallet and they don't refund to your bank account. Never book from this app ever!!

WORST experience ever. Consider this rating as -1. I had already uploaded my original driving license photo and on reaching the pick up station these guys refused to accept my driving license because it was laminated and somehow they have this idea that a laminated license is not original. Go for zoom car, atleast you won't have to cancel your trip. Also they deducted 15% before refunding. So I have to pay for the service which I didn't use. Hats off to your service sir.

I would give a rating lower tan one if available. I had booked a car with them and planned everything accordingly. But when I went to collect the vehicle they say that the car does not have all documents. Very bad service would be better to book zoom etc even if it is slightly costly.

The pricing of late fee penalty is on the expensive side. The on-call customer support is extremely rude. The garage and the vehicle I got were too dusty and not well maintained. Had to return the first vehicle I got since it had engine problems in just a few hours of taking it out. The app isn't very user friendly either. What good is the service if the quality of it leaves you disappointed? Wouldn't recommend using Drivezy if there's an alternative.

Till now this has been a good place to book cars or bikes, need a lot of updation in terms of different scenarios of renting cars. Way better than zoomcar, had a very bad experience with drivezy decently when my car was cancelled after the ride started because the papers had expired and the customer care executive was rude and not helping. other than that ita been a comparatively good experience.

Worst experience ever. This app just books car and then cancels it at the very last moment. 2 hours before the pickup time, they call you and say that the car is undergoing some maintenance and ask you to call customer care to get a replacement for your booking. Then customer care executive says there are no other cars available in the entire damn city and then your booking gets cancelled. I also had to cancel my stay at the place I was going to visit. Loss of money and peace of mind

Really bad experience, installed it for the first time and I made the payment and the amount got deducted from my account but when I reached at the pick up point I opened the app and it doesn't show booking, but the amount got deducted. I sent message to the CC but there was no reply at all. I wasted my entire day because of this application. Never going to recommend drivezy to anyone.

Cheaper than other rental partners. Problem with the app is it will take very long time to process the transaction details when you go ahead an he book a car or bike and you can never be sure whether that would reflect in their server or not. Happened twice with me, had to come back without the booked vehicle because the transaction was not getting reflected in their server.. Weird..

I made a booking but it was cancelled due to unavailability of car that I chose. The amount was deducted from my bank account which was then added to my wallet. Later I spoke 6 7 times to the customer care to refund the amount to my bank wallet nothing was initiated. Now its been 3 months the amount is stuck in the wallet whenever I tried talking to the customer care every time they tells me that the amount will be credited within 7 working days but still it has not been resolved. I just want my money back. Worst experience. Never book from drivezy. Same issue I faced with zoomcar but the process was very efficient they returned back your deposit or other issue within 2 3 days. Chose wisely. Thank you

This app used to be good during 2018-19. I made 40 bookings (counted in my history) out of which 36 were either to or from airport rides. Their cost was the best at that time - as low as ₹469 for 50km when the same airport drop and pickup ranged from ₹800 to ₹1400 on Ola and Uber. I definitely benefited with their service. But by Jan 2020, their airport rides were stopped (the banner said airport rides will be back soon and still says so). That was the last update of this app. Now it's nothing.

Guys its a genuine advice that you don't book any vehicle from them.The cancel my ride before 20hour before and not giving and other alternative apart from cancel the trip. I had all the booking done for my trip from hotel to travel. And now they are saying that they can't help me find alternative. The same happened with mychoize but they gave upgraded car in return for same price.

Service, Quality of Cars, everything is excellent. The best part is that they have cars which are not the lowest end unlike other prominent car rental service providers. The service is also great. Once, I forgot to take my Pendrive from the car while dropping the car at airport . The staff named Rishi came to airport and gave it back. The trivial problem is that, while using the app, When you go back, the dates entered previously don't get retained.

worst experience. i have previously booked many times. while handovering the bike they ask for the license. i use to show in my mwallet. but they are asking to bring original Dl. i have called many times and waited an hour to talk with customer support there were no person to respond the call. and at last they cancelled the bike with some cancellation fee. bounce by metro bikes service is very good. compared to drivezy

After booking a ride,they proceed with the ride booking money gets deducted and when you go to collect you will get to know the service is not working,and no communication made before the day of ride.and now they haven't processed the refund. Worst part is they don't don't even bother to reply your customer contact number, or mail or in message no matter how many times you do. So please don't waste your time and money with this application. I still have to get 2 refunds from them.

I have had a pleasant experience in booking a car on this app, and the service by hub staff is also good. Only thing I am dissatisfied with is, even if drivezy provides 1 way airport drive in Bengaluru, it always shows an error message even if the drop/pickup point is a drivezy hub itself in Bellandur/HSR Layout. Developers, Please do not ask me to share a booking id for the issue over email, instead try booking a drive yourself to either of these venues & share a screenshot of the same.
