The app simply doesn't work. Lights don't come on. When another bundle (group), when switched on, the lights keep flashing while the other bundle of lights respond to bluetooth but won't switch on. And there is also no time to set the lights to switch automatically in the evening when I am not home.

Adjustment works fine. But I want my lights to switch on when I'm not at home for security reasons ie oh look no Xmas lights on so they must be out. As soon as bluetooth is lost timer does not work. This is not made clear. Timer is pointless. Well now it running up to Xmas and the app does not work at all. CRIMINAL.

I think i have found the issue everyone has had. The pin seems to have changed for the bluetooth how do we find how to get it paired again? What pins are there to try? The nice thing is you can just remove the plug for another and they work but its not ideal. As with everyone else they were good the first year

I was worried when I read the reviews and expected problems in this my third year of use. Been ok previously. Thanks to an earlier review I discovered thr pin is now 000000 but couldn't get lights to work. Then got a pop up saying location permission required. Gave permission and now working perfectly.

was working fine for a little while. now bluetooth transformer piece doesn't pick up nor wants to control. thankfully had bought some other lights that have a normal transformer (not sure if I'm using the right word) this unfortunately means we cant control the style or the brightness. will give higher stars once the issue is rectified.

When I originally bought these lights it took a while to connect but eventually worked. Stopped using the app after a while and now I've lost connection? Won't reconnect, and even when it was connected the app wasn't entirely responsive. Not good.. shame because I love these lights

Easy to set up. However the app should not require location services to be permitted. The app developer is obviously tracking your location. Try enabling then disabling Location Services if your normal preference is to have Location Services disabled... 4 out of 5 for that. You dont need to know where I am...

Last year worked fine. This year, like most of the other comments, it won't work at all. I eventually connected to Bluetooth with password 000000 but still no function whatsoever. Very poor.

Cannot add music, can't find instructions anywhere to tell you how to add music, the whole reason I bought the lights. I have emailed twice for help with no response. Have tried finding how on google... nothing. Very disappointing when lights cost so much.

Same problem as others, will not even connect to the lights transformer. Asks for location services to be turned on which they are then I can get no further. Please fix, this is very dissapoinring as the app looks that it should do exactly what I want and I purchased the transformer for this reason.

Connected after some trouble, lights intermittently flash off and on every few minutes. ##$ . disappointing ...... timer in app disappears and reappears very odd. JUTAI DEVELOPERS HELP PLEASE, UPDATE FOR APP WOULD BE GOOD 👍🏻

Bluetooth simply doesn't connect. When it did, I set the timer which only works intermittently. can't reconnect to change times.

App does not work, can see BT device but app can't, also requires permissions it does not need E g. Microphone. Spyware at worst, buggy at best. Please fix asap for Xmas.

Doesn't work in our phones at all. We added it into our phones but cannot connect. We are not trying at the same time, so very bad and useless app

The search icon is the magnifying glass in the light groups window, which lets you find the controller(s) and add them to a light group, allowing activation and control. Good fun, worked with 250 fairy light "low voltage" lytworx #22737 product rated at 6W at 31V out of the box. The 7.2W maximum and 31V AC rating of the controller dictate the maximum number of LEDs you can control. Manufacture date on my controller is 20/5/2017

If you are having trouble syncing bluetooth password is 000000 and you need location on in app permissions. Then it will actually work

Permissions need to be added manually. Needs microphone permission to work. Very ugly with lots of typos in text but otherwise works ok.

This app is good, but could do with a little polishing especially around automating the android permissions setup. Anyway the lights work great really happy.

This app is ridiculous, it doesn't work. We paid over $800 for 8 sets to be linked together with Bluetooth and managed by an app that doesn't work.

Slight drama connecting with Phone, finally connected without using password, (don't know how). The timer is working well and having no problems, thanks

Despite app asking for location service to turned on, did this and app still won't connect. Useless friggin app. Yes, I've triple checked that instructions have been followed, still not useable....

These lights cost me a lot of money and I'd hoped to use them for more than one year but that's a bit hard when the app no longer works! Christmas tree ruined, thanks very much

Instructions fairly clear. Once location sorted set up two sets of lights perfectly. Great fun.

That app keeps crashing rendering it useless. But last year it worked perfectly. Please rectify this developer/s

Tried to use the timer feature, but it only works when my phone is near the power supply. Pretty useless 😕

Unable to connect lights with either my mobile or tablet, it asking for a pin number.I enter numbers but then asks for a letter as well.if this cannot be fixed I have wasted £35. Please reply A.S.A.P

Terrible app, only connects to my lights if my phone is directly next to the plug, making my lights unusable for what I bought them for.

I was unable to pair lights. Bluetooth asked me to input PIN. I tried 0000, 1234 & 123456 and none were recognised. How do I find the correct PIN!!??

Similar BT connection problem. Does not work on my android phone. However works on iPhone.
