JW Event

I was having problems with email verification and sign in. I had power saving mode enabled on my android phone and also block background data was enabled. Once I disabled these on my phone I was able to get email verification and sign into the app. Seems to be working good now.

l logged out of JW Event and unfortunately l can not sign in again. I followed the instructions but l keep getting an error message saying 'this login link has been used or it has expired. Could please advise what to do. I do have assignments with two different departments and I'm bit anxious not being able to login. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Assigned schedules are not rm easy to find and comprehend. Could have used a calendar view or at least the ability to push the schedule to a preferred calendar. Not used by everyone which causes scheduling conflicts. Why the need to uninstall / reinstall the app to see scheduling updates?

I have installed and uninstalled a few times now but app won't work. I get the same message each time the JW Event app opens, it keeps stopping at start up. I was hoping to use next week when at the International convention.....

I am a delegate in Poland and can not sign in on my android phone. I downloaded it on my tablet, but I don't want to constantly have my tablet while touring the city. On my phone it says I am verified, but I still cannot sign in and I have had it resend the email several times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Please help before our touring starts tomorrow.

Crashes or doesn't allow for log in. Worked the first time, but every time since it won't log in or crashes. Otherwise, great update to the app.

I love this app so much cause one time I was tempted to post things on Instagram etc and I felt uncomfortable but now I have this app I can post things for people who I know and trust, i also feel more comfortable. It helps me stay spiritual and have a good impact on others.

I am glad to know about the different things happening with the international event. But the information feels general. I would like to have access to more photographs, and the activities as they're being developed. though I'm not a part of a lot of the activities, I would like to feel like that apart it by cheering you on, while I wait to receive my assignment.

I was part of both Miami's international evening gatherings and it only allows me to get to the Spanish gallery where there are no pictures at all but does not le me access the gallery at the English where all the pictures are in. Please fix do to our jobs there we didn't have the time to see the show and it would be nice to be able at least to see our pictures. Thank you in advance

Excellent and helpful app. Not sure where to file bug reports: home > about > privacy > [go back] > [go back] > it brings you to an unfinished home page that has a block for favourites and is different than the original homepage

Great app! Nice features and details. But every time I open the gallery tab, the app closes immediately and sometimes its also jittery.

Needs optimization, some sections are jittery when scrolling through the text. Maybe use notification feature when content has been updated or added to improve the experience.

Haven't used it yet cuz I'm having difficulty trying to communicate with these people cuz the situation I'm in so I'm assuming it's a good idea but right now we're covered in a whole lot of events going on so everything's on YouTube so I'm going to put the best Stars cuz I think the best of these people but that's about the size of it think I'm just going to sign out and let it go and pick up this history later

im so happy with the amount of information available. This really made it a lot easier for my family upcoming international trip especially since we never been to that country before.

Once I learned the app it was most useful. We wished we had learned the app sooner as we would have stayed longer one our trip. Very convenient!!

Cannot log-in. Despite numerous 'Email resend' attempts, each time I try to log-in I receive the same 'Cannot log-in' message with advice to check network connection (which is working).

The app works as intended but seems to slow down heavily when trying to access the "What's New" tab.

I never imagined that I'd have an app at my disposal to educate and guide me through the international convention. You brothers thought of everything! The app love never failed!

Sadly, I couldn't get any information, create a login or do anything with the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Deleting the app for now. Maybe I'll try again when I buy another mobile phone. Not sure if the issue is with my device or not.

Very organized and helpful with any update or information you need on the event. Multi language friendly. Wonderful global organization of loving people.

Thanks for the app. However, whenever I select "schedule", the app crashes.

Really good app. I would like to receive notifications whenever a new article is added to the"What's New" section. I have to keep checking to make sure I don't miss anything.

The beauty of all the places, the rich history and the art work are outstanding. It makes one yearn to be in those surroundings for eternity. Jehovah has blessed us overabundtly with such a warm loving organization and brotherhood and spiritual feasting we are to experience. Thank you for such a nice app to see so much.

Have installed and Uninstaller many times. even factory reset device,and still won't work. I have a Samsung devices. Are they not compatible with app?

My mother and I are really excited about the convention. We also appreciate this app and the time and effort it took to produce it. The only issue is that my mother cannot login into the app. Could it be necause she has a Yahoo! account?

The app won't accept my email log in. I've uninstalled and installed it again. What can I do? It's a wonderful idea, though!
