It's ok...my main problem is their, sort of, 'bait and switch'. They promote a discount price to get you to join, BUT if you actually want to CONTACT someone, you have to pay an additional fee, which doubles the "discounted" price...THATS NOT RIGHT.
First of all you have to upgrade so people can respond to the choices. It seems as over half of the people haven't responded in over 2 years. There pictures are just kept there so it appears as if there are more choices. There are tons of people with really no profiles or pictures. No way to know if they are even real people. Most likely they are not. I only got one response from them. They gave me a good luck speach and said they were leaving the service. But they were sure to mention that it
Writing is virtually unreadable being too small and light. I get notifications that dont exist. There are numbers on top of the App but dont go away even when you open the App and look at everything you can. Just false notifications that wont go away. Useless. Updates even when i do them cobtinues to ask you to update going in circles. Not allowing you to get to the inside. This site needs large amoubts of work.
text is too light, pictures are cut off not centered in initial intro, pics can be sideways, there are people who are deceased, people totally inactive ..6/28 addendum.. and to further emphasize the point of lack of quality and interest in fixing or enhancing its product...the original review was posted..6/24...2day its 4 days later...do you see any response from representatives of company? no there hasnt been..yes they started a wonderful thing...and people are still meeting etc...but..
It's offering me an upgrade that I can't install right now. The current version keeps opening to a page asking me to confirm a photo that I upload a year ago, with no way to get out of that screen but to close the app.
Very poor functioning app. Skipping people does nothing as it shows you these same people repeatedly. App is slow to respond and move thru each menu.
Very poor filtering features. Can't show only those I haven't liked, can't see even an indication for it. Also seeing duplicate profiles
Presents contacts' profiles well. Only difficulty is in searching your own correspondence archives/message history ...no search tools. Only by sheer tedious manual page turning.
Update doesn't work so app doesn't work. New update and again doesn't work. 10/17 - once again an update is preventing the app from working. 11/25 working better 12-26 Doesn't work again
Won't work till you update, and doesn't let you update, so it doesn't work. Someone paid for a chat request which will end up timing out and he will be disappointed and JWeds bug is ripping him off.
The absolute worse app design ever. Needs to be updated consistently, and takes several tries each and every time. Sorry for my honesty...
Does not open properly and update does not work and cant continue after choosing gallery format( gallery or swipe! Does not "continue"! Stalls at this point! Want a refund
After skipping a profile, I NEVER want to see that profile again, unless I choose. Seeing the same profiles that I've skipped is really annoying.
Not a good service. No email notifications of new messages, bad customer service, dishonest billing. Recommend to stay away.
it is almost a few weeks I am not able to look at new NEW FACES .BECAUSE ON THE PAGE of NEW WEBSITE THAT IT SAYS. "( MAZAL TOV )" IS BLOCKING DOESN'T MOVE AND NOT ABLE TO GO THROUGH. I HAVE TRIED TO SENT EMAILS TO ( support...) can't be delived. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PROBLEM I HAVE AND fix it. please let me know.
App won't stop showing you the same profiles you've pressed skip on many times already.
POG (Piece of Garbage) password reset page doesn't load. So there's NO WAY to use it. It's already gone
Overall the app is nice but major improvements needed as it update slow, not all activity is showing, getting stuck sometimes
App screen frozen at "Free pass - just for you" "send unlimited ice breakers". Screen froze and does nothing.
App prompts to a new update when you press the button it takes you to the app store there it just hits you back to the app
Use to work, now ask to update and would NOT work. Uninstalled reboot cell, new install but still will NOT work....
Expensive and very limiting. It could have a minimum way to intersct with the other person

All American & Israeli. Very difficult with no international travel but wonderful to meet people

With all of the overwhelming negative reviews, what I don't understand is why it still works so poorly. Today is the first time I have used it. I would have preferred an option to come back to a profile as an alternative to "like". At best, it is a work in process. However, the photos on the app are far better than the photos on the laptop/desktop version. A friend turned down their offer to fix the bugs. Still pretty useless.
