K&H mobilbank

K&H mobilbank Android application allows you to access your bank accounts anywhere any time. You can check your balances, initiate intra-bank or extra-bank forint payment orders, modify the daily limits of your bankcards or find nearby K&H branches and ATMs. K&H mobilbank enables you to handle your daily finances with an enhanced security thanks to the built-in mobil-token, which also allows you fast and safe access to K&H e-bank.
What is K&H mobilbank application capable of?If you are not yet a K&H e-bank user you can still access the following useful functions by downloading the application: • K&H branch and ATM locator (with global positioning)• General information about K&H Bank (central address, mailing address, e-mail address, TeleCenter phone number)

If you are a K&H e-bank user, you access the following banking operations in the application:• modification of your daily cash withdrawal, purchase and virtual (online) transaction limit • launch domestic forint payments to any Hungarian bank account number• check your account balances and get detailed account information • debit and credit card details• fully manage your orders registered either in K&H mobilbank or in K&H e-bank: sign any unsigned items, check the status of signed items, delete pending payments or modify them if possible.• save frequently used accounts as payment partners• comfortable and safe login to K&H e-bank without even touching the keyboard of your computer• if you are also a business client at K&H Bank, you can easily switch among your private and your business accounts.

No further registration is needed to use K&H mobilbank, you can automatically use it with K&H e-bank access rights.

After downloading, the service has to be activated before the first login. The activation can be completed using the username and password set in K&H e-bank, or with the eID and ePIN you got when you requested electronic channels rights. If none of them are available, you can also launch the activation process in e-bank.During the activation you have to set an mPIN code. This will later be used to login, e-bank login and transaction signing.

Technical requirements: Requires Android 4.1 or later operating system version.

The app has been changed on 2021.07.12. to not be usable on any rooted device. This has been done without any official notification(mail/email/phone), which from a bank is unacceptable. I don't agree to completely deny access to anyone using rooted device. If there are multiple warnings to the user about "potential risk of using rooted OS" on starting the app should be more then sufficient.

Blocks access after one bad password try, forces you to go to the bank if you want to log into your account again. Not up to new standards. Edit: I remember it, but the automated system deleted it and won't let me log in, again forcing me to either go to the bank or do a video call. It's really weird that in 2022 you still have to do things like this to have access to your own money.

The ticket system is unpredictable. One time I can buy the ticket, one time it just loads and the ticket amount is withdrawn, one time I can buy the tocket but when I would board the bus the app won't start and I'm fined. It's annoying as hell. Fix it

Basic features, GUI is nice but slow. Many improvements needed, e. g. cannot handle many Hungarian caracters and the stupid software simply does not care to elaborate which caracters particularly it cannot handle out of those I just wrote during money transfer. Software is quite stable but also rudimentary. Froze a few times but not that tragic. However, there is no output possibility for e. g. saving completed transfers in PDF or other format. Basic features only, as I wrote before.

finger log in was working. Now it does not work. (inside the system it ignores fingerprint for "yes/continue" but accepted it if pressed "cancel", but actually did the "yes/continue" function. (a simple but big user interface error). Otherwise it is a good application. (ah, it hops between different currency accounts sometime, you are checking transactions in your Forint account & suddenly you are looking at transactions in your Euro account. :-( )

Wow, that's awesome! Adding your cards to the Google play is a huge step! Now, you just need to change back your actual cards to a better design. This "minimalist" design card made me seriously want to change bank. The new cards looks like something what I made it at home. Difficult to read, ugly design. Why had to fix what wasn't broken? Your cards were absolutely gorgeous before!

It isn't terrible compared to other hungarian banking apps (but that may tell more about the segment than this app), it's also relatively easy to use. It could do with a bit more modern UI and dark mode but these are more like wishes or nice-to-haves. What it really needs is more features (downloading bank statements, managing loans and "csoportos beszedési megbízás"), I really think that in 2020 you should be able to do everything from the mobile app that the web interface can do!

Works flawlessly, easy to use. Now it is possible to add cards to google pay, I have no complaints. (Original review:Mobilebank is great, mobile wallet is terrible. Quite a hassle to pay with your phone. Even if you have fingerprint sensor you have to type in the 4 digit code. Huge inconvenience and destroys the purpose of the "pay with your phone" option. It is not possible to add non k&h cards to it but you can't use google pay with k&h cards. K&H, please make your cards work with google pay.)

I'm an active user of this app - and usually perfectly satisfied with it -, but since the last update trying to use 'mobil-token signature' crashes the app, right after it detects the QR code. Needless to say it looks really bad on a big financial app to have consistent crashes.

The KH+ service is simply just not working for several hours. I cannot access and use the mobile ticket that I bought for public transport. Making a support call from the app also not possible for some unknown reasons. I'm very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Generally good, but with this April 2021 release the app crashes when I try to add the virtual bank card to my Google Pay. Further, if I try to install the card manually, I have to call the bank to authenticate myself, but the auto-attendant does not offer any obvious choice for performing this task and there was no option to talk with a live person.

While everything works this looks like a big bank's app. Every page is jumping, dialogs here dialogs there (most of them look different). Would need a complete design rehaul, check N26 or Monzo for instance for inspiration. We need modern features like pushes on transactions, bill splitting, stock operations, virtual cards, etc. Challenger banks will cannibalise the market if (when) they enter market. Just hire a decent team of designers and developers and start building while it's not too late.

The language select function just not working, it seams to just use the OS's default. The app support team is just rude. All malfunctions started after an update, before that everything worked fine, and they saying my phone is the cause, not the update...

Great app, but it does not support push notifications of your transactions. I wonder when this feature is planned to be implemented. Guys, it's 2021 already; the time of the pay-per-event sms based notifications has been over for at least 10 years.

Well, compering with other banks's applications I have no any complain. Very easy to use it 👍 , quick and clear. I like the funcion of calling the call center directly. It is useful in order to avoid waiting time.

I have locked out myself 4 times in 1 year - that's 4 completely unnecessary trip to the bank, because the app lock you out after 3 failed tries. But if the fingerprint fails (can happen) it no longer accepts my pin code and voila..

Your application keeps locking me out regularly as it seems to forget my fingerprint and my mPIN. This is very annoying since each time I am locked out for 24 hours and usually have to re-register my device which causes additional work. This is starting to become so frequent that I am now thinking about changing banks due to this.

works well but sometimes messes with the tickets, it says that I have to 'move' them (I guess it happens because of the change of the type of internet - mobile data or wifi), and sometimes it lets me move and use the tickets and sometimes doesn't.

The app does not look like what the videos and the pictures show, theres no mobil token identification and if I want to scan the QR code its just keeps saying error and to restart the process.

Great app, user friendly and nice looking. Only drawback is that you can transfer euros from it, only online.
