Disappointed‼️.. my App was working to log in my child's attendance and see what was the schedule was for the future. On May 24, 2022, there was an update and I NO longer have those capabilities. I called tech support and was advised that my child's school doesn't support the K12 app. But I used it for 2 years with NO problem and now I can't. The app is so convenient and now I have to do it online. I'm so bummed..

It is wonderful to find an app that does what it says. Along with educating and helping our children be the best they can.

I used to love the availability of this app! It worked great from Jan 8 to about March 1st. Now it tells me that I currently have no students enrolled. I called and not even technical support can help me. Their solution was to delete and redownload. When it didn't work they had no other option, which leaves me without an app. We are still able to log into the website with no issues. Really would recommend the app if it worked more often or was maintained to where we could update or something

Screen goes black. It is getting annoying to try and set up and follow the get ready for school stuff when I cannot see them. I do not have an option to see this stuff through my ols coach portal which is disappointing. How do you expect me to get all this stuff done when phone app does not work correctly on all phone types and is not available on browser version from what I can see. Fix the app and make it so the stuff is also available on pc.

UPDATE: With the new new update everything is back in working order and it's fantastic to have my daughters progress right at my fingertips. This app has been fantastic until the last update. And since the update, it wont even load. It's very frustrating to not be able to check progress or input attendance. The fact this issue has persisted since Oct 17 makes me feel like the developer doesnt much care either.

I love the functionality but the damn ding when the app opens is extremely annoying and there is no way to turn it off. Nothing like checking or updating grades in bed or while trying to put the younger ones down for a nap. I shouldnt have to remember to turn off the sound on my phone to update attendance. Makes me damn angry every time i hear the ding.

Made a commitment on how disappointed I was in the automatic update freezing the app. on the loading page and got a quick response that day. I uninstalled the app. then reinstall it as they advised and now its working as perfectly as it did before. Very happy because this app. is so helpful when your on the go and do extra work outside the house.

I cant even get the app to open. I enter my user name and password, and it kicks back to the log in page. I was hoping to finish enrolling my kids. Doesn't look like that is going to happen right away. Pretty disappointing when you are told the app can be used to upload documents. Apparently you cant use the app for anything. Pretty disappointing and frankly unprofessional.

This has a few bugs but was very helpful during the transition process, as well as keeping the admin and tech support contacts at your fingertips. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5: 1. I cannot enter attendance from the app. 2. I see grades and last login for each class from 4 days ago but everything he did yesterday and today does not show, so I have to pull out my computer to get real time progress. Other than that, I am very happy with K12.

9/9/19Love the school, but frustrated with app so I gave it a 4 stars. The app worked when I first downloaded it, but now in the progress tab it says I need to wait till next school year to use it. That doesn't make sense, when the schedule tab shows me my daughter's class times fine. *Update* I uninstalled it multiple times and the progress part of the app still doesn't work.

When I spoke to an admissions consultant he suggested the app to upload the remaining documents needed to finish enrollment. He made it sound very convenient to simply take a picture of said documents, upload, and submit. It was a huge relief that it could be that simple, since I currently don't actually own a fax machine or scanner to send thru an email. I downloaded the app as soon as I was finished speaking with the admissions consultant. Unfortunately this app apparently does nothing but frustrate whoever tries to use it. I should have read the reviews first. It will not let me log in and finish my enrollment. I can't even log in, I don't understand why every time I put in my username and password I am directed back to the log in/sign up page. So I tried the sign up option. After entering all the information required to set up an account (which I have obviously already done!!!!), it tells me the phone number entered is already associated with another account. Wow. Before I allow my stress level to explode out of the roof, I call for technical support. The lady is very polite and does her best to be helpful as possible. She sends a link to reset my password and I'm just counting on this to somehow make a difference and finally log me in. NOPE!! Same redirection to log in/sign up page. What exactly is the problem with this thing?? It doesn't make sense that it just will not work. Why have an app?? Actually, why encourage employees to suggest the app if it is underdeveloped. Please, remove this app and perfect it because at this point, it's only creating angry and frustrated parents from what I've seen. Instead of wasting my time trying to make it work and writing this review, I could have saved my frustration and directed my stress towards figuring out another option to upload my documents and complete my enrollment process.

After finally getting my username & passcode reset, I've been able to access my account with no problems. I was able to re-enroll both of my kids from the app and that was a great experience for someone who hated having to do everything on the computer! I have had a couple of times where my hours aren't saving, but I chalk that up to there's probably a lot of parents/learning coaches logging hours around the same time, therefore causing a traffic jam, so to speak. EXCELLENT App! 👌🏻👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻

So, I've now found that just uninstalling then reinstalling the app is the way to go. When they're doing a major update, it makes the app unusable. BUT when it's working like it usually does, then it's a LIFESAVER. Super convenient, easy access to grades, assignments and schedules.

Very basic app. Downfall is that it only shows what your child has not completed for a limited time. I went to her online site and found almost a hundred lessons not completed. I had no idea. The grades were low but still I had no idea and no messages through this app were present. Very disappointed... From a single working mom

Absolutely garbage school. I'm allowed to say that as I attended multiple times. The drop out rate in my freshman and sophomore years? Laughable. One of my classes started with 60 students and ended with 12. Literally the entire system is trash. Don't get me wrong, totally easy to use. But the teachers clearly barely talk to eachother, are given way to much work, and overall the system is full of glitches. Teachers were good minus an odd few not surprising if / when they get sued lmao.

App is unhelpful in finding answers to questions you may have, so you end up having to call anyways - or are forced to use a computer to jump through their hoops. After todays experience I cancelled enrollment (which has taken 6 weeks and still not enrolled). I thought it would be a good program, I was wrong.

Assignments due list is a day off. This caused a Math lesson to be turned in one day late. The enrollment process should go away once that is done. I had to uninstall this app today because it would not load. I think the new update might have caused this issue. I wish this app was fixed and more useful for learning coaches. I like logging attendance on it.

This app is supposed to be for the learning coaches, but it is very primitive in what it can do. I can't even do my attendance or drop into a live class. Not very helpful unless you are enrolling a new student. My kids current assignments are not listed. Other then checking on their grades it is useless to me. I can check on grades when I log to do everything this app doesn't do.

Since update on the 17th it just buffers and never loads. I have restarted phone, turned it completely off for a while and also uninstalled and reinstalled app get same result. Was great before the 17th. Need a fix! Update :::thanks for the fix. Hope everyone knows have to manually download the update is not automatic

I personally find the app useful and use it to check my kids schedule and assignments. I don't do attendance since our school has asked us not to because it doesn't always post correctly. The main thing I would like for them to improve is email notifications. When I receive a notification of a post I'm interested in with a link to view the post or reply the link only takes you to the app download page. I already have the app and wish it would open on the post. It's a pain to search the post.

...Got a new phone, now the app will not open at all. Spins on opening screen then closes. Been more than a week, and NO ONE has contacted me. I sent an email to IT. I've already uninstalled and installed countless times. What is the problem?? I need to be able to use the mobile app.

Keeps crashing on Android devices. This is the 7th time in 2wks. I am now being told I can not access k12 on my android via k12 chat. 'Whoops! We've hit a snag... ' I have called multiple times, I have cleared cache, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled and force stopped the app. Nothing is working. I've gotten into my browser to the k12 parent portal.. still, unable to access the compliance list.

ISN'T WORKING SINCE LATEST UPDATE! Up until now I've used this app everyday. It was a great tool to use to keep track. It hasn't worked since the 17th. Please fix what was broken. I've tried reinstalling and nothing. Just freezes on loading screen.

They had withdrawn my son from their courses without getting in touch with me as his parent to discuss options to resolve the nomsense, worse experience i have ever dealt with, will not be re-enrolling due to this type of experience! This school is not worth wasting your time or energy enrolling your child in, doesnt even deserve any stars either!!

Very limited and not well designed. Even to fill out attendance is cumbersome. You can't easily scroll without "grabbing" and moving classes around... Lately even after uninstalling and reinstalling it crashes every time it opens. Hasn't worked in a week...

App used to work great, but now every time I open it, it says there's an error and shows nothing. My student's name is gone, and I can't access anything.. I think it needs updating.

Normally this is a wonderful tool to keep track of my students activities... however it stopped working...I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still gets stuck on the start page doesn't load. As of 10/24/19..the app opens goes to loading screen then closes on its own...still not fixed

I was a bit nervous about being my daughters teacher at first, but the k12 schools, specifically keystone, has been an amazing adventure! I was sent all the books and tools i needed for her entire years education and has very easy to read and understand instructions for activities that make learning fun for my 5 year old!! I would give more starts if i could!!

Very easy to use. Let's me know how my kids are doing. All teacher contacts are listed. Teachers respond same day. Shows progress and grades. Love it! Update: App won't load /open at all for days. Tech support was unhelpful with this.

I am very sad that the app is no longer working after recent update. Previous problems were it is never up to date on last time child was in a class. Always 2 to 3 days incorrect. I would log into his system and check. Please also take the loud bell tone off. So many mornings I check what time class connects are and it startles me first thing in the morning!!!
