08/2020 Logged in for the new school year. Data on my acct is blank. Tried to logout, and nothing happens. Once AGAIN I uninstalled, reinstalled and now I can't even login. I HATE THIS APP! I've complained to the school, I'm not the only parent having issues. We're demanding they STOP using this! - Log in constantly fails from one use to the next. This is the 4th time I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app.
The app response is very iffyy and the payment processing is extremely sloppy. I tried making a payment for a school fees and there was absolutely no app response. However, everytime I clicked the submit button, I would receive an email with a declined message. I contacted my cc company and they said they had not received any charge nor did they decline any. At the end if the day I had to compete the transaction online instead of the app. This is the 3rd time I am having to do this.
When the app is working properly it's great. There needs to be an update soon to fix this bug. For anyone having an issue about it working fine and then not loading go to your settings and clear the data for the app and sign back in. This way you do not have to uninstall and reinstall. Please fix soon!
The only way this app works is if you uninstall and reinstall each time! Also I have changed the notification setting to alert me with a low balance each time I use the app, and it never has! Low and behold I go negative in the accounts and have no idea until the school calls me. It's 2020, get this together!
App keeps.notnprocessing any request. It doesn't matter if I am trying to add money to an account, view meal history, or the latest, even signing in. I tried logging out and in, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. This app does not work. What is the point of having an app if it doesn't work and if the website is easier to use?
Balance information, payment information and meal information doesn't show about every 3 to 4 weeks. I have delete app then download again. The same was happening last year. You think it would be fixed by now or my school district would go to another app!!!! 01/12/20 update. Developer sent me email a few months back asking to give app another chance as they were fixing some of the issues. Well issues of going blank and having to uninstall and reinstall has not been addressed. App still sucks!
Every time I have tried to sign in it doesn't. I have made sure it is up to date, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reset password. Nothing has worked. It was better before the update. The app is definitely a flop which is to bad I enjoyed using it when it did work properly.
Went to add money to my sons account and it wouldn't load, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled thinking that would fix the problem now its saying we've never had an account or a credit card associated with them...literally just keeps getting worse and worse. I'd delete the app all together but I use it to take that my sons eating at school.. FIX THIS PROBLEM already!
9/21/19- Terrible. It never works. The data never loads. The text in the menu is incomplete. The app force closes constantly. 10/20/19- The app still hasn't been updated, and it still doesn't work.
App will work one or two times and will stop displaying acct information. Still does it after reinstalling. Unable to use..it's like every function in the app is dead. Unable to log out, add acct info back, etc. everything under the acct section doesn't work.
Worked fine for about a month, but all of a sudden it no longer worked. It opens to a blank screen with just logo and cart at the top, nothing else. Tired of bothering with it, so just uninstalling it.
When the app works it's great. Unfortunately it only works for about a week and then it crashes so you can't even logout. You're forced to uninstall it then reinstall the app for it to work.
What is up with this app? I have been trying to access my acct data for days & all I continue to get is a blank screen! Nothing is loadingš”. Apps are supposed to be convenient & this is not. I hate that our school system opted to choose such a mediocre app (& that is being polite). Start working properly & I'll be happy to change my rating! Until then, it is what it is...
Right now, I've had the app installed since August 2019. It stopped working in September, and the only way I can do anything with the lunch program is thru the website. I think it's ludicrous that we pay a "fee" to them to apply the payments to the school accounts, but they cannot manage to keep their app working. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
App does not work consistently. Most of the time no data is loaded. Please fix. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times. Really need to address the bugs in this app!
My school district switched to this service this year. The app doesn't load most of the time. I never had issues with the app for the service we had before. Very frustrating.
i am giving this 2 stars. its a great app to Know how much money is on my sons school lunch account that is a 5 star all the way. but the 2 stars is because once a month i have to uninstall and reinstall the app alot because i get a blank screen where doesn't show me everything so I uninstall it and reinstall it and then it shows what I want to see fix that and I'll change my settings to a 5 star.
This app never wants to work. It's supposed to help and be convenient and it's anything but that. Currently, I get a blank screen. Yes, I could just send in money or a check, but this is supposed to be CONVENIENT. Money and checks can be lost or misplaced. I'd like to use this app, but it doesn't work. Wish our school started using a different app if this is the way they want to go.
I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. This is the worst app! It never opens and when it does it never loads the account information. It constantly shuts down. I don't know why schools are opting for this app it's horrible.
when the app works it's good. but having to uninstall then reinstall gets aggravating. the fee to add money to my kid's lunch acct is ridiculous. the fee is more than she pays for lunch everyday so it's hand delivered. I just use the app to keep track of balance. please fix the crash and we can re-rate
The app stopped working for me. Keeps closing itself as soon as it opens. When it finally does open the screen it's completely blank and unusable.
Annoying!!! This app will never load! It was great in theory however the point was to make sure my kids always have money on their accounts which this app makes impossible when it fails to work!! It needs a rework!
I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. It is not useful especially when I am not knowing the amount left on my child lunch. This is supposed to be a convenient way but it's more of a headache. Please fix but until then I will continue to call the school to get an update balance.
I used this app twice to add money to my childs school meal account and tried using it a 3rd time and nothing loaded on the screen. Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it and the same thing happend. This was done on 2 different phones. Easier to just go through the link on the school website. This app is a P.O.S.
This app sucks. As others have said every time I want to use it I have to uninstall and reinstall to get any sort of response. Otherwise it just spins and spins and spins and never connects.
No stars from me. The app will not start! It quit working at end of the last school year and still won't work. Re-install doesn't work either. I have to use the desktop site instead. At least that still works.
so many loading errors. I am constantly having to uninstall and reinstall just to use it it is the only app I have that seems to do this. no it isnt my wifi or else it would effect other apps.
I love being able to log in and pay for my children's meals instead of sending money with my kids or going up to visit the school. However, for some reason the last couple of times I have tried to log in it stays on the loading screen and doesn't continue forward.
App never works. My first download it did work but the seconf time logging in it just was blank. Keep trying and it stood blank. After a few tries I just erased the app cause it was worthless.
App still doesn't work correctly. I have a Galaxy S7 and I can rarely access my account. I am forced to visit the mobil site. Don't bother downloading it. ***previous comment*** I am logged on and the app won't let me access my account. This happens quite frequently. I have to uninstall and reinstall for the app to work. Unfortunately, that trick has not worked all week.
