Black screen. So I had factory reset my phone and I had used a cloud save to restore my phone back to how it was. Everything except this app properly worked. It worked before the reset but after the reset all I get is a black screen for 5-10 minutes before a get a popup saying that K3 Connect couldn't open. Fix this and I will happily give 5 stars.
I bought two Codelock keyless panic door sets which require K3. The app does basic functions OK, it really needs some additional features. It needs to be able to print the client list with their codes, generate random codes on demand, and individual client codes need to be able to be viewed and edited.
hi Devs this app works like a charm on my old phone pixel 2. i have jsut upgraded to pixel 3 and unfortunately i can only see a black screen. after a while i get a standard pop up wait force close send feedback of course app is not responding. please fix 3 stars ad i can still use it on my other phone amd have no issues there but if inwsd to recycle it as planned i would ve been in big trouble
While the app does function very well, the interface is one of the ugliest ones ive seen in a long time. Otherwise works as intended.
Terrible. Android 10 either can't unlock or black screen android 10 has been out for ages. Was working. Now lock not found again. Sort it out devs!
lags and freezes 10 times out of 10. Not possible to work with it at all.
Same here had a Motorola G6 play worked fine, upgraded to Motorola G8 Power and like everyone else all I get is black screen, please sort this so I can get back to using the app as intended.
fix this App PLZ! It crashes all the time; upon initialization or adding clients.

DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK! Got new phone, tried to reset password and app just locks up while trying to load info. UPDATE. doesn't even work at all on Android 9.

Worst POS app I've ever used. Needs to much access to install, takes forever to unlock door - if it works at all.
Poor connectivity, and issues with app responding to various essential functions. This has caused some serious issues managing / setting up codes. The app failed to upload the latest firmware, and unfortunatelly support could not do much to get the issue resolved immediately. Extremely disconcerting, when the Customer Support Manager promises to get back, and doesn't! I was advised a new update to resolve the communication issue between my app and the lock is not yet available.
