I have taken the paid service but after complainting many times the same problem continues the web protection turns off automatically What is the real problem no tech support is able to answer.Kindly do something about it.
Good antivirus. Works as promised (besides the K7 tracker, which never seems to register the device). Overall, worth it.
I have bought the latest version but there is a bug, WEB PROTECTION features turns off automatically every few hours. Fix it please.
I have used it in the past, it was nice but with phones coming with their own scans and call blocking and everything I didn't find it useful anymore, but I recently purchased an infinity pack and I came to see if they have added VPN feature but to my disappointment they haven't but I hope they will🤞. Nowadays everyone is using VPN if this app provides security with a VPN service then this will be the top security/VPN app, or at least that's what I think.
This app is very usefull. I like it. But some more developement in this app is required such as .modification in UI, introduction of call block, parental control, and cloud scanning.... k7 security just got update issue. It could not be able to update its Av defination to latest version .it shows av definition on 12.10.19
I have bought an Infiniti edition which must provide lifetime validity but after activation in my tablet it is showing that it is active for only 3 years...this type of incidents are truly against the value of the product...please try to fix it as soon as possible... Also it has much less features than McAfee or Kaspersky premium version.....try to add some more features and fix my problem otherwise give back my money
App Lock is not there. UI UX is very bad.
How to see validity I am active 6 month petchsse key first time i see expiry date at the time of activation after close and open app validity date not showed help me
Key asked for to open the app again in the same device, if click forgot key, it show the given was not registered or invalid, the other issue in the advertisement it says call block option is there, but after purchasing the app it show call block will not support for Android 9 and above, so fursterated....
Dev please contact me something switched off my webprotection remotely and I didn't allow or give permission for alterations by anyone. Also Iam using cloudflare vpn which hasn't caused aby issues since the use and install of your k7 app. Please help me to stop this becoming a frequent event. Maybe K7 needs to update their firewall for the k7 nobile security app. I love k7 products very much for many years please help resolve the easiness of apps disabling this wonderful app. Thank you
Very bad app. I made an purchase of premium version and the app doesn't update to it. It is still running in trial mode even after the purchase. I want a refund. I feel as if I have been scammed. I would like an email address where I can contact and share my concerns. Do share it asap.
Hi, I'm using moto z2 play device running on android 8.0. when i downloaded this app, after installing it sends me a prompt saying apps stops. when i reopened and registered myself using K7 account and licence Key. After successful registration, It still shows trial version.
I enabled k7 tracker and enabled all its options in my device. Locked device using the internet. My device locked i cannot pass without entering. After giving pins now i can use all other apps without even entering k7 pin by split screen🔓 and going to settings -> use google account which is i did not expect from k7. Can use phone even enabling Lock & alarm option. Memory info📺 not running -> app resource management and app overview. Except these 3 problem all other working fine. Plz fix bugs.

Recently I brought from Amazon . It was said life time antivirus . When I activate it by product key after getting installed it say your account expires on 7 Feb 2025 . What do you mean life time security and antivirus , please explain ?

It is very unfortunate to see a company developed their website only to sell their product and no after sale services. I had purchased k7 mobile security on 30.11.2019 and still unable to activate it via Google Play despite possessing a valid key, an email ID registered with k7 and an almost new and well-managed Android. I had contacted the k7 support but without any result. May be this is only possible in India where technology means transformation of grocery to IT outlets.
i had completed the payment for the full version of the app but i am not able to register in the app.. i didnt receive the product key either. now i cant access the full version features.. plz help .it says invalid email id or password
Only basic version if try to trail version, it recommended to upgrade to paid version! So I uninstalled the app! But i using pc version that working very great!
Very bad. After downloading the K7mobile security in my mobile. My mobile saw a drastic change in a negative way that is very very slow. Believe me guys don't install the k7 app. Only regret my 99 rupees gone. Please refund as 1 month is not over.
Can't even login using my key ! Despite login in a gazillion times the app reverts back to the first page and says to " login to use Premium Features ". Absolutely pathetic experience with this product.
I jave purchased k7 ultimate security licence... In the portal it has been mentioned as it protects mobile device( highlighted as green ) but when i tried to use the same license it is not allowing to use same license ... Then what exactly ultimate security does compared to total security ... It is a waste of money
Good application but after restarting device screen lock by k7 is just mind blowing it shows black screen then white screen then again black and this continuously please improve this feature because it is very difficult to enter pin after restarting device
Purchased 1 yr plan of Rs 174.00 . But my new mobile is hanging. It says application just crashed. There is no update come in play store. Even after scanning, crashing stopping error message comes. Help. Should I uninstall it?
This security suite is massivly under rated, I've tested the security on both PC and Android phones, it is very effective, comes with lots of great tools to help secure your computer and devices and who can complain about a lifetime license!
