Easy to use. Quick to remit money and I can do it anytime of the day, anywhere.. just a click of a button, I can send money to my love ones... The rate is not bad, actually higher exchange rate than the others. And the fee is not too high as the others.
In time when you register, there is a default country selected, can't change it, in my case I'm in Saudi, how can I use this if it's really helpful? make it available to all countries to register and use, since you uploaded here in Google app!
I have used Kabayan for a number of years I have always found there rates very comparable. Staff are very efficient when I can't use the app. I found the app a little confusing at first but got used to it.
App update is no good. I was about to send money to a previously saved beneficiary but then it asked me again for the account number. It took me some time and hassle to look again for the details. What's the use of saving the beneficiary details if you're going to ask for it again?
I can't create a new beneficiary using actual information. I have to use the prompts given to me by the app or else nothing making the beneficiary information false and inaccurate.
Works perfectly every time. Takes the problems out of sending money abroad. Highly recommended!

Edit: Kabayan Remit no longer works for customers in Germany since 1/1/2021. Was my preferred remittance service. Fix this problem and I'll gladly return the 5 star rating!!! 😒 Verification of ID smooth and quick. Transfer to bank exceptionally fast!!
The apps is freezing. It never let you send money home. You will stock up in the beneficiary its just frost. Not good
Uninstalled 5 minutes after I got it installed. Reason was I'm stuck in registration process no matter how many times I had restarted the app.
that United Kingdom country cant remove or this app is for UK to PH only?even i put HK in my address but the money change is always in 1GB? cant remove or change in any country money change.,
Tried to get the app for my phone several times, no result yet taking a very long time.
They ask me all of my valid I.D but still not approved. I also send a Letter from the NHS HR for the address but they didn't accept it. I have already ask for my document to be deleted to their system but they refuse to do so.
Cant access my existing account with the new app . I cant send money, very stressful app.
The app is good and working perfectly. Easy to understand and navigate.
Been using this app for 5 years so far I have no problem at all the only thing I don't get is to win any of their promotions 🤣

Ok for small amount of transfers but definitely NOT for huge ones.
there is something wrong with their online registration form...very annoying....
Why are there only selected countries at the time of registration... I can't select qatar...

why its not open for malaysia? I cannot register got only selective countries and malaysia is not included. please assist me as I want to send money for my families in the philippines. some remmitance center are not available in the evening thats why its a great help if even we will have this application or remmitance thru our phone. please do help me for this and some of my friends also want to register in your application but we cannot get thru, please teach us or me how to be able to register in your remmitance apps. hoping for your soonest reply. thank you.

This comment is about this new update app its totally rubbish can't open at all I'm fuming,
The new app does not allow me to send money directly to my save recipient. Even though I choose my recipient before the anything else. Still asking me their details which is not very helpful when you don't have their details on paper. It is all in the app. Why I cannot choose my recipient without inputting all their details again and again. This supposed to be an update why it is going backwards?
