I just love it. It's now. Accurate predictions. And since I can look myself I can get an idea of what's going to happen myself. I probably use this app five times a day at least

I don't see why an average citizen would need this. I got no alerts at all with this app. A regular weather app is way better.
Absolutely love this app! It doesn't just give you the regular flood, tornado, severe thunderstorm, high winds, Hurricane and Tropical Storm Alerts but you can set it to let you know of low water alerts and rip current alerts along the coast and red flag/fire weather alerts and evacuation alerts in areas where grass/wildfires are burning. It is a great app for keeping up with weather issues in other parts of Texas where you, friends or family may be traveling or where friends/family are living.
