I have an unable to access the app for a week running. Repeated emails to kabbage, one phone call session and even hit them up on Twitter and no one will respond to me. It won't let me log in so I can deposit a check. I might have to find a new business checking account partner. Makes no sense to me that I can't get in with my login.
I have not been unable to access the app to do a simple check deposit. (Since November 2021) Spoke with several reps and still no changes. The worst service ever.
This app should be called Garbbage not Kabbage. The check deposit feature crashes every time you try to use it. My dog learned to speak English quicker than this thing actually did its job and took a photo of a check without crashing.
I can't access the app anymore. It crashes every time, even reinstalling it, clearing cache and data don't work. How am I supposed to deposit my checks?
Unable to login often. App lacks a good amount of basic features banking apps require. No support via chat or email.
Won't do basic functions like link to another bank account, which is required to use it's online check deposit for some reason... which is essential since bank doesn't have ATMs where one can deposit checks.
Good savings app but if you want a business checking to rely on and not have to have atleast 1 other accounts to even do mobil check deposits look elsewhere (Bluevine?) Provides great business checking rates but mobil deposit without another account and no Plaid are BIG ITEMS this app lacks.
Never works , ever. Tells you to contact them , then they have no clue. Told remove app and redownload it every time. That does nothing but take 15 minutes out of day . We left not trusting them with our funds . Can't get app to work , so how do you expect to keep our business funds?
The first loan application was pretty much seamless and the app was very helpful at the time. However, the app is useless now under K Servicing. After calling numerous times (and it's almost impossible to get through), sign in issues for the app have not been resolved. Also, not only is the second loan process taking much longer, but trying to change primary bank accounts has been a nightmare and still the issue had not been resolved. Disheartening.
This stupid app is doing something that a lot of other financial apps do that are on the brink of discrimination. If they see something in your BS credit score that they dont like or your financials that you cant submit all of, then they will lock you out, lie to you as to why and not give you any avenues to find answers or get help. SO. If you are like me and make $100,000 a month that is verifiable and have no credit or bad credit then dont waste your time. Because its exactly what they want.
A week delay for deposited checks. Five day delay for transfers. Very inconvenient.
Interested in the interest earning checking account for my small business. Can't setup a checking account without setting up a line of credit, which I don't need. Been an AMEX customer for 40+ years but this experience may cause that to change. It's call bait and switch, way below AMEX's usual standards. May be ok for those looking for a line of credit but hardly worth the effort for a checking account.
Can't login, app worked fine before
Company is dreadfully slow. They make it so hard to do business with them in cancelling the account as well as my American Express. Their interest isn't worth the pain in the rear they are.
It is a joke. Deposits are limited. Checks are supposed to be deposited with the app but I can't find the option. Sorrento interface worth quicken. If you go to the help link on the web site it logs you out. You have to enter your credentials every time you use the app... Just don't!
DON'T CREATE AN ACCOUNT! NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. Don't get carried away by Amex logo, this company is an absolute trash. They will never respond to your customer support requests. A simple transfer of money takes more than 3 weeks which let my small business in trouble. After repeated follow ups no one helped and I was delayed in making payments to my vendors and those 3 weeks was a absolute pain. App is worst too, buggy and unreliable. Don't create an account here!
I setup my account and the app worked great the first time. Since then, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times and it continues to shut down. Not sure what the problem is. Maybe it doesn't work well for Android.
Always says network issues when that's not the problem! Garbage app
So far I don't know for sure I've been trying to get it and my phone quite some time finally messed around and got it maybe it's going to be good at that I don't know probably pretty good deal
Like other reviews state, this app and company almost make me want to close my long-time AMEX account--because they invited me to open this account as the new owners of Kabbage. I'll be contacting AMEX for sure. Cannot register my new card to use on new account. Never had anything like this go wrong with any other bank. Sent me new card and same problem. Multiple calls to cust service, no fix yet. Saga: Couldn't register new card via phone--it says invalid card number bef Im even done entering. Registration via phone fails, but it tells you to use the app or website instead. But neither online method even offers card registration! It shows my card has been delivered, but there is no registration link or navigation! Who designed this failed process that should be simple! Customer service folk and supervisors are very nice and empathetic, but have not yet resolved this very basic problem.
I transferred $210 from CashApp to this account on Saturday, January 1, 2022 around 12:45pm(approximately) I never received funds into my account. I've sent proof of transfer and transaction but I still haven't received my $210 as of 01/14/22. It's ridiculous & poor customer service. I run a business and you can best believe, I would never give my customers the run around to get back what belongs to them.
This thing acting as if it has covid, it's been acting drunk since I've signed up for the new year.

I did end up getting the loan Impossible to make contact Approved for a ppp loan but can't add my bank account online or via app, days you have to call but after waiting on hold it says they can't take your call and disconnects. Tried several times a day for 2 weeks so I'm forced to find another place for my loan when would have loved to just go with Kabbage but can't because they won't answer or even let you hold- they just disconnect the call
Asked me for copy of drivers license when i signed up. Got no reply after, when I emailed they emailed me back telling me to call them. No thanks! Went to Sable bank app after that--instant approval, lower fees, virtual card that doesn't expire. Learn some customer care skills Kabbage!
DONT DO IT!!. Linked and funded the account to my regular business account. Can't fund with more than 6K per day or 50K per month. My deposit hasn't cleared or even shows in process on their side 5 days later. Emails from 5 days ago haven't been answered. No ability to deposit checks. This is the biggest joke of "business checking" I have ever seen. Trying now to close this out and run away from the worst banking service I have experienced in my life. Hope I can get my money back. Unsure.
Possibly a good bank. But a garbage app. Way behind the apps of other banks. One of the main features of this bank is the ability to move funds in and out of reserves. There is no discernible way to do that with the app.
Impossible to reach costumer service, I've been trying to call for week now,several times a day but it never goes through, after 5 minutes you get automatically disconnected, also sent countless emails but never heard back from them, wasn't able to upload my bank account and my PPP loan which I was approved for is about to be cancelled regarding their emails they keep sending me only because I'm unable to verify my info because theirs website wouldn't let me and they don't communicate at all.
I only gave this 1 star because zero is not available. I cannot login. I'm using my AMEX credentials. They work fine in the AMEX app and on the computer but this app NOPE. There should be an option to change it to log in with an email. I called and was told it can take 5 to 7 days look into this. Sadly the app is the only way to deposit a check. I need help and other options.
