I think the payment through this app is not properly programmed and linked with the system. I paid using credit card on 2 Feb 21. It was said error then I paid again. From bank info, these transactions are executed on 8 Feb but I didn't see in the payment history in the app. I just got sms from Kahramaa on 1 Mar for these payments (delayed almost 1 month).
Always stuck to loading screen every time I'm doing payment. You need to restart several times and pray it continues. And yes, I just updated the app and that problem persists.
App closing itself every time I opened it. This started last week. I tried on different phones and Android versions. Same problem. Please fix.
Very bad app and very bad experience: I do not suggest it : you pay and bank cut the amount but app says your payment faild , then you have run one year to return your money if they will do
For updating the meter reading, the option currently available in the app is to take a photo with phone camera only. The app should allow uploading a photo from phone's storage also.
The app will not accept the meter reading, which is the whole point of having the app in the first place. It logs the user out and then does not accept log ins.
Need to be able to pay with debit cards also... The other bad thing is that I can't my email address from the application.

After almost every update, the app crashes when any service is selected. Its happening on Samsung S9

Good app, but KAHRAMAA employs are not good. Lazy, sitting in office making high bill for customers. I complained several times in hilla customer care, and i complained buy telephone also several times , but no one came to check my Water metre. E -1001585.

Not very user friendly. Meter reading does not work sometimes.
I paid my bill online by credit card the money was deducted from my account but still when im checking outstanding bill is the same its not paid ..
Take long time to load the page and then stuck and need to restart the app

They should remove the "contact us" option, because they never responded to any complains.. If there is zero star I would rate the customer service.

Very poor outdated app. Not smart at all. Takes ages to perform a sime task. I have been trying to apply for a move in to nee property but for the whole morning it did not work and keep restarting or returning me to the very beginning. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but did not start up after that. Qatar deserves a better app.
