App is okay. It could use some updates to make it better, like logging off after a certain amount of time. If I don't log out out occassionally, it gives me an server error message. Maybe giving the app more options similar to the desktop version will help as well.
It doesn't connect or go to an update. Should you have made sure the end user could work with a new app before flipping the switch to live?
I can log in on my cell phone but can not see inventory. Spoke to my rep, over a week ago. She was was passing on my issue to your technical department. Never got a call back, still not working.
Says get the update but goes to Google play then says open doesn't show updated then you click open and it goes back to same screen back and forth, never had positive vibes from this app and I use it everyday for work
location updating is 1 hour or more old, does not want to update location. Doesn't do much good if you trying to find a vehicle you need back.
They should worry less about how the app looks,and focus on the basics like making a stable app that doesn't freeze all the time
Great when it works. However it keeps crashing. At least on my phone. 3rd time reinstalling it.
Should not need permission to my phone storage or access to my phone to scan VIN numbers to activate GPS and also do not need to turn on WIFi scanning to use my phone GPS!
This app tell me everything if ny battery is low, if i have any recalls on my car and i can make appoinments for service

Never will actually locate my vehicle... Always shows where I was about 5 minutes before parking.
I got the latest version but every time I open the app it prompts me to update. How about you guys update...
Don't need forced for updating and lock app. Junk.

Updated app 3 days ago (8-17-18) now unable to use for syncing vehicles to kahu tracker. Phone is a G6
You have to have to update the app every time you use it can't use a previous version if you're in an emergency to find a vehicle you have to sit and wait to update
Helps us find cars on the lot! Love it! I always get an error message the first time I press the directions button, but it doesn't get in the way too badly. Only issue is, sometimes it doesn't update (shows data from 20 minutes ago) and/or sends you in the opposite direction until you arrive, only to go "oops, OTHER end of the parking lot, says Google maps." On a 500-car lot, that sucks. But I appreciate having the option!
