Horrible app. The driver charged me twice and intimidated me into paying cash even though I already paid by card. NEVER put your card details on this app. Oh and even if you do have cash, drivers never have change. تجربة مروعة. أرهبني السائق لدفع الأجرة بالكامل مرة أخرى على الرغم من أنني دفعت بالفعل عن طريق البطاقة ولديها في حسابي المصرفي. لا تضع تفاصيل بطاقتك على هذا التطبيق مطلقًا. السائقين أيضا لم يتغيروا
Quite good, though sometimes no driver answers. Drivers are very polite and cooperative but English can be a challenge.
I was a regure user of Kaiian and using this application for more that 2 years but for last few days this app is not working in my mobile. Whenever I open this app it always says no internet connection even I reinstalled it many times. Help to find the solution cz there is no other taxi service in my region. Norther Saudi Arabia (Turaif). Waiting for the response. Thank you.
I don't understand why they deducted 31 sr from my visa but in my application it's 24. And also the estimated amount also is 20 sr only. Too bad
I used this app during my Saudi Arabia visit. It helped me a lot with its English interface. Otherwise i would stuck into language barrier. The taxi driver was so gentle and took me to the hotel safely.

I strongly advise to my brothers and sisters please do not try this app in your life It just waste your time and mobile space l. Developer should know how to create a app and i ever installed many worst app but this app worst than other app's anyway I can call this app as a worst of the world.

No support. The phone number to call is disconnected and the email bounces as inbox full. I left my phone in a car and have no idea how to contact them. Shameful Alibaba.
أسوء برنامج ، يجب حجبه في اسرع وقت ، the worst app I've ever downloaded, i orderer a taxi , then the taxi arrived after 6 hours , the customer service number is wrong , the driver don't answer the phone , it should be rated -5 stars , never use this app

They charge you in advance which is higher than the actual. At the end of the trip when you see the amount is less, they do not return the extra money charged. Their phone number is un reachable. Email address is invalid. They don't read messages on Twitter properly.
