Doesn't connect.to WiFi. Seems like the developer knows about this issue since 2017, from the comments section, but has not done anything to rectify the same issue of connection. Possibly a design flaw, so keeping quiet as nothing they can do about it. Seems we all have the same problem with connection to WiFi. Something you don't expect with such an expensive device. (especially as cheap items connect really well nowadays!)

I like the idea behind this app. It shows nicely the co2, temperature, humanity and AQI with some history. However I have some comments. The graph could be a bit better. If there is not a lot of difference in the data, for example temperature, you have no idea what the temperature was. Not a min and max, or difference. Secondly, the egg software itself. If the wifi connection stays active, but for a small period the internet isn't reachable, the device goes offline and doesn't log the data

After 2 previous failed attempts to get the app to work the most recent update of the app is working without any issues on OnePlus 6t. It is good to see the app getting new features as time goes. Not a big fan of the graph style in the app, feels like the gaps are too big between bars and lacks horizontal reference. Although it does look nice its not that readable. Special mention to the people who work at Kaiterra who went the extra mile to assist.

I got a new phone and was able to connect to my laser egg. Since then everything has been working fine. Also, I love the new update, very nice. When it comes to connecting to the Laser Egg 2, this app is complete junk. I have tried connecting over and over and I keep getting 'password error'. Buyers remorse on this egg thing. Update: On 1/16/2020 I sent an email to Kaiterra support to the address that they provided in their response. Still no reply and the app is still not working correctly.

This app is terrible. The device works (worked) okay for half an evening after being a complete pain to set up. Now it refuses to work correctly and just goes around in circles, trying to connect the app to the laser egg. Completely disappointed and frustrated by this purchase. Wholeheartedly - do not recommend it. Edit-update: 08.12.19 I have contracted Kaiterra Support to see if there is anything they can do to assist. All issues remain as previously described.

Nice update with good looking user interface, but still impossible to connect my laseregg! I previously sent them several emails and they responded with canned answers. The answers weren't useful and it's not worth to pay premium for a sensor that does not connect to the internet. On Amazon, you can buy cheap sensors without Wi-Fi that do the same as the laseregg. To Kaiterra: Please make your app work with your hardware, that's not rocket science, we're in 2020!

1.The app stops displaying historical data sometimes and shows zeroes instead for a section of the diagram even though the data is there if I export it (and no, this not a matter of scale). 2. Fixed. 3. I didn't have any issue with the Wi-Fi.

I am unable to read historical data on my Laser Egg+ Chemical. Customer support is responsive, but they always give me the same answer, that I should upgrade the firmware in the device. However, the app does nos show an upgrade available and customer support is unable to help me further.Without being able to read historical data, this device is just a toy for me.

Initially, I struggled a bit to connect the device with the app but once it gets connected, it works really well. I updated the Firmware, changed the AQI standard as per my geography, now it works best for me. Great product, great app.

App doesn't detect wifi sometimes, but once it does, you can set it up and pair it with your app correctly. The app is essential for accessing the settings of the device.

Kaiterra customer support contacted and provided me effective troubleshooting advice. Kaiterra did not give up and offered me their best endeavour which I high appreciated. Finally, the problem was resolved by factory reset of my home router. Apparently, the root problem was not caused by Kaiterra hardware nor software. Hence, I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5, which reflects super quality of customer support. And, their support engineer is very friendly indeed.

The app itself seems good (it does what I expected) but the type is very small and is grey on white. You can't zoom in or change the colour and it can be pretty hard to read.

I have attached the laser egg1 (first version), Wifi also works but I cannot find/added my city Beijing. That's why no room values are displayed in the app --- Update --- Today I get connected the app with the egg. It works

The product is heavily reliant on the app, and the app doest work full stop, no support, seemingly no input from the developers. A sure fire way to turn off customers and ruin a business.

Using it to check out locally readings, which are helpful vs the default weather app. However, I don't see a way to see exact historical measurements.

impossible to connect sensedge mini. bad instructions, not useful step by step. It requires to scan a qr code from the "settings in sensedge". What sensedge? In the dashboard there is no qr code and anywhere else I dont know where to search for it

App is very user friendly. It highlights the required information about air pollution in an easy to understand manner. It has helped me know my surrounding air better.

The app looks neat and easy to use. And one major difference with a lot other air quality apps is that it doesn't show ads and trying to sell products.

Really unstable and slow. Connectivity problems with pairing that are need to be resolved personally because info in app is awful ( need to disconnect from every network including mobile network )

I'm super happy with this app. I saw some reviews that the pairing with the laser egg didn't work, but I had no problem. Everything literally took less than 10 minutes to set up

The app don't detect WiFi network or the kaiterra laser egg 2. I tried with two devices. But the app doesnt detect any WiFi networks even if i am already connected to the network also.

App is ok, but i would like to have more customizations. Like it would be nice for me to see 4 chosen measures from "external" station instead one big circle etc.

I have been using this product for a while now, but never used it's app before, lockdown helped me explore the app, now i have been able to control the device using it's app and it's pretty simple. loved it.

Device brightness randomly jumps up from 0% to about 25%, illuminating the room. Happened about 3x since update in past 30m.

update with new version of the App, now when I add a new device it cannot see any network. previous version was crashing when trying to add the password

The app is totally worthless. Wasted an hour trying to pair/configure my laser egg. Inexcusably poor quality--it really shouldn't be this difficult.
