I love the app so far, it is simple to use (sometime too much can be annoying) and navigate and includes a lot of fun add-ins like tic-tac-toe, voting polls, etc. The only criticism I have is that upon ending calls, the whole app closes instead of going to the home or chat screen - making a lot of back and forth.
Excellent free messenger for messaging, image & video sending, free voice and video calling just like WhatsApp. Very easy to use, reliable and secure. Voice calling quality is amazing, very clear. Thanks Microsoft for finally introduced a great messenger app as an alternative of WhatsApp.
After Android 12 upgrade in one plus the app goes blank suddenly and after starting and closing 3-4 times solves the problem. Also unable to send photos, videos and not even able to give feedback through app support
It's good but need some improvements. Like when i download image from a group, some times it shows in gallery, some times its not. Its very problematic. 2nd problem I face is sometimes image preview(thumbnail) and opened image shows different image! Very bad development there. Never found this kind of problem in other apps.
Very nice app. Better than WhatsApp. Clean and efficient. However, very few people use it. Also, I am not sure if this syncs with multiple Microsoft accounts (typically, one personal account and one work account) and works on Windows PC. Microsoft brings good apps, but works very slowly on integrating them with the overall Microsoft ecosystem. As a result, the apps die out. I'm not sure if I should make Kaizala my primary messenger. What if Microsoft kills it after the experiment?
Mic nor speaker is not working in audio or video calls. I have tried in several ways...still facing the same issue...I have deleted and re installed the app even same issue...changed in notification allowed for everything... Even Though no result...plz resolve

Great app, simple, just open chat, audio call or video call,. Not much unnecessary advertising going on background, some if there are not disturbing you
Dear Lovely team and I'm big fan of Microsoft team I request to you I'm facing video calling issue Video call time phone was too much heating And phone showing alert phone too heating Without video calling phone was cool. But i call anyone phone within 5 to 10 minutes call phone is too much heating Please my humble request resolve this problem
This is the amazing message app which provides all the features which I want in it.... And message sending speed and receiving speed is excellent. According to me this is the best message app...
Too bad.. it's crashing continuously. It's not opening with a proper way and uploading images and forwarding content is not loading.
Since last few days i am not able to login office 365 account, its showing the error stating" Your sign in was successful but does not meet criteria to access this resource. Please suggest.
Images taken by other users in chat appear as all "white" images, sometimes loading much later or never at all. I have deleted all photos in the folder tied to this as well as other data to address a possible storage issue. Nothing has worked.
It's an awesome app! But BUT But.. There's a suggestion. Can you please change the name? Because people around dont take this app seriously when I tell them to switch to Kaizala. A simple Microsoft Messenger would've been way more effective than Kaizala. I personally don't have any problem with the name, but it's hard to convince other people, or to make them believe that I'm using a Nice app.
The second most horrible mobile app I had ever used in the recent time, second to Power App. Can't sign in with my work email. It just aborting with message, "something went wrong". No idea about what went wrong. These two apps are the worst I've ever used in my life. Shame!!!😭😭😭😭
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE! I WAS USING THIS APP FOR KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN MY SBI GROUP. SUDDENLY IT STOPPED WORKING. WHEN I TRIED MANY TIMES, IT SAYS THAT INSTALL AFTER 7 DAYS.
Awesome app.. Video call feature still need some updation regarding to clarity video get hang or sometimes blurred. Overall good app as compare to whatsapp.
Due to somr issue i had uninstalled the app and re installed. After reinstalling OTP is not genarating for phone number verification. How can i use the app now.
Unable to establish a connection via audio or video call, though all the required permissions are granted from both sides and camera is on but recipient cannot see me or hear me. Need improvements from developer's side.
Sometimes photos are not getting uploaded properly. They appear as white colour.
If left unused for a long while, you have to sign back in, which surprisingly, I couldnt do several times. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app again.
I cannot make or receive any calls. When I try to make any calls, the person I'm calling receives only a miss call notification. I also optimized the required setting. Please help to resolve the issue.
It says kaizala call services are not available due to local regulations of the region. I am very much disappointed. Please fix it.
There are too much issue in Kaizala, team pls work on that require to delete every 3 days and re installed

Half the times the calls cannot be heard from the other end untill we disconnect and call again.... So frustrating....
Better and more useful than most of the social networking apps. Few Cons: 1. You cannot send images and videos without compression (even if you want to). 2. There is no option for grouping of chats as per requirement, like friends, family, work etc. 3. 'Nearby Groups' this feature is a great advantage, but mostly gives incorrect results. 4. Point number 1 is very important and need to addressed seriously, [ and then 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ].
A really good, straightforward messaging app. We use it for sending text, pictures and videos in our family as we want to avoid WhatsApp and other overcrowded and insecure apps. We also have an Office 365 account, but it is definitely not needed to use this app. It just adds the possibility for centralized administration, which we don't use anyway. The only downside is that it seems that not much is going on in terms of regular updates. While I'm not missing any features, it worries me about the future of the app. Wouldn't be the first Microsoft product to get abandoned quickly if usage does not reach certain levels.
Hai past few days app not working properly. Call automatically not connecting while calling the other app person. 1. Each time i have tell the person to enter the app to receive the call. Only some time call is connecting directly. 2. Mic was connecting with low sound. Each time i need to mute and reconnect the mic for normal hearing. Please fix the above two issues
