This app is so frustrating!!! Videos won't load. I have to skip ahead to the last minute of my video and only then can I watch the last minute of my video, but there is no image, just sound. Every video over a minute long does this! Just did the most recent update and it still does this!
I tried the computer version but it kept getting stuck. It was life changing to be told there's an app. Wow what a difference. Such fluidity and no interruptions or buffering.
This App is great. It helps me access my courses easily, records courses I've done, and starts from where I stopped previously. Also, I can go out of the App and the message will still be playing. It's so cool.
Not straight forward. After registering to use the app and having success to access the desired site through Kajabi, I had to repeat the entire process all over again - even though I had successfully registered and accessed content. There seems to be no auto-rotation for this app either which is not practical, so I have uninstalled.
I absolutely love the concept of the app however I think there needs to be a better narrative on how it functions with the different subscription groups. I still don't think I have unpackaged all the Product has to offer but but I'm truly excited about the concept. Perhaps providing the end user with a printable document that includes a table of contents and the flow of how the guides work keeping it simple. Remember your end users come from all backgrounds and lifestyle styles.
Needs a fair bit of work. Takes so long to connect to TV via Chromecast that it's not really worth using. It disconnects after each video. You then need to wait again for a long time to reconnect. Many of the videos I watch only go for a few minutes but it often takes up to a minute to connect and sometimes won't connect at all. I don't have problems with any other apps using Chromecast so it's definitely the app and not my system. Hopefully they can develop the app. Good luck developers😊
It hasn't worked right since the day I started my lessons. Tech support is slow and unhelpful. Despite all of the efforts, I still can't successfully watch the video lessons or even read some.
It has potential. It froze very often so I had to close it and open it to resolve the "glitch". I like the fact that in 1 app I have 3 different courses.
It's too slow. The app takes a long time to load content. Ever heard about caching? Are you guys using it? Once the content is loaded, it shouldn't take time to load next time, but that's what is happening and it kills the experience.
Love this app. Its super easy to use. I have taken several courses from multiple teachers and love that i have my whole library at my fingertips! there are some sync issues between watching on laptop and then watching on my phone. Its not syncing properly. Also, if I complete a video and go back to it later, it will start at a random point in the middle of the video, instead of going back to the beginning. Another issue is the resume button doesnt pick up at the most recent point.
Is there a front page to this app?? I'm signed up for a membership and that's all I see is the. I cannot select settings or anything from what I see to make changes. Or is there another way. Right now, definitely not easy to find options of what's needed.
This app encounters more "unknown errors" than every other app I use combined, and the video never resumes in the right spot when I restart the app. Also, Bluetooth headset media control buttons do not work for the app. Please add the ability to use media controls to pause and Skip forward or back by one video
I appreciate easy access to my courses from over the years, in one place. But videos keep stopping and an error message pops up. There's no obvious way to reach support for the app. I guess I'll need to stick to the browser version.
I have tried several times to get on but it keeps saying that my code is wrong when I copied it exactly several times. I also went to my email and confirmed. The thing is not working properly
Love the app, my only problem is when you have multiple courses under different accounts you cant access them all at the same time. Example, I have two email I use to purchase courses and while Im logved in to one the courses under my secong email disappear and I have to completely log out of email one to see the other content. Once they fix that it will be 5 stars for sure.
Not all purchases appear across my devices and I don't know how to find them. I've had to enter through email links.
Very fast loading, alhamdulillah. So much ease to hear for the lectures. Really recommended, mashaAllah! Its one click away compare to having log in everytime to different websites of the courses you registered
Their email responses doesn't solve anything. Their app on our courses keeps on blinking. Its on Kajani's end. This is way too frustrating than ever. Worst app.
I absolutely love how this app integrates all of my purchased courses into 1 convenient list. Question, can I do the same on my PC?
I have just tried to access the app and I wrote my email address in at the beginning. Then I get a email back saying that kajabi cannot access my email so I can't go further in the app. My email address is right. Very frustrating. Can you guys fix this soon so I can actually get into the app.
Works great, until it doesn't. I'm taking a course and even though I completed a video, the app continues to show it as not completed so I cannot move on to the next video. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I can't open the class at all.
Why is there no feature to turn the app dark either manually, off or follow system settings please? . It's annoying having a glaring screen at night. Not all android versions support dark mode out of the box. This should be in your app, like most out there. Thanks
Very fast loading for the courses I had signed up for. Text in the lessons were wast to read. The video lessons played without any lag or interruption while watching on my cellphone
"An unknown error had occurred." Keeps losing my place when watching videos. Returns again and again to the same point every time I pause and switch screens. Isn't any more user friendly than just accessing my courses through browser. Nice idea but poor implementation. Also, when I close the app, it would be nice to re-open to the last thing I was doing. I'm using it to watch videos that don't go in any particular order, and have to find it again each time. Browser remembers last action.
I have Galaxy Ultra and latest updates. This is better viewing on chrome app and losing sound when using other apps. There are lots of issues with "unknown error". "Resume" does not picking up last video, let alone last viewed time. I could handle one or the other but not both issues. When the programs are concentration or meditation based, the crashing ruins the experience. Should be better for the paying clients who offer their services to us.
The app is great overall. Only complaint is if there's a problem with it working correctly, there's no way to relay what's going on. If you could report a problem, things would be corrected much faster. I've been using this app for almost 3 years now and I've only had 1 problem I wished I could have reported which is a great record. It was just very frustrating but being able to use it for an entire week and no method for reporting.
On Kajabi videos constantly pause and start again (it's not my internet connection, everything else runs fine) making it extremely annoying to watch videos on. And if you watch part of a video and come back to it a while later, you will have to start at the home screen again to find the video you were watching. This is also very annoying, especially if you have multiple courses on it. Kajabi is not user friendly
