I found the process from ordering to receiving my outfit a website. The fitting was absolutely perfect and the level of service exceptional. Terrible experience. No response from customer support. Returned items for exchange after confirming with Customer support that it's possible but neither the money was returned nor money refunded in app. Now app not working. no one responds to phone calls or whatsapp messages. Total fraud company. These guys should be behind bars.
Can't fill in the address. Because you have added a label mobile number with no text field. I keep getting error the field is empty. There's no field! It isn't working not on app and not on the website. What's the point of displaying such amazing dresses when we can't buy them?
Pathetic customer service . People dont reply to your mesages. Return policy button does not function . And now the app has stopped working since very long time and my money is stuck in the wallet. I am totally disappointed with this app and its unprofessional service. Plese buy from any other app except this its a total waste of time and money.
Great attentive service and delivered on time. They called me straight away to check my measurement and continued to stay in touch until the order was complete. The measurements were a perfect fit. Really impressed. thank you.
They are frauds please don't shop from them. I have order something from them and after placing order the product got out of stock so they sent a wrong product I requested them to replace or refund.. On that they have taken the product back but didn't transfer money in to my account. I am following up from last 5 months but they are not responding even if they are online. Also when i posted the same thing in their fb page they deleted the post and still they didn't refund my money. Please beware
I saw some really good reviews on facebook and thought of giving it a try but I must say the app is very very bad.Everytime i tried to create an account I get a runtime error and the app crashes. My first impression has been so bad that i wouldn't want to use this service anymore.
This is a very very very very very ver very bad shopping app. Never buy from this. I have ordered a kurti but due to inappropriate size, i returned back. Neither i got my refund nor they are replying or picking up the phone. Very very bad experience. I will never think of buying anything from this although i was thinking i should buy coz of good design but coz of the poor customer service i will never suggest anybody ro buy from it. Plz dont do this. Otherwise noone will shop from your site.
Really like the suggestion of similar items when browsing. So far the items have shown up early and are better quality than expected. The app is easy to navigate .
Before buying try calling their customer care no. They'll never pick it up. Worstt site ever. I purchased a product from this site and returned it due to size issue. They didn't provide me refund. Its almost four month now and still no refund. They never pick their customer care service, and chat through watsapp according to their benefit, like they never reply for my refund query but for order they were so fast.
I disappointed from this app... I installed it by seeing the collection of kurtis which is showing in add..but when I installed it I didn't get them..!! And the drawback is when we search for another style ...they just show the same catelough again and again..! I m not satisfied at all.. Don't install it.
Cloth and designs are nice. But you guys only use green and yellow Kurties all the time. 90 persent of your dresses and green and yellow. Why don't you use another beautiful colors. Everyone not likes green and yellow all the time. Pls made Kurties in some nice bright colors in coming season. Pls consider this suggestion as me and my many friends likes your designs but hates your yellow and green all the time. Your app is not working when I opened it. It shows blank all the time.

Very bad experience, I have bought r pieces of kurta set but I have returned one of them due to size issue, but quality of fabric is also not good, but after returning of 40 days my return amount has not credited to me and customer care and app also not taking my call even app is not opening, and customer care shows busy whole day. Very very very bad site
This product is really very good I order this product and it looks so graceful n beautiful. material is good. Had bought some Kurties from Kajalkurti recently, no wonder I found it very classy and was exactly same as it appeared on website. I totally recommend these site to everyone who is yearning for true shopping experience, quality with reasonable prices and the product delI havery was also good.
I ordered a kurti but there was some issue with the size. They say easy return but they neither pick up the call nor reply on WhatsApp. You can't even simply return or replace from the website. Worst site for shopping. Not recommended to anyone.

In this app whenever u want to return a perticular product , it takes more time to pick up it as well as refund money.. I had to call everyday upto getting my refund money also when they will refund ur money they ll deduct some charges as per delivery charges also account credit charges wherever other online shop don't do these things.

This is a really bad app. They do not have anything properly maintained on site. I've to struggle many time just to login and place returns. Finally I had to call their customer(which is also unreachable most of the time) support to place the return.

Worst experience ever save yourself don't ever buy from them fraud app , now when I asked them to return after multiple efforts the customer care replied and as usual they will say your area pick up not available please post on your own expenses o us back and then there is no guarantee of refund too, fraud people, I even requested I want to exchange not return yet they will not. Please save yourself from this app. Myntra and all other apps are reliable. Buy from there, I am regretting now.

Something is really wrong with your customer care and the general working of the app. Also, the sizes are inaccurate and the return policy is too cumbersome. I withdrew my refund to my bank account but I haven't gotten my money back. I've contacted the "email address" given on the website but I've not heard from you. I keep getting notifications of "new and exciting" collection so I'm assuming the store is still open. Overall, I've had an annoying experience and I'll never recommend this app.
