The smart wristband doesn't fully sync up with the app, some of the options work but others tell me that they are not supported, the ear buds tell me that I need an app for them to work. Is there any chance you will be correcting these issues? I would hate to have to return the wristband because I do like it but I need it to be fully functional
To noisy, since I have installed the app, every 5-10 seconds even after getting the device bound to the app. There is an audible sound that sounds like it is connecting to the phone all the time. And there is no way to turn it off. App it self is ok but it is very annoying to hear it making noise all the time.
Pretty basic app. I'm still figuring it out. Wish it would connect to Google fit. To fix the clock display that I see a lot off people having issues with, just go to your clock screen then hold the button and it'll change the display to analog then military then 12hr format. I too keep having issues with the watch disconnecting from the app
Doesn't appear to be able to sync with Google Fit. If it can, that is not obvious in the interface. Had language issues but managed to figure it out. Looks like it's linked to the regional settings. If require English, then must select English from an English speaking region like US or UK
Ever since the app updated its been not syncing to my watch it worked for the first day, second day I can't sync it to my watch, please fix the app it still has bugs. The third day I had to uninstall the app and reinstall the app just to get it to work now it won't sync on its own and sometimes the app has trouble putting in my steps. This is a brand new watch that I got and the watch works fine it's just the app is having problems, If somebody looks at my comment please fix this problem.
This app work with my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. A few features is not available. As soon as it connect to my watch the time and date got updated.My brother give me this watch without the name of this app. It took me some time to figure out the correct app and get connected. With all the reviews I read I thought it wouldn't work.I guess I am lucky. I turn on my bluetooth and found device name MSAMKANG and get connected. Then I opened the app and search and found AMKang and select bound.
Watch is fine. App is trash must have both for it to work properly had it on all day and it only picked up 61 steps. Brilliant idea with the ear plugs in the watch especially if your always on the go. Just a shame that nothing else works on it.
It's a nice app, Nice watch, But the app doesn't work. The app works on apple, But not android. The Android version does not access bluetooth and therefore can't pair with the app. If this doesn't get fixed I'm applying for a refund, with grounds to be able to take it to court for misinformation. Please fix this, I really like the watch.
Ok watch but could be a little better. 1st needs to have a selection where it can be changed from military time to normal time. 2nd easier way to connect both earbuds. Lastly some sort of noise to at least let the user know when they have a text as well as incoming call
Would give zero stars if possible. App supposedly "binds" the device, but the watch itself doesn't acknowledge. Lack of communication between app and hardware renders a $50 smartwatch useless.
I'm very disappointing in the app and watch. They don't sync correctly and it might as well not have weather because it doesn't appear to work. Not recommended.
Not sure what the app does since it won't connect to my Android s10+. Asked about how to return the watch,since I can't use it. Nothing but the runaround. Supposedly waiting on a response from the app creator. I'll be reporting to the BBB.
Wish all the features of the app actually worked on the watch with my Samsung S9 such as showing the weather on watch. The clock format needs to be able to turn into 12 hour format from militarily 24 hour format. If it's on the app it should work on the watch for all users either apple or Samsung unless specified users only which this said nothing of the sorts. Needs a serious fix. I just got this today for my birthday and I was so looking forward to getting this, and I feel let down.
Do not get vibrations on the watch when there is an incoming call on my phone. I have checked the settings in Apps & phone settings ,all set correctly, but still no vibrations. Uninstalled & re-installed app , still no vibrations for incoming calls or messages
I will never be installing this app ever again. First it never connected to my phone then after a month of having it on my phone a Google message kept popping up saying kakafit app is not working. Took me 15 minutes of messing around with my phone to uninstall. WORST APP EVER
Bad... only shows military time wont connect earbud to my phone at all and all the measuring software is just crappy. Glad I only spent like 2 bucks. It's going in the trash unless it gets fixed.
Do not recommend! The app never finds my smartwatch (M1) on my android phone. I was so excited to get it as a Christmas present and now the disappointment is even bigger since I can't even send it back to save the money. Complete waste!
Bought two, not one of them turns on. I watched video tutorials to see if I was just an i...t but they don't turn on. There is no phone number for customer support. Reply with a help desk number to figure this out so I dont have to return them.
Not sure why there are so many negative comments. Works perfectly with my samsung Galaxy s10+. Pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and bass from the earbuds.
August 12th, the app entirely shut down. Can't even use my phone without getting a notification saying that the app keeps closing and won't work.
can't even find my device anymore like before... my watch turn useless because cannot sync with the apps. Very disappointed.
The device is a huge disappointment. It never worked right with the app and the app never synced with the watch.
Bought in Dec 2019, not what I expected, design not as advertised and it only worked for a month. Screen stopped working all of a sudden then the function.
Does anybody know how to change the language because while using my watch earbud one day it changed to Chinese or Japanese, not sure which so I apologize, but I tried different video to change the language back to English it but it wont work.
Terrible app. Does NOT connect to the companion watch/fitness tracker at all, making it AND this app COMPLETELY USELESS! Reached out to the developer too, but got no reply. Returning the watch.
The watch doesn't seem to connect to my phone. I tried it multiple times but still nothing. On the other hand, the earbuds are good, it connects easily. But I didn't just pay for the earbuds, I paid for the entire watch. So if you could update it to pair correctly, I'll change my review. Thanks Edit: Got it to work, so here's your 5 stars😁
