KakaoBus(SeoulBus 4.0)

For my bus stops, the times are mostly very accurate. I go to a major bus stop, as well as one that has only one bus. The buses never arrive before the time indicted. They may arrive a little bit later, but that is due to unpredictable traffic. The times update as well, if there are any changes. Finding a bus stop in the map is easy. Finding it in the list of the bus route, though, is a bit confusing.

It consistently defaults to the opposite bus stop, even when I'm at my stop (i.e. I'm at the northbound platform but the app places me at the southboundone), which creates problems. It's also regularly about one minute behind the buses' actual schedules, which leads to additional delays.

As inconsistent and dysfunctional as any app from a company allowed a monopoly in a market. Bus times are inaccurate, arrivals could be 5 minutes + or -, and mapping doesn't always list the best/fastest bus route to get to destinations.

A life saver app in Korea. This app works for most cities in Korea, though not every single line is covered. You need to know the line no you are searching. It tells you where you are and when will the next bus coming. But all the content are in Korean, so you must know the Korean name of your bus stop and your destination. The timing is very accurate. I did not need to take any taxi while on my last trip to Jeonnam region: Gyeongju, Mokpo and Yeosu. Don't forget your T- Money too!

동해시 bus system is really horrible. There are never any times and it usually says system check

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The timetable is often incorrect

I'm waiting on 22-367 bus station and it just telling me no info for all busses If it's going to tell me no info why did u amake this app?

No english on stations names. And bus drivers are rude and impatient when they don't understand what you are talking about

This app has some cool features but it needs a lot of work. The biggest miss is that it can't handle trips with transfers. Korea's larger cities are huge and many of your day to day trips will require a transfer. Also so set the arrival alarm you must already be familiar with the bus route. I find it have to spend so much time flipping between the Kakao Maps app and this Bus app. I usually just stick to the Maps app because this is too fussy. Its weird that parts of the app are in English whole there arent. Can we get the stop names in English as well as Korean? I think Kakao needs to just take the template that exists off the Kakao Metro app, and apply it to the Bus app.

Why dont you say to speak English when I set arrival alarm of bus?? I read a Notice of this app about new function. But it doesnt work.

Would have been a amazing app tool for tourists had the app had bus routes and stop information in English. Hope the developers of the app would consider a English version just like the "kakao subway" app. Also the app should Include gyeongju city too. Cheers

Not enough cities. Only covers the really major cities, no use if you are not in one of them.

Great apps. Works for all cities in korea!

Works great. Tells you when the next bus is coming. Finds the closest bus stops nearby. So far no bugs or problems. Very useful app. Saves time.

Make route diagram ring-shaped or double-lined. Singleline is uninformative and counterintuitive because it is hard determine which way the bus is moving

Great App easy to use !!!!!!

It's useless when you have kakao map installed. There's a search for buses but again useless when you don't know the id #. I ended up using kakao map searching for the bus ID. I don't speak/understand Korean but I can read Hangul. If you're not familiar, good luck!
