My account got permanently restricted without a due notice as to why it got restricted. I haven't used this app since 2020 only for me to install it today and saw that it's been restricted. Shouldn't this be inappropriate or something?
very bad experience with this application.my account was suspended with no explanation. I had a real account with my fotos. the application is full of scammers btw. I deleted from my phone as they do not care about real users. I do not recommend it.
The one thing that's great about this app is that in comparison to similar apps such as Instagram, users can make posts with up to 20 files, INCLUDING gifs. Otherwise, it's unnecessary & rather disappointing.
I gave a very low rating because my Story has been invaded by sponsors! If this continues I will shut down. I have been on this forum for years, now uninvited are sponsors advertising!!!!!! You really don't deserve this rating from my beginnings but now it has changed, fix it or else you go bye bye. Give us the option if we want to be solicited. Women love to shop, I don't on my space of storytelling!
Why are you killing accounts, because of scammer, you don't have to do that. you kill non-scammers account too during this process. secondly, the app should have an English version or translator for the non Koreans. thirdly, kasstory message is unable to be translated and unable to be read by non Korean.
During video playback, a black screen appears in fast forward and fast rewind. Please check and modify it, thanks
kakao story should be connected to the kakao talk to be able to use easily when chatting. like messenger in facebook. In addition(suggestion) It should have ang translation to be able to understand especially those who are not korean. but its good!
I like this app but I will really appreciate if it can be increased in add friends such as maybe 200 adding 28 more than makes me get my phone refresh and I lost most of my saved Data is very annoying please try fix this and I will complete my star I love the Kakastory I need an urgent fix please
1. Please put an option where you can choose if anyone could comment on your post, or not. 2. Dark mode please. 3. Please put a "My Day" or "Your Story" feature, similar to Instagram and Facebook. thank you.
this app needs to be monitored and should have more security in the part of the user, this is nice but there are lots of scam, at first with was good but later on, its something else so i just uninstall it.
It would have been better if we can even exchange messages on this aap.. and it even needs a translator cause many international people are using it..
Please this app easily get disabled each time I try to add some friends why is it that way is it because am not in Korea why is it not available to people outside Korea so many times I tried to create my profile it get banned
I don't know why but the app keeps telling me that I cannot log in because I don't have the latest version. I already uninstalled it and downloaded it again, but it keeps saying the same thing. There's no option to update the app, I don't know what to do please help.

It's a pretty bad software because is killing accounts, even for childish reasons. These Koreans are so racists. But they are rarely killing the accounts of Koreans Kakao should also put their address in Google Play, but they are not putting even the address, but just a number. It will be a big step if non-Koreans will not install this app anymore, because they are treating so bad non-Koreans. Shame for Kakao.
Why is there no more the Suggestion icons for adding friends it's really boring this way i will be glad if you add it back thank you.
our internet connection is fiber fast but it takes so long to load photos and videos in this app!!!
Horrible platform in general and bad sync system with chatting account... Bad UI UX and security access system....
just installed the app. when i opened it, it does not load up when i select connect to kakao acct

Best app for those who want some sort of privacy. And also to meet other people with different languages. This application helps us communicate with abroad even though they are strangers. For me, it helps a lot and gave me satisfaction. Improve more the features so that it will become more and more usable and interesting.
