The overall idea of having an app is wonderful, but seems like the app is full of bugs. Firstly I was not able to sign in using my Google account, and the second thing.. I'm not able to add my pincode in the address, and without pincode I can't save my delivery address. Also, when compared with other online applications.. the price of the items are very high.

In this covid pandemic it is a good idea to have an app for selling your products but Compared to the other shopping apps this app is taking too much time to load images which will make anyone mad😠😵. And also the price is also😱😱 very high compared to the other apps.so try to improve

Filter option available is limited. Can't filter women Short Tops from its section that includes Kurtis. Images not loading seems bad server speed.

This is one of the worst shopping app I have came across. No collections are available and ui is not at all user friendly. I feel bevq app is far better than this.

Very bad experience. I bought one top 3 days before. After one wash its colour has gone. So l never recommend anyone to kalyan.

Can't see any dresses for 14 or 15 and there are three option woman men and kids. In kids the age limit is 10. I can't see a dress for 14 And you should improve this app

App is ok but not permitting to update the addres. Tentative date of delivery be provided No sms confirmation from kalyan for having accepted the orders

I made a slot in Kalyan Silks and when I went there, there were no stafffs, security officers said that they were not informed about the slot, before the time itself I tried to conduct them they doesn't took my phone when I gone there they took the phone,the authorities at least need to inform about the cancellation. I gone at the slot time with my family for wedding purchase through this app - I booked my slot. Iam highly dissatisfied with this

Very bad customer service... Bought a saree worth around 4000 and the blouse piece was missing while packing...
