Kanji Quest - study for JLPT in a fun Kanji Game !

Easy to use and nicely set up. Utilises my preferred way of learning which is trial and error once you're presented with brand new information. The different handwriting styles is useful, instead of showing you printed characters, this way it gets easier to recognise kanji in all sorts of written excerpts. Love the level set up, nice and simple with decent sized chunks of new information. Would definitely recommend if you're struggling with kanji like I am.

This game is great for expanding your vocabulary and memorizing new kanji and their meanings. My only complaint is the lack of a wordbank or list of words you have covered and analysis of how well you remember them, somewhat like wanikani does. Thanks for making this app! Edit: One of the best features this app has is displaying the kanji in different fonts, something very important for learning and something you will encounter when reading.

So this is multiple choice which isn't the best if it's your only learning resource, however it has the kanji in a variety of fonts including a handwriting font which is great for supplementing your revision elsewhere. Also love the contextual learning of vocabulary.

Guess this app is still in development. Only a few kanji, not all the info, and no option to begin at a more advanced level. Otherwise sleek and original app, with lots of fonts. Keep up the good work!

Just what I needed, a low key kanji testing game to go with my studies. I have learned a few as well. I do like that sometimes the kanji are font, and sometimes as if hand written, so you get a better handle on recognizing them in different formats. I'm very happy with this app. Well done!

It would be better. There are not many characters, and not all pronounciations. It would be better, if I could find characters that I've passed, and roll back after the failure. But it was one of the most useful apps that I have seen

The best kanji reviewer for japanese learners, it has a smooth interface and great content. I recommend changing the font of some kanjis because it sometimes resemble different kanjis. With that said, thank you developers you are a great help.

So far, I'm really liking this app. Love that the level is given for each kanji. The only issue I have is that new Kanji is introduced in the sample sentence, without the furigana. I hope each level would contain more Kanji before they are cleared. Also love the grouping of the Kanji.

Exactly as displayed. Nothing ground breaking, but definitely not disappointing. I like the random change of fonts, it'll help with recognition.

This app is good is your studying for your N2 and refresher for others. So the "levels" they use in the app have no bearing on the difficulty level of each kanji. I do like how the incorporate written kanji with "typed" kanji

Its a good app for practicing Japanese kanji at a beginner level. Good vocabulary too. It stays fun by not overloading you with readings and instead gives practical examples.

It's okay but not the best. This is better for those who have previously learned the kanji. It does a good job teaching you about the meaning and gives example words but does nothing when it comes to writing and doesn't teach pronunciation much.

Has different fonts, vocab, example sentences. Great app, easy to use, a bit addicting. It's a great supplemental study app!

A nice idea with a very basic execution. That wouldbe 4 stars. But a lot of kanji lack their most basic, common uses in the description like miru, ato etc. That's pretty bad for learning.

It's a variation of flash cards learning. It's quick,easy and fun. I'll have to get to the higher levels to assess if this is a good way to learn. For now it seems to be good app for reviewing.

Great for revising kanjis. It's actually tells me how many kanjis I remember. It's a pretty amazing app. Well, I think the Japanese pronunciation should also be mentioned. That would simply make this app the best!

The game is OK however it's not an app that teaches you kanji. If you already know kanji, then it's really just a review app. Nothing wrong with that, however, if you want to learn Kanji, this app does not provide that experience.

Yet Another Misleading Description. This is not a game. There is no "quest". This is a simple Kanji Quiz. Maybe they were confused and meant to call it "kanji quiz"? Moreover, it quizzed me on some characters it didn't teach me.. which is not so nice.

I achieved JPLT 2 about 15 years ago, but have not kept up. This app has been amazing in getting me back up to that level, and will likely push me higher. Amazing!

Simple and easy to use and great for practicing kanji. Not a lot to it, but if you just want kanji, this is a great way to practice.

Too random, clearly not for beginners but it helps, as long as you are eager to learn.

Good fun and utilizes many fonts to get familiarized with different writing styles as well. I learn a bit from this app.

The learning method of this app is good but It would be really helpful if I could favorite kanji I already know and then study them.

It's really useful! I still haven't learned all the kanji, but I can get by and learn to recognize new ones better.

Fun game but after I get something wrong there is no way to continue and I have to quit the game. I have a pixel 2.

How am I supposed to learn if it automatically tell me which is which. I want to know if you can put a practice slide then a quiz to test what you have learned.
