Kannada Text To Speech by Hear2Read (Male voice)
Please install this after installing Release 2 Indic Hear2Read Text To Speech App to read Kannada unicode text. Once installed, the TTS App learns about it, next time the TTS App is used. The TTS App makes a copy of the voice database for generating synthetic speech.
If the voice App is deleted, it is also deleted from the list of voices available to Indic TTS App.

Doesnt allow for feedback. Also, it should have image scanner to read a document, along with current benefit of only reading a typed message or pasting text.

Not good my phone was hanged when i was this as default tts. Espeak tts is better than this in performance;(

Wow.. Rehabilitation of communication disorders is my job and i have recommended this app to many people who have lost their speech.. But if there was an option to type there itself, in ur app.. That would be great..
