I love this app but I just upgraded to an apple and the kc royals are not one of your apps on it please add it.

I have been back/forth with customer service for literally over a year in attempts to have the product I earned sent to me. When that didn't happen it was back/forth to have the points refunded to me. More back/forth bc the app was not working/wouldn't let me log in. Did as instructed, made new account. App still not working. Gave up. Came back a time later, got logged in, only to find all my points where gone. More back/forth, and now they have disabled my account stating that I have more then one account. All of this bc I simply want to earn my son some KC Royals gear. I will never get back the time I wasted on this app trying to earn gifts for my child. I am not angry that I tried to earn him gifts, I am livid bc this app is a fraud, and I can never get the time wasted, back. I have all these interactions with customer support logged if anyone has any doubt as to the run around I have been put through.

Been using this app since 2015. I have been earning things that I can't get in stores around in NY when you are a Kansas City fan. The quality of the apparel is #1.

I have used louder rewards app for over a year and enjoy it daily. It's fun and easy to play the trivia and games and get rewarded with prizes quickly. Their customer service is outstanding!

App needs a setting that you can adjust how many notifications you recieve!!!! My phone goes off all day, even when at work!!!! Not cool!!!!

This app used to give decent points this last update has really messed it up... I d/l apps and it doesn't show I've downloaded them or get points

I used to love this app and used it constantly until it was reformatted and then everything changed. It's hard to earn points and the app consistently shuts down with notification to report it. If it was revised to the original format I'd use it until then, I would advise people not to waste their time with this app

After several attempts to redownload the app it will not open!!! It was great before update.

I used to love this app, even got a reward. Now that is has went to the new version, it will not open anymore. I am afraid if I uninstall, all my points will go away

This way of earning points is harder, takes to much time.

Can't get many points anymore, ads aren't worth points, so why should I care about them. Pushing 30 second ads on people every time for measly 1-3 points is only irritating. Having to play games for 30 minutes for 20 points is also a waste of my time. I used to love this app, I received many goodies before, but I'm truly disappointed in this "upgrade." Sad, what was once a favorite, engaging me for hours, has become basically worthless anymore.

Hit my daily points limit at just over 3000. Dropped the bonus down to 1000. Which is impossible to get now. I wont download any more apps because I'm not getting any of my points. Adding to earlier post.... everything is a lie! They still act like you can earn 10,000 points a day. If you devote your entire day you can come close to 2,000 but those 10,000 points a day are gone it would seem forever. Haven't uninstalled yet but very close to it.

I messaged the support and they said after you accumulate 200,000 points you can no longer redeem points for rewards under that level. I am getting out of this app and uninstalling it ... hopefully with the patience to redeem my points at the 200,000 point level.

The advertisements are still a bit much, but they have Dooney and Burke so i'll take it.

Since the latest update, it works great! I can get close to maxing out everyday.

2/12-Says 2000 pt daily limit met, so can't get free prize entry at 5000 pts or 3000 pt 3rd-day bonus for getting 10,000 pnts today. Have to start over again to get 5000 pt bonus for getting 10,000 daily pts. No pts for Load New Ads. Support requests thru app unanswered. 2/7-Past 3 days problems with app says I met daily limit but I didn’t. Won't register pts. Missed out on yesterday's limit, won't get my 5000 bonus pts and free prize entry today due to this.

Thank you for the cool prizes!! App is still glitchy with the new lay out (points aren't registering or totaling correctly) but I still enjoy the articles!

Since updates it is almost impossible to earn more than 1000 to 2000 points. Though I don't like it, I understand the download need for the apps from a business perspective. Since the update this app always glitches, stops issuing points and freezes. I have only kept this because I was 94% to a reward and I want to finish it. Once I get the reward I will uninstall this app. Really dreadful with the update.

It's a fun way to earn stuff, and follow your team at the same time. Occasional stability issues, but overall very fun. That's what I did say. It's now gotten painfully slow to earn anything, and still has significant stability issues. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Now that i understand the update better, thanks to the wonderful customer service, i love this app again. As far as the point limit goes, they cant make it too easy to earn the rewards, after all everything is completely free!! So far i havent had any trouble earning my daily bonus, amd have earned it everyday since the update. I downloaded this app in Novemeber, its now February and ive earned 6 rewards, the app is SOOOO worth it. Now im just anxiously awaiting a Louder Rewards Kansas City Football!!!

The old version of this app was the best. When the new version came along, I didn't like it much but dealt with the changes. In the past few days there have been updates that make it almost impossible to even get 10k in points a day. If I can't even get that then its almost not worth my time on a daily basis. Really disappointed b/c I LOVED this app.

Since my last update the app won't load. I had no problem before, I really enjoyed it. I hope a new update fixes the problem. Other than that it's a really good app, with no complaints.
