I absolutely cannot stand needing to remember each and every time, my username and password to get into this app. most apps have fingerprint log in access anymore, please upgrade this. or atleast upgrade to where we are able to use our ks gas acct number for log in access. 2 star until this gets updated.
So I did the update and when I go to hit the pay now button after it shows the amount to pay and it says there was an error while processing your request and to verify the address but won't let me do anything else.
Need to be able to enter the date I choose to make a payment in the future...not just one payment but as far out as 6 months if I want to set it up that way.
horrible, keeps telling me to re enter username and password, uninstalled reinstall, tried registering again, nothing, bill is due 4 June 19. this app sucks!!
I like that as soon as you.open the app it lists your current bill. Very easy to navigate.
PLEASE FIX🙄 CAN'T LOG IN OR ANYTHING, I DELETED APP TILL I C BETTER REVIEWS ETC ON THIS APP,THEN I'LL RECONCIDER REINSTALLING GIVEING IT ANOTHER TRY IT AGAIN...
Been having alot of problems logging into the app and it is very annoying
Very very difficult to log in because login button is hidden.
This app is horrible! It says log in & there's no button to log in.
It's suck. You can't pay your bills over the phone app
It sucks they use a third party to pay bill that will not let you pay bill
I like it. Go through guest first then register at the end. Save it in the system. Go to go.
Pretty handy when you're practically bed ridden.

While it's a little funny I had propane for 21 years a didn't even live here 2016 and we know that it was you know under Teresa but the thing is where we're shut me off shut me off I didn't even live here I couldn't have a payment option
Trouble trying to pay my bill.
I love it
Very bad. Not streamlined. Not convenient. The app is hard to navigate, doesn't remember logins, or payment info. Pressing the back button at any point exits the app, forcing you to login again. It has alerts that falsely tell you that there was an error in payments.
Downloaded the app logged in and paid my bill no problems all in less than 10 mins

This is without doubt the worst app I have ever used. I'm not sure any user friendliness or ease of use was even considered when designing the app. It is almost as though it were an after thought, like a necessity to offer it because the technology was available. However, you'd save time by just using the website. The login function alone isn't worth messing with.
When I had used this app I did like it but had uninstalled it because I was under impression support for it was being discontinued. But I'm still finding it here on the play store. So yeah I'm confused.
