This app is horrible. Can only scan tickets for points, and the prizes you can redeem them for aren't really worth the trouble. You can't scan the tickets to see if there are any winning tickets. The app for the Missouri Lottery app is much better than this with alot more options. Like you can setup your picks within the app, and then scan a barcode later where you purchase the tickets.

the app works good for 40 tickets per day and only allows a bout a dozen times scanning tickets that have already been entered, so you can get a lot of points racked up by simply scanning every ticket you find, buy, or otherwise aquire. The extra entries into the second chance drawings give a sense of excitement and wonder ,if you might be the one who played the game and played to win. I personally have not won anything.yet, other than a 3$ free play coupon, i was a bit late to the show though.

The concept is good. The issue I have is the reason I downlaoded the app 2 years ago, scanning. It acts like it does, but doesn't. I can enter manually, but thag defeats the whole purpose.

The ONLY reason I gave it 1 star is that I can't give it 0. It is really a bad app. The FATAL flaw is the birthday entry boxes. The birthday is required to register. HOWEVER you have to scroll through a calendar 1 month at a time to set it. This is stupid. There is no autoscroll or other method to enter the info. So I have to scroll back almost 50 years 1 month at a time? Like I said stupid. Was likely designed by either someone very new or related to a lottery official.

Really hating this app... it's useless. Would be improved if it allowed you to keep track of all your tickets and check to see if they're winners. Regardless, there's not any real reason to keep the app on my phone when playing the lottery. it's a waste of space.

Well, at least the app itself works, unlike MO's. It's just that theres barely any reason to bother. The "rewards" are almost always just drawings you wont won anyway. When they do get generous and offer free tickets, it seems to be just for appearances because you can't get them, it'll just say they're no longer available, as though they ran out somehow.

To those that say that they can't check a ticket, that's not what this app is for! You redeem points from non winning tickets for a second chance to win. I think its a fantastic app! They collect personal information so they can contact you if you win! And click on the year when entering the DOB ppl. LoL!

Just downloaded this app to save time of having to go to store to check tickets. Turns out it would be faster and less headache to go to store. Had to reload app 5 times to get it to focus camera to scan 2 tickets. Save yourself some time and headache, go to a store.

I love the app! Not only are you getting the most for your money with the 2nd chance drawings but you can check your tickets without standing in a store at a kiosk. I would like to see that we can check our tickets and get the Play On points with one scan with the app of the lottery tickets.

I installed this app for the sole purpose of scanning Mega Millions tickets and Powerball tickets to see if they were winners. This app will not do this. Worse yet, you have to go through setting up an account and entering your personal information just to find out that it does not work. Several posters warned the app will not scan tickets for winners. I ignored their warnings hoping that the *WHAT'S NEW-Ticket scanning enhancement* meant that changed and the app would now tell you if your ticket was a winner. Unfortunately that is not what it meant and it will not scan "draw" tickets to see if they are winners. Now to uninstall the app and see if I can delete my account and personal information from the PLAY ON web site.

Worked great until this weekend. I can't log on, keep getting a message that says: internet not available, check your connection. This is not true as I have a good connection. I tried rebooting and reinstalling, but can't log on to the app. Very frustrating!

Ever since your scheduled maintenance last week, the checking for winner option in the scanner doesn't work. Just says try again later. 🙄 I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't fix the issue. Fix your issue and I'll change it back to 5 stars.

terrible, terrible, terrible. You can't just enter your birthday, you have to swipe the calendar back until you get to it on the calendar. Swipe from 2019 back to 1966=53×12months per year=636 swipes!!! Then they say that they need access to all of your contacts to use the app. I am not selling out my family/freinds phone #s and emails just to play their game!!

I have not been able to use the app for some time now. Weeks, there has been a ticket number assigned. Thanks for the reply, The problem seem to be with my phone and not the app. When the updates were made to the playon app. It made my phone unable to access the app. Had to upgrade my phone.

Love the app. Love to earn points to get coupons and promotions. And of course the 2nd chance drawings. The ticket checker is great too because I would of missed a winning ticket sometimes.

I spent almost thirty minutes trying to log in. I couldn't reset the password since it never sent an email. Due to this they locked my account since I tried to sign in too many times. I finally just had to make another account just to check one ticket. This app is garbage now.

Its easy enough to scan your tickets, but i can find no way to see their status after you scan them. It does show you lots of ads though.

It's pretty cool to get points even for non-winning tickets. It's good to still earn something for the time and money invested to play. Makes losing tickets not a complete loss.

This app and PLAY ON club membership would be worth it, IF THEY OFFERED BETTER REWARDS. REMEMBER WHO PAYS YOUR PAYCHECKS! PLAY ON MEMBERS DO! Why would anyone use 300 points towards a $1 KS Lottery coupon? It's the same as a $1 QP or Scratch ticket. SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION WITH YOUR REWARDS. MAKE THE DRAWINGS MORE FAIR & UPGRADE THE REWARDS. IT'S NOT WORTH MY TIME TO PLAY OR SCAN, IF I'M NOT OFFERED SOMETHING WORTHY! I spend too much money playing your diff Lottery games & never winning.

I like the app. It needs to have the capability to scan the tickets to know it's a winning or not in our own home or privacy. More safe than at gas stations, etc.

Glitchy. Crashes. Locks after a failed login. Does not unlock after password change or passage of time with no customer support options. Not worth your time.

This was great plus 5 stars until it signed me out and made me reset my password and it has not allowed me to do that for one reason or another and no help line so now I can't even participate anymore. So it's a 5 star app until it signs you out and makes you reset your password then it's a 1

Just scanned 8 tickets and didn't receive points for any of them. Tried to scan again and got "already been scanned" message. It would also be nice to know if I have a winning ticket when the ticket is scanned.

I dont think anybody actually wins anything on here as far as the drawings and whatever else they claim you can enter to win with points earned by submitting tickets. The scanner is definitely handy, being able to see if tickets are winners or losers is handy.

Worked great on my old phone. Got a new phone and now it won't let me sign in because the app is in development and I don't have access. Please fix and I'll give it the 5 stars..... Don't know if it was an update or what but working great now.

Terrible app after 3 months still can not figure out if I won money on tickets. Constant notifications on other raffles or drawings not with the download. App has points but point system is worthless. Overall very dissatisfied.

I love this app. The only thing that could use an update is for there to be only one time to scan. Scan once to check tickets as well as enter your points.

Seriously? I had to manually tap forever it seemed to enter my birthday and after all that effort your app wouldn't even work- it would not scan my tickets. I have no problems on other apps with this feature. Uninstalling now..

Can't scan a ticket without creating an account. Wants access to my contacts when I attempted to register with a google account it wanted access to my contacts. Nope! It won't allow install without it. Crappy software!

The way you have to enter your birthrate is horrible!! It would be much easier if you could enter the year instead of having to click through all the months to go back several years.
