Kanti Sweets

One of the worst app. Might be someone developed as a college project. Couldn't even login let alone ordering. Many reviews were telling the same but wanted to check by myself. They can stick with swiggy or Zomato rather than developing something like this to loose existing customers. By the way couldn't find zero star so it's one.

Horrible experience. After placing the order its been very long and didn't get delivered even after an hour and moreover there is no tracking system even to track the person. It's better to use swiggy than this app.

More like Product Name review. You have very poor choice of Naming. What strikes to you when someone say Kanthi Sweets are very ordinary? It puts you to think it's not so great right. Same thing happens when someone sees names at your outlets. You can put the names with better names Original MysorePak or Original laddu not ordinary come on give some respect to items the creation of these sweets and perfect branding took years, don't just make a mind set of people to think it's very cheap.

There are couple of stores near my home but still the app doesn't locate them at all n finally I'm not able to order. If the app doesn't allow us to order itself what's the use of you people having an app... total waste of time...

On the app they shows very limited products. Not 20% close to what is on swiggy or in offline. Pl work on it if you wanted to go online.

Better not to install this app. Wasted time.

Katie Sweets should consider changing their software services provider. Urban piper provides worst customer support. I am trying to activate my account- it asks for phone validation, but there is no validate option. I reach out to urban piper support and they forward ticket to different teams and abruptly close it without solving the issue ticket #112060

Horrible experience. App and website doesn't have clear process to order for anywhere in India..Head office people also don't know anything..They will just say select rest of india which would not come in search option only..No one was able to help..Wasted lot of time only to get disappointed.

One of the worst apps I have used in the recent times. I was expecting more from company like UrbanPiper. Inventories are not updated. Store says they do not have that particular product which I have ordered!

What is the use of this app? You advertise so much about this app. All you sweets box says order from this app. There is no store on this app. I am sure there is a store hardly 2 km from my home. Again heading back to Swiggy. You guys deserve to give commission to these apps

This app is very badly designed , it can't find address location . Poorly thought out . Location service Can't be used to send sweets to others .

Very bad experience. The inventory is not upto date and delivery is too late. Can't rely on their service. I ordered at 4 and received after 8. Had to send guests without sweets.

Please hire some good developer . You have a great reputation in market for Ur products but this app really sucks while processing.. there is defect while user is unable to add address.. kindly look into it and fix.

It asks for phone OTP, but haven't received any OTP at all!! Infact logging in itself is difficult here.. these guys need to work a lot on their app issues

The items sent weigh much lesser than what was ordered. Only one third quantity was sent and I was charged for the quantity ordered. Not expected.

The app is made so that its customers find it convenient to order everything the place offers however the kanti sweets app they are promoting is such a waste because the coconut puran poli or holigey as they call it is not even listed on their app. Stop promoting the app unnecessarily please

The app is absolutely great.. It took no time to find my wishful sweets and place an order. And it was delivered in half an hour.. Thanks to the team..

Order got expired and the amount not refunded. The contact us section is blank in the app. The attempt to call via number mentioned in website also went in vain.

this time sweets was ridiculous and outdated. good packing n delivery is good.. think twice while ordering sweets.. if u want for new try taste will be cross fingered

This is about the app, not Kanti Sweets. Can't order, keeps on repeatedly asking to pick store even after selection, zero support- no response to "in app" feedback.

Yes! As many of them said, it's all about login issues. You can never login from this app. Word service provided kanti sweets and urban piper development service.

Very buggy app. Tried twice on two different phones. Couldn't get past login.

Worst App!!! I have three Kanti Sweets store near my house which are within 2kms and yet this app isn't able to locate any store and asking me to contact customer care. Bloody hell .I can get my order from Swiggy. Who the hell made this crappy app?

Don't even think of ordering from this app. Bloody hell, took 1 hour 30 minutes to deliver, that too portion of what i ordered. Shame on you guys!!!!

Terrible experience Strongly recommend to use Swiggy or Dunzo instead. I waited 2.5 hours for my order, difficult to follow up on order.

Usually the prices in SWIGGY will be high than restaurant. But here it is vice versa 😂 better I order via swiggy only...

Disgusting app.. i got an sms stating Kanti sweets is taking orders now, and I fill my kart, but there is an error stating error due to less than minimum order of 100 rupees, whereas i added for 1149 rupees.. idiots are managing this app?

I added value amount 568 then also i am getting error like minium cart not fulfill...one of the worst app.. Kanti sweets please pay to developer/Tester..then fix ur bug... #BullshitApp

Online payment was successfully done and order wasn't placed showing awaiting payment .there is no point of contact for the app they have created for online orders ..no helpline no customer contact no.pathetic app no use
