Always updating. Then it keeps messing up. Why not just leave it alone
This app and program are AWFUL constantly down, can't access charts from phone only email and time clock, site loses documentation constantly, repeat documentation, clearly the person who designed this site in an office and doesn't work in the field
This is the worst app i have ever had to work with. It has never worked properly, nothing but problems. Its always down, wont sync for me, says i'm not within the vicinity while i'm sitting in my clients home. My suggestion, ger rid of it.
I'm unable 99% of the time to see full texts/emails. I see snippets before opening a message and when i open to read the full text, it's blank. And when I send a text I have to back out to see if it sent.
This app has been extremely easy to navigate for me and has made my charting very easy. I have never experienced an issue with the phone version. It's a wonderful app. Thank you!
This is a horrible app for field personnel working in home health. Having to sign in and out for travel time before and after, as well as for the actual client visit, is ridiculous. You are geotracking that I am actually at the client when I sign in. Therefore, it should be clear that I TRAVELED THERE. And to expect us to pull off the road to safely sign in or out from that travel, in heavy traffic, borders on endangerment. The burden on home health workers is enough already, without adding this
Can you make this more user friendly and allow me to scroll through past months.
Now I have to uninstall and reinstall this app just to get it to sync, when it actually works. Even then there's no guarantee that it ever saves the work I've already done. I'll just keep leaving negative reviews daily. Maybe someone will respond.......right after Hades freezes over.
It needs an alarm/timer built in to help notify of schedule start end times. Would be very very helpful in not missing check in and check out . Thank you.
Needs to sync automatically at least once per day if not more often. Annoying that it does not auto sync when changes are made on the computer.
Just had an update yesterday and now I cant submit my time. It keeps saying to mark off aide task but I have 5 marked off already. I synced, logged off and on, uninstalled and installed and nothing is working.
Cannot get it to sync sometimes it will sit there and spin 5 to7 minutes I just shut it off not going to waste my data on my phone I will already home and it is still trying to sync dont like ads on my phone that I'd why I hate to download apps
Even after the last update, there's a bug where filling out the tasks, it will kick you back to schedule screen, and then kick you back to the mail screen. Fix this please
Whatever update just happened, my app will no longer open at all. It keeps directing me to update the app, but I click update newest and nothing happened. It just sits on the app store.
1 star rated only because I could not rate ZERO!!! I do not like having to uninstall the app just to reinstall the app with updates. Terrible app! 😒👎
IT DOES NOT CLEAR OFF MESSAGES AND THEY GO BACK OVER A YEAR...THERE NEEDS TO BE A WAY TO CLEAR THEM AND CLOCKING IN AND OUT SOMETIMES IT TAKES 10 TRIES IF WALKING THROUGHOUT THE CLIENTS HOME.
It works well and isnt super buggy, however I dont like that there is a word count limit in task boxes.
Working for calls is great! I'm working with people who care. And this system on the phone is so easy.
i have a very hard time getting the app to sync manually, as it never does so automatically.
This app is not to good for me I just updated 2mos.ago and now again, have to update,it just keep pending before it will open me,Can u all fix this problem?
Once I received all of the facts of how to use this app. It is efficient, fast, & accurate. Enjoy using it.
Always have an issue with sync. Never does it. Have to always uninstall and re-install app daily
Seems to work pretty good for me so far but I am too new at this to give it any low or high marks.
Wish it can automatic put in password instead of putting it in manually all the time.
Can younall fix it it keeps saying no aid task documented when they are documented and its not letting everyone clock out fix this
I'm Not sure why everyone else is saying they have all these issues. It works for me 98% of the time, fine. Sometimes it will kick me out, or not sync when I need it to, sometimes I hve to clock n a few times BC it will say I'm not n the range but for the most part, it works fine for me! Fix these issues and I'll gladly change my rate.
