Growing together means growth at both end. Sadly, when they have many vendors, they forget the beginner who put their trust into them and guided. They are keen to upkeep but don't bothered about the bleeding that caused to the vendor who was there when they launch. Nothing else, but a very heart breaking disappointment.
No notification when customers reply.
Kaodim customer whatapp support team are slow( probably they dont care if you are smallvendor). It would take them months to respond if you WhatsApp then regarding any issues.
customer service is too slow in responding my messages. after almost 2 weeks still can't use the account to starts.
Work is not clean, there is no clarity, there is no connection and buying at a high price is useless
Until today my request still no status at all, either process with decline or approve..what a management!!
1. I tried to register as vendor then said my number has been taken, which is strange. 2. So I log in with my mobile number and reset my password. 3. But when I tried to log in with my phone number, again it said my phone number has been taken. Madness !
i wait for 1 month for activation account,but still pending,very slow management.
Very bad app they will simply charge our vendor for nothing and also very hard to get the job.i think there are something happen inside the admin side or kaodim place.so disapointed

I have an account for services in kaodim but I tried to apply as a vendor I can't. keep showing the phone number has been taken.

terrible customer service and the change in credit deduction plans are unbelievable and the whole credit refund is so slow and troublesome. Not worth it anymore. won't be renewing or purchasing anymore credits or continuing with them. they want to have vendors who are serious about providing the service, but how about protecting us from unscrupulous customers that are just quote hunting with multiple same requests?
