Overall is good and usable. Just one thing for developer, in the Qbank, I cannot change my answer once clickedbone. E.g. I chose A and found out it should be B, however, it doesn't allow me to make the change. Please get it updated, thanks.

Constantly crashes when trying to do Qbank questions. Schweser Notes work fine, but practice questions are most important to test success.

The app first worked well for a week. It was easy to use and had everything I needed. But suddenly it stopped working. It said it can't connect the server. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall it. Then I was completely not able to log in. After awhile, it worked again. I guess it is just not stable.

Lot of bugs Upd: 10 days to exam you service has stopped working completely. All service is down, all the learning system, both web and app. Web used to work until yesterday, though very slow. Spent more time on waiting for a new question to appear than for questions themselves. Last two days it does not work at all but returns various GraphQL errors. App also stopped working, but was useless anyway, unstable and buggy from the beginning. Your service went really badly. I feel that for money I

App worked fine until the last update on 25th Aug. So many bugs now on the tab version. I have trouble doing full screen in horizontal mode and can't pause the video. Some videos don't show up as well. It all worked before the update.

Started out fine but then i started having issues clicking on anything. Subsequently, after a logout, there were authentication issues and then constant network issues when trying to reset pw. Now it's basically a junk app. Just as the date to the exam nears.

Useless app, better to use the desktop version on your smartphone. yesterday, I was not able to use the video lectures, they don't load only able to see the first ten. Today the app don't even open. Not able to use it at all.

I dont believe the app works as intended, leads to lots of frustration. Downloaded videos do not show up. Cant watch videos offline. The notes section does not load anything but the title of the section. The qbank questions seem to work fine.

This app does what I need it to. It allows me to read course material, watch the videos I have purchased, and take practice quizzes. Overall a good experience without a ton of bells and whistles.

Unfortunately, the application is not working properly. I usually do the qbank quizzes by module, so each time i finish a quiz i go to do another one, but i find that the quiz of the previous module is not done yet. Even if i do all the qurstion the qbank still mention that the questions done are zero. So i have to go to the website for the qbank. You should adjust this feature.

The app is not as bad as the rating would imply, but I guess stressed out candidates aren't as happy customers as Clash of Clans players. Bottom line the app works to read on the metro, but only IF there is a magnifying glass on hand :-D The font is tiny and I don't see a way to change font size. Also there is a strange inclomplete item showing up for 20% of a LOS while the website said I was 100% done with section. P.s. I wonder if Google uses mean, geometric, or harmonic averages for rating ;)

Terrible App. Always getting a "server error" when I try to review the quizzes I've done on the question bank. Also when I start a quiz on the website, I can't continue it on my phone.

Constantly shows as being offline. Stops tests on it own accord. Have to delete and reinstall it all the time as I cannot access the existing tests. It awful app for exam prep.

Doesn't store in external memory, blocks when downloading videos, crashes often. Really a beta version needs much more work.

Good design but poor implementation, i'd choose the opposite. Use Kaplan website to study, this app in its early beta version. You dont want to lose your unfinished test answers just because wi-fi is gone, or application decided to update current page… shame to developers.

L3 i am not a able to see videos. Get error message saying missing video content. Qbank works well. I wanted to use it mainly for videos though.

the app is ok. how still needs improvement. can you please make it continue playing video in the background, such as when I turn on my display. thanks

I can't even get past the login screen. After entering my credentials, it tells to login using the website using a link. I login using that link but still can't use the app.

Although i put the username and password correctly, i cannot get into the app and the page just refreshed again with the same username and pass that i typed. Please fix this issue, thanks

Too much to say how bad the over all experience is- and their focus is on making money not giving proper service to students. Recommed to avoid schwaser at all costs and go with any other providers where the expertise and ease of use and your success are priorities 1, 2 and 3. And not a money grab for a subpar service.

Great App. Has many of the web features. Videos I download won't show up as downloaded when getting back into the app though.

Please include a "remember me" feature on the login page. It's annoying to have to type my username and password every single time I start the app.

i downloaded it one week ago and it works just fine. Made me study more. Can I enable dark mode on the app? I use the app to read before sleep and it's too bright?

I don't experience the problems other users face. Great app. Does what it should do.

My app keep crashing as of today. I can't use it for revision. Please help.

Not working. I have a phone with stock Android and the app won't load.

Unable to access my activities on the app. Just a my accounts and sign out option.

It doesn't even take the login credentials. Such a silly app not expected by Kaplan
