I paid annual membership a month ago and now is telling me that my subscription is not active. I tried in multiple phones but I get same warning!
it crashes whenever I try to review a bank. Please fix the issue .The service I paid for included the cel app!
It says that I do not have an active subscription, therefore it doesn't let me access my qbank. You guys are hilarious. I pay lots of money to get absolutely zero. You are money grabbers, nothing more.

Horrible layout on the android version. Why can you not use the same format and layou as u world? Questions are good but you cannot do landscape mode only portrait. Also revieweing questions by categories (marked, incorrect) is not possible at all. MAKE it like proper usmle format. IS IT REALLY that hard to do? I have the app but i dont use it because of these reasons and instead use a brower to do questions.

The app does not allow you to do any questions. I have called Kaplan several times about this issue. Each time I was told that they were aware of the issue and that it would be fixed within the week. It is now 2 months later and I am still being told the same thing. The qbank works fine on a computer.
It was working fine in the beginning. The tests I would take through this app I could review on my laptop and vice versa. But today when i logged in through my phone, none of my previous tests are visible and in addition they are showing me step 2 questions. i had subscribed for Step 1 USMLE. How do i fix this ?
False advertising. Please don't advertise on your website saying your qbank app is compatible with the Step 3 qbank when it doesn't even work. It lets me login and it shows qbank step 3 - 1 month on there but when you click on it it says this account does not have any active qbank subscriptions.... The qbank works in my chrome web browser,...in landscape mode. Kaplan needs to hire more web/app developer to work on this issue.
Very poor app. Many questions were cut off and the app frequently crashed.☹️

After they updated the app the samsung tablet (s3 model) I work on is no longer compatible or "optimized" and I cant access the q bank anymore. Why did you break something that was working perfectly for over a year now? Beyond frustating they are forcing me to buy a new device by making mine incompatible with an update.
Slightly underwhelmed by the app. Got a small scare as the app was labelled as a Step 1 Qbank app but it thankfully works for the Step 2 Qbank. Interface could definitely be improved for the app to reflect the actual exam interface. Overall, it's usable, but could definitely use some improvements.

Can log in, but questions do not load. Not associated with the PANCE question bank.
App is repeatedly closing. Can't even finish a short set of questions without crashing. Fix this! This is unacceptable.
All issues have been fixed now and the app works perfect!
Says my account doesn't have an active subscription which is consistent with what the other reviewers have been saying for the past few months. Its abundantly clear Kaplan does not care enough to fix this.
