Mostly apps have an issue with data syncing and integrations. But Kapture's mobile app CRM new update has been nothing but very useful. It offers a very smooth flowing integration between various apps and platforms. We get access to customer data and information from anywhere in the world at any time seamlessly
With this app, we can manage our customers from anywhere in the world. Even our sales team executives receive all the relevant information and updates about the customer's journey which helps them in providing accurate service. Kapture's mobile app is highly user-friendly and offers smooth integration between different applications as well as business processes.
I came across Kapture CRM about a year ago. After doing our research, we scheduled a demo. The team took us through how the software works and how it can be useful for our travel business. Since the demo was personalized, we got a better understanding of the system. In about two months, we went live. We got many configurations and had about 3 integrations done as well. Highly recommended Kapture for companies that are looking to organize their customer support process.

We have been using this mobile CRM application for over an year now. Each update brings with it new features and more hassle-friendly experience. What has benefitted us is the geo tagging feature. Definitely recommended for those who are looking for a smooth workflow.

This is most worst app and pathetic to use it. Most discardable. Complete bogus and thakaau app. It is worthless having it. This is very heavy app and good mobiles of 3, 4 GB Ram also get hanged with it

Mr. Vikas. I think you are not capable enough to develop this kind of app. First you learn then practice then you start develop any app. You have done lots of update but every time it gives us more & more headache. Its horrible.
