After having Bluetooth connection problems after today's update, I uninstalled app & reinstalled. Could finally connect after that. Still, I have problems with layout. When any warning message is shown in BP reading window, I can't add notes because keyboard obscures input screen. Have to write in a notepad app & paste into window. DUH! Also, "Save" button is obscured by keyboard, so after writing notes, have to click "back" button to get rid of keyboard in order to save notes. Bad layout!

If the orientation of the logo is so important, why is it a black on black low relief embossing? Most of the users are not spring chickens with hawk-like vision. Also, there is nothing you can do with this thing except view single EKGs and export them one at a time to a single-page PDF unless you subscribe. And the subscription prompts never end! They constantly clutter up your activity.

I'm a 36yo gamer and it took me an hour to get the KardiaMobile 6L device to pair through the app, though it was visible on my phone's bluetooth menu (obviously the device was awake). I can only imagine my grandfather trying to pair it and giving up after 5 minutes. Once it was paired (after several fresh installs of the app), none of the readings were "readable". Apparently if you have any muscle spasm, hiccup, itch or cough, it can't read it. I've given up for now, but I'll try again later.

Apparently the problem reported about not syncing with Omron Evo blood pressure cuffs was resolved after an update. Love the app and it's responsiveness. Storing data locally is much better than "the cloud".

Update: I like the update. No more Price is Right scrolling. Thank you! This app was a lot better when I could manually type in my blood pressure rather than have to scroll through the numbers. I don't like having to play Price is Right just to be able to input my numbers. Sure I can type them in, but if I hit ok instead of done, then it goes back to 120/80. Very frustrating.

After most recent update, no Bluetooth connection...deleted my device and now app "can't find device"...and like other post, as soon as you tap add blood pressure to enter manually, the screen flashes something for 1/2 second and returns to home screen...do you can't even add your blood pressure manually...

Up until this point, I never had any issues with the app. As of this past weekend, when you touch either the "add blood pressure" or "add new entry," the screen just quick flashes and doesn't allow that page to enter. Being in IT, I presume this is a bug that will be fixed on the next update, but for the time being it's a major inconvenience. Reached out to customer support via email and they were absolutely bland. Given the stereotypical: "restart your phone, force close the app," response.

Too Costly unless you can find it discounted. Its a physical gadget to work with online single user registration checker. It is Very Simple to use after registration but design requires the internet to register and operate. It should be offered with all operation online, even if for a one-time modest charge. It IS very accurate as confirmed by Hospital cardiogram and commendation by my Doctor. I judge it an important gadget for an elder person but the online system is neither needed nor affordab

RIP off. Bought the KardiaMobile and downloaded this app and can't believe the cost of this! It's a flimsy few pounds' worth and the app instructions are rubbish. It doesn't work on the table near the phone! Only works if you hold the device over the phone.

App much worse than it used to be when i last paid for it with the hardware and used it a few years ago. Recent changes are like a bad kids computer game app. Content reduced, the education bits have gone, and lots of 'in app subscription' making you pay for the service(s) you thought you already paid for. I hope you guys go out of business. I'm off to find another product to spend my money on that i can trust, even if that means paying more!

The App works fine on a Moto G8 and Hauwai tablet. Some simple improvements would aid ease of use, especially at night. A dark mode option would be great, so that you don't have the white pages acting like a torch. Making the ^ logo luminous on the ECG itself would also be useful. Also, there is no way of scrolling the page when adding blood pressure details, and the keyboard hides the date / time fields and the save button. The keyboard has to be resized to make them visible.

I bought this for a little bit of piece of mind because I have heart issues, but you don't get much information about what it finds unless you subscribe. It doesn't cost much and for me, it's worth it. Thanks Kardia Mobile. 😊

Latest update is terrible. Who came up with idea to replace dialog to enter blood pressure with scrollers? Before I can find correct number, I forget what my blood pressure was, plus it takes about 20 times longer than just entering the number like one could do with previous version. Update: Today's update switched back to simple number entry. Hallelujah!

It no longer works. At some point it began telling me there is too much interference and shows my heart rate double what it really is. No matter where I go or what I try, I get the same results: it errors out with too much interference.

The device is easy and simple to use and results are always true. Quick and easy to get a good quick simple EKG

App doesn't work it just shows a video showing how to use the device, but you can't connect the device to the phone it won't recognize it.

Ted. K. Mar 24, 2022

App works good but company keeps shortening the time period it keeps rythms and data you enter yourself, like bp. :( When the data is stored on my own resources, this change seems unfair.

Got a new phone, Galaxy S21 Ultra 5 G. I quickly found that Kardi App would not run. I found the 5.21.0 update and installed. Same issue. Displays white screen after login. Update: update 5.23.x released. Many Samsung Galaxy S21 models now added (4 in all) EXCEPT... Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (SM-G998U) Still no joy! oversight? syntax error? Eagerly awaiting update 5.24.x!

The old app wouldn't work so I uninstalled it and loaded the new one. The problem is all the readings for 2021 and 2022 are missing. I only have 2020 now. That isn't right.

Have used a number of time it very good at pointing out and asking if it should remove or not removed! It can catch and hold for you to see if it is a scam. Then it easily blocksc them Ptw

The app would not stay open. Could not update, take ekg, or do anything with app. Had to uninstall and reinstall. OF COURSE ALL EKG HISTORY WAS LOST. WHAT AN UNRELIABLE APP.
