I love this so easy. The time saved. I have had issues though lately and i know a bunch of others also. Some reason not easy to find you on the Google playstore. U will got to put in info and it comes up as a error message. Like u dont have a account.
The app takes like a full minute to load a new page, which is pretty unimpressive in 2020. In order to put the birthdate in for my insurance, I would have to hit the "back one month" button around 700 times to get to the correct year. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY to enter the birth date, not even just typing it in. I'm not going to do that and I'm certainly not going to provide my credit card information to such an unpolished and sketchy app. Absolutely no thank you. This app is bad.
Confusing to use and set up on a smart phone. No instructions to set up, no info, no nothing. And its painfully obvious support doesn't really care about all of us having the same issues.
Your app sucked my battery 70% on one call...it overheated to the point i had to take the cover and back off then hold it in the cold air to end the call. As well it started to smell. In the 3 phones I've had for this model in 2yrs...plus my daughter and husband having the same phones...nothing ever happened like that before. And now my phone charges slowly as well as won't keep a charge😡😡😡 i don't want to even give u one star.
Everything went smoothly. This application is easy to use. I logged on a few minutes before my appointment. Exactly at my scheduled appointment time, Dr Massey popped on. It was amazing. We discussed my pain issues. The Doctor made some adjustments and told me to stop by the Office for my vitals and to schedule my next appointment.
No instructions on how to create an account. "Sign up" leads me back to phone or email lookup which then fails because I do not yet have an account. Chatbot says no one is available for me to talk to and wants PII. No thank you.
I see 2 different types of doctors and also see a Mental Health Therapist twice a month using Telemedicine. I absolutely love using the Telemedicine app because I just remain in my home sitting in my favorite chair and log in to my Telemedicine app about 15 minutes prior to my Telemedicine appointment time. They request that you login 30 minutes prior to your Telemedicine appointment time but I don't think that is necessary to login that soon so I always login 15 minutes prior to my Telemedicine
Awful! As soon as i installed this app, suddenly 14 (yes, FOURTEEN) unauthirized apps got crammed onto my phone, including netflix, fb, candy crush, 5 yahoo apps, 2 solitaire apps and 4 other garbage apps. NO WAY will I EVER download this fraudulent app again! Plus, it wants your email, cc info...wth??
This Online Virtual Appointment app. Does not any account for me. And it took to long to tell me so. On top of that it said Something about chatting? Are you kidding me!!??? It stated in (3) hours. Not using this app for many Reasons. Thank you!
FIX THESE & PLAY STORE LINK ROUTE~IT'S 2020 NOT 1980~~~ The app is easy enough to use, much easier than the Hospitals Appt app & other Appt apps What is EXTREMELY IRRITATING... ●when confirming or validating anything else through a LINK- instead of OPENING MY APP it routes me through Google Play & wants Me to Open the App from there ●Logging in & waiting in the "Waiting Room" for my Dr The System WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO JOIN MY APPT & WAIT until the EXACT TIME of my APPT!! Which is RIDICULOUS!!
This App doesn't work! Tried reaching out because I can't get past the sign up, was told to contact the doctors office; doctors office has no clue either! Totally a useless App!!!!
Why hasn't support answered my email or the msg in app I sent 5 days ago It says on app that Kareo Support typically responds in a day/24 hrs There was technical issues w/ my Dr & I both logged on but we weren't ever linked together I waited 27 min did not close/switch apps looking @screen entire time finally I had to switch to phone app to call my Drs office then switched right back to Kareo as soon as she answered but showed her I had only been on 1 min to not lie to her I was on time Not good
Never used the process before. This required a credit card number to speak with my doctor yet the doctors office did not request my credit card information nor do they have access to what I was required to provide. My personal information needs to be removed.
Why have an Telemedicine app that you cannot make changes to, especially important contact information. I do not recommend this app for providers or patients.
I love this way of communicating! It's like being more comfortable and the stress of going to the office isn't there! Just like a home visit from a Dr when I was young.
Everything was very good!! Except i declined a call and the audio was very low. But all was really clear until then i give it a5 star thank you
I really like this way too but I do prefer doing it at the clinic better than at home cause I don't have the machines here to do it also it pays with my debit card too.
When trying to log in continues asking for appointment and never connected to the doctor. Could have been user error. Not sure but prefer to not use it
When trying to install, I get a pop up message that says, "will be installed on my device soon." With that said, it never installs. What can I do? I have an a very important appointment tomorrow morning
.y son installed this for me i log in each visit 15 minutes prior to appointment time and phone rings regularly. The face to face never has worked . Why is this app going through Google Play with all those games advertised?
As usual, my appt. went exceptionally well!! Unable to go into the office due to COVD19 virus but all went well as usual.
Even after creating a working account on the kareo web portal, the app still doesn't recognize my email, or phone number in order to log in on the app.
this is fantastic. I use it with my pain mgmt doc & it's so nice if I'm having a bad day to not have to travel to see him & end up feeling worse because of having to go out
I set this up ahead of time. My doctor appt was not able to get into this and Had to do the appt over the phone.
I think it's great but I find echo delay with my voice distracting. Can this be corrected?
It's not a bad app, but I have to say for the advancement in apps today, this one is very generic. Nothing spectacular about it.

Im trying to create account so i click on sign up but it takes me to login. And doesn't allow me to create account
Didn't have any of the issues reported by others for one reaspn: it didn't work. It wants me to look up an account, which I already know doesn't exist, and there's no option to create an account. How the heck do you use it if you can't look up a non-existent account? Pointless.
Personally I am in different, the site has worked for appointments. Some issues I have had is that it's a very limited app in that communication is only available for appointments... Not much else. I saw a few people concerned about the card info needed and I agree it's misleading. (I was not billed personally, only my insurance and also i used a prepaid card so I wouldn't have to worry about retroactive charges and such.) all in all it is pretty basic and limited, but I suppose it is sufficien.
