You can pay off your mortgage early with extra payments. Add one-off, monthly and annual extra payments. Choose up to six additional extra payment amounts and payment periods and the calculator will show how much money you can save on the loan.
Choose from weekly to annual loan payments and adjust the compounding period from daily through annual periods. The calculator supports Canadian mortgages along with UK annual rest mortgages.
Multiple rounding options on loan calculations are also available. Choose between no rounding, round half up, half down, to even, to ceiling and to floor.
The calculator also supports the input and display of multiple currencies.

Awesome app. All the mortgage calculators I've found out there have not been able to show me what I need to know. This is awesome, hence why I paid for the premium to show my thanks to the developer. Extra payments especially and it's an app which is very convenient.
I love this app. I have been able to match my 1098 and loan disclosures to this app down to the penny. This app can do everything I want - Interest totals over the course of the loan, how my loan is affected if I make extra payments, and how much my monthly payment will be with escrow are just a few. There are also amortization tables. I love numbers and I feel like this app gives me the power to easily deal with lenders quickly so I can double check what I am being told. Get this app!

Just bought the Pro version to support the developer as the free version is so damn useful. One simple request - please add a month number since mortgage start to the Payment and Period tables. Especially as the number is tied to all the payment options.
I have used the free version of this calculator for many years. It is great. I noticed today that i never paid for the full version, so i did. it's so worth it if you need a very realistic estimate for your buyers. Great app!
I am a loan officer and I use this all the time on the go, it's straight forward useful and works great. I used the free version for a while and loved it and decided to upgrade to support Karl and his solid work, I highly recommend!
Great app, the only thing I've found missing is the ability to override bi-weekly payment amounts.

I bought this because of advanced features like PMI. DOES NOT WORK!!!!! DON'T SPEND THE MONEY!!!!! EVEN WHEN YOU DEFINE A FICO SCORE, PMI DOES NOT POPULATE. STICK WITH THE FREE VERSION, OR USE ANOTHER APP!!!

This is an excellent app. My only complaint is that I couldn't find an easy way to transfer my loans from the free version to the paid version.

Very good app. I use it mainly to calculate the of making extra payments on loans.
The problem with this app is when making "extra payment". It does not calculate the new balance when the interest rate changes. I made two loan account, one with extra payment and one without. For example, I made a $25000 extra payment in January then change the interst rate for April. The total payment for May should be lower then the account with no extra payment. Unfortunately, the total payment for both account are the same weather you put extra money or not.
