This app does nothing unless you are sitting in your car, it'll tell you where it is....so helpful 🙄...it won't even connect after update, so I'm sitting in it but I have no idea where it is because the app won't tell me now 😒

Overall the pre-installed Karr security system is an overpriced waste of money. This app basically allows you to to lock and unlock the doors, set the sensitivity of the bump, see when the alarm was triggered and see where you parked it last. It will NOT help track or locate your vehicle if it's stolen.

I love how easy this app is to use and the features of the security system itself. The vehicle immobilizer works really well and I feel good knowing no one is going to be able to just break in to my car and steal it!

I cannot believe I paid $1,500 at the Honda dealership for them to install this alarm system this thing sucks........ The app is glitchy and it does not notify you if your car alarm goes off..... When you check if this shock sensor has gone off all the dates and times are all cut off in the middle and you can't even read them..... I have uninstalled the app and reinstall the app just to make sure and it still does the same thing....... Going to dealership tomorrow and having the alarm removed...

Leaves much to be desired. When I got my car, I was kind of forced to pay this extra security since the dealership had pre-installed it, and mind you, it wasn't a cheap extra. It worked for a month or so but it doesn't work AT ALL since the last update. It can't find my car even if I'm right next to it, and freezes and crashes. App support is a joke. I'm stuck paying for a security system that DOESN'T WORK!!! FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!

Never ever buy this car alarm. It is junk. It will not give you real time monitoring. It is old interface. You have to be near the car to check the statis which is completely useless if you go indoors. By then the thief could be in Mexico before you find out something happened. The interface is dumb and 2010. It is also easily hackable. I wasted a lot of money on thia piece of garbage, asked for my.money back after learning it sucked, and was denied. Their customer service sucks too.

I just bought my car, I haf the alarm turned off and then after hearing all the things I can do I added it. HUGE MISTAKE! I couldn't get it to connect at all,so I drove back to the dealer. They didn't know and had me call the number. While on the phone it connected. We hung up and it was gone. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra, it will not connect at all! My Note 10 connects sometimes, but honestly this app is crazy and they should be giving it away for free because it it not worth anything!

Dumbest add on ever. I work at the dealership, it was a zero day so I decided to be nice and buy a new car (always buy a car when it's dead.) Just for some extra goss, I said throw in the alarm and a 5 year plan. After I got it, I realized how bad this is for non-dealership use. It is horrible. The range sucks on the app, making it kinda pointless. It doesn't even alert you unless your 5 feet away, if I needed If we hadn't needed the sale, I'd be pissed. Gonna replace it w/cobra

Can't find my vehicle unless I'm within 6 feet....what's the point of GPS. Keeps forcing close when I hit map. Not happy with this alarm or the app.

Limited Connectivity and Ability. Not much this actually does. Difficult to connect, slow to complete actions (if at all), Limited range. App is the definition of "lowering the bar for bare minimum". The only thing it's been able to do so far is provide a log of alarmed incidents.

Total waste of money. This was made out to be some hi tech alarm with remote start, gps location, etc. This app only locks and unlocks the driver door. IF you use the app to lock the car when your out n about then you can see its last location but using the fob the gps feature is useless. Remote start? Yeah that aint happenin, no remote start neither. If offered by the dealer, save your money because its over priced garbage. Also you have to be within a few feet for the app to work.

Seems to work about the same as the previous version. One thing I noticed is different. The previous version would pair the device with your phone and stay paired. This new version seems to pair and unpair with the phone everytime you use the app.

so far had not worked properly, this was an add on at the dealership that did not work since day 1. Just letting future buyers know ahead of time that it's not worth the dealership add on.

Just purchased a car with this system installed and it actually kept my car from being stolen not even 3 days later, very thankful!

Crappiest app ever. Needs to be updated and debugged. Shuts down everytime you hit maps. Won't find your vehicle even if it's right next to you. You can't lock or unlock your car like I was told you could with this app. Freezes and closes at random.

This app is a steaming pile of garbage. Don't buy the KARR Alarm option at the dealership next time, lesson learned.

This app sucks. Paid all this money to see a blue dot move around on Google maps, wow that is some ground breaking stuff there. The guy who came to my house to activate it in my Jeep wasn't much help either. Update 11/9/20, had the system removed at the Jeep dealership. Solved issues with horn beeps while alarm is activated or deactivated. Now it's back to normal using the settings menu in the stereo.

The app that I downloaded is different then the app that is shown here. For one, I cannot control the arming and disarming sound of the horn. I'm not given that option with the app I have, But it seems to be shown on this page. The guy that installed the alarm was pretty rude and of no help.

Literally can't be more than 2 feet away from the car. Half the time won't even connect or take too long. Only shows last connected place, whats the point if the car gets stolen then, bc it doesn't show where it is then. The dealer made it sound so amazing. Wish I hadn't paid for this. Biggest scam ever. Paid over $1000 for it

Pointless app. Had to be installed in my car for "extra security" but you can only connect to it when you're next to the car, it's on, and there's a good signal. So pretty much useless as a security measure.

During my vehicle purchase. Finance department described the ability and security features like in a fairytale. I made the purchase. All ive ben abel to take advantage of is nothing on the app. The app has crashed on my smartphone 10 times in on my first month. Its nothing but headaches. Wish the dealer itself could be more straight forward on describing the defects it has. I was told personally by deactivating the alarm system and low jack. Main reason why i gave in. Shame on the dealership.

Like all the other people commenting on this app, I got stuck with this "car security system" that doesn't work because it was pre-installed. Dont waste your money. Tell the dealer to uninstal it before you buy the car or DONT buy the car. Also customer service is a joke, their solution to everything is " try to delete and re-install the app" just so you can have to call them when that doesn't work and make you waste another hour of your life on hold.

The only option worth anything on this app is unlock which only makes sense if you locked your keys in your car or passive mode and the passive mode sucks because you can't even choose how long until the car locks.

Bluetooth connection only? Allows you to change settings on the alarm and unlock your vechicle but only from a few feet away. Not as cool as the dealer and installer made it sound.

App is awesome me and my family have full access to the car in case of an emergency.

What a scam! I can't believe karr gets away with this! This app doesn't do much at all. The dealer tells you its already installed so you have to pay for it. Karr sucks!

Quick and easy access for my cars security system

Very difficult to connect to vehicle if it actually does. Not even sure if this app actually works. It seemed good at the dealership. Just a lot of bugs in the program.

I wish i'd spend more time doing my research on this alarm. The dealership sold it to me for an extra $900. They sure did make it seem like it tracks your car. Unfortunately it doesn't. I've only used it one time in over a year to unlock the car when i couldn't find my keys. But, other than that don't waste your money.
