shut up slows down the demonstration. especially when I show a base model car and customer says oh no let's look at the next level up. app becomes a hassle to go back and go to different vehicle. sometimes the back button disappears. sometimes I cannot connect to another car because I just opened up a car and the app freezes. customer stands around looking while we have to make an excuse that we went over to a new Bluetooth system that is slow
Developers need to find a better solution for sales people to be able to open the vehicles more efficiently. There is just so many things that can go wrong when trying to open the app and unlock the vehicles pronptly. Servers down. Bluetooth down. Internet down. Slow hardware
This app is really bad, súper slow, never find the right car, always buffering I removed and reinstall it and same problems. Takes a lot lot lot lot of time to load, I have to try 2 3 4 times before opens a car. I don't know how the dealer accepts this cheap app. It doesn't help at all.
This app is slow unresponsive at times and takes forever to load. Being in service this app wastes our time when needing to move a vehicle it can take few minutes load and have to wait for unlock. Also have to force the app closed every time I'm done. Horribly executed upgrade from the easy to use remotes. There needs to be a service remote bypass other then the Bca on the app. This app doesn't even deserve 1 star
When it's working it's fine. It kicks me out and makes me login every time I switch to it. The Bluetooth connections to the cars are always spotty too.
This app needs some serious work. Every update comes with fixes and breaks another thing within the app. It constantly gives errors multiple times a day and is very aggravating.

I really like this app and how useful the door unlock feature is, it makes showing cars so much easier!
Error login, even after customer service logs in themselves. Note 10 plus. I'm being told to log in through another device. Let's say this is possible and that I do -- MY phone is still unable to log in. How am I supposed to use the app on someone else's phone?
Work is incredible for me now because of this app. We don't have to run back and forth to grab keys to open the cars!
Got the update, still not connecting like it needs to, if it was my business, I would get rid of this service all together. A terrible service with many loopholes, a waste of time and money.
Worst. Never works when you need to. Had to jump cars because it kills batteries and have fun going to your customers place to have it disabled... again And again... Don't write me back with sorry about blah blah. Just get your program to work!
No longer works. Don't know what happened but others can get on and use fine somehow mine won't connect since updates! Not happy!!!
Takes a looong time to load, uses a loooot of battery and data, it says it's connecting and then it shows an error message so you have to scan again !
its a little slow when i switch cars, sometimes it crashes too but its just a couple clicks away from selecting the next car.
A little slow but has been better the last 2 weeks. The ability to find the location of a vehicle on the lot is awesome.
Works great makes my job simple. I can show the customer multiple vehicles without having to run back and forth for different keys
The app is slow and freezes when you unlock a car, you need to back out and redo it... And no my phone is not old (galaxy note 9)

this app is terrible. it is slow and you are sitting forever waiting for the app to search for vehicles. it is a waste of time and a huge pain in the @ss.

Freezes. Have to redo the action every time. Gets stuck, need to update before using. Nightmare

the application servers are down on a Saturday thus not allowing any salespeople to give demo drives. This is great!

With the recent update, and turning your location "always on" the app has been working WAY better than before.
Not happy with the performance of this app. I thought my older phone (Samsung S7 Edge) was the issue. Purchased a Pixel 3 and I am having the same delay issues. Sometimes the app takes longer than 2 minutes to load. Update. Continuously having issues with this app. Another update. I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app multiple times. The app stops working unexpectedly almost everyday. Update. This week alone I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times.
