Asks so. many details. Can't simply pull my data using PAN card and email information. ASKING me everything from address to net wroth. Really bad login system. This app doesn't even tell me if I can view my existing investments after all the steps above. App doesn't even allow login unless you fill all the details on website karvyvalue. MYCAMS is much much better and simpler.
I have reinstalled the app. No improvement. .... Disaster. I am trying to sign up for last 3days. I also get emails, SMS on my phone but while signing up after entering all my details the notification pops up stating "the KRA is down, pls try later." I have been seeing this notice for last 3 days and dont know for how many attempts.. i feel Karvy app is useless.
I am not able to view anything in my portfolio for the last one month. There is no notification, can someone tell what is going on? Money is getting deducted from bank but I am not able to see the transaction within the app. It worked till November 2021, but not anymore. Karvy, please update us what is going on....
Unable to login in web and account. While login it shows "No data". Have been waiting since 3 months but issue still exists. Cannot even login through website, I cannot even check the status of my portfolio. Please take action immediately.
Pathetic app...I spent 40 minutes to do 10 min job of sign up.... still no success. Moreover, it identifies me when I try to login and sends the OTP. But when I enter the OTP, it says registration is not complete and there is no email or way to check the registration status. Waste of time
I hate this app because of its services. Unable to place a call and unable to raise a query through it application. It's display loading loading. Sip purchase notification and buy information not get in well manner. I'm tired with this kind of services. Stuck with my sip and its balance. Please update your services for best customer experience 🙏
It always shows "no data at moment" while I try to login. It's been happening for last few months but still not resolved. Requesting the dev team to please look into it.
Since last so many months, it is showing no data at the moment. What is the issue with App? Is there any other new App which I need to download? Is this app not functional any more?

Everything less important can be seen easily on this app, but the portfolio section which is most important is displayed very rarely otherwise most of the time blank screen appears.
A bit slower interface. The SENSEX and NIFTY on the landing page are not updated day wise. It shows some old data (3month old numbers there)
This is the worst app ever I have seen. One star is given because there is no facility given for minus rating. If there is anybody to address the feedback kindly help me to close my sips. Every month SIP initiated and getting rejected. I do not have any SIP but don't know how SIP triggered. About customer support - Its better to write nothing when you don't have any positive comment I hope after this feedback someone will look into my concern.

IAM sending mail to so many times but didn't get any reply.. there's no correct contact number ... otherwise not connecting this no which is updated ...as a invester I really don't like this karvy service.... very very bad experience Very very bad service.
This app debits money from my bank account, but it's not credited to my mutual fund account. Funds are kept in hold without any explanation.Support Number not in service. No way that you can get any support. Avoid unless you like stress and tension. Horrible app. Karvy Nivesh is the worst.
I am not able to login. also not trace my SIP. If any update in your system, you should send a message or notification for application and website will not work 2-3 week (during updating). application and website not working from 2-3 week
It does not open more than half times and again not all options available as compared to the web site. Its okay just to get a quick overview.
Too good. the simplicity pf usage of this app and the insight and guidance provided on investment in mutual fund is excellent and needs to be applauded. I used the app, few of my colleagues took interest and start using. kudos to the developer team.
Poor service : Purchase a lumpsum with upi. After the payment when came back to this app there nothing showing.not even the transaction.my upi payment was successfully completed.but no confirmation from ur side was showing.Try to contact provided numbers but no one ans those calls.
Their are many many bugs in the app, also the pages are taking a lot of time for loading. Plz improve the app asap
Pathetic app Seems like the developers and service team is not willing to fix the issue. Such a bad user experience. The app is taking forever to open! This shows how serious the company is and where they are heading
The support query never responds, not sure why is the feature even there. No response to emails as well. Pathetic customer support. During account opening they were giving support through whats app as well now when investments are made nobody cares.

You are just sleeping and snoring by updating the app with full of bugs, not fixing them. Wah you just removed the BSE AND NSE tickers?They must be there as before.. please.They help to decide to invest more or redeem. You packed it with more bugs and more hickups...
Worst experience. Downloaded the app and opened an account. Uploaded the cheque which was rejected without any specific region. Only remark was that it didn't match account details. Again trying to upload a fresh one but every time app gets logged out. Lodged a complain but no reply came till today. Over all my experience is very bad.
