Good, but very cumbersome login process. It is one of the most feature rich trading app, but the login process is extremely cumbersome. The app itself doesn't have any quick login feature like PIN or Fingerprint (which IIFL & Upstox has) and moreover, you cannot copy paste password into the app. Above all, KARVY has insane requirements for password strength, resetting your password every 14days. I hope they integrate Google Smart Lock for Password along with Fingerprint authentication.
Very poor functionality.. especially after the last update.. unable to login.. i have to uninstall and then reinstall everytime to make it work. Oops something went wrong. That is the irritating thing to display everytime u try to login.. Karvy please put some research before publishing the app.. Also i dont think it has secure connection. Web login doesng have HTTPS. Even a junk website has https connection now adays.. No need of fancy graphics in app. Simple reliable app is more than enough..
Not user friendly. Sometimes the app is very slow. Payout amount is not credited to my bank account. More than 5 times i tried to transfer the balance to my bank account but it was not credited to my account. There is no way to check the position of payout request. I gave mail to customer support but no proper reply was received.
Worst app, unable to view my portfolio showing the error message no internet connection just like others have reported. Informed developer about the same and they created a ticket. Since then no update or followup. If there was minus rating would have given that.
Everything it looks fine. But I don't like login every 5 minutes entering password. I hate entering password every time. I have accounts with some other brokers. Once we login on one time in a day it remains active until we logoff. Why can't you guys add fingerprint or access code? Our technology is changing every day. What your IT guys are doing? If we want to place trades quickly on Intraday we should act it fast. Otherwise price will jump. Improve your technology. I hope you guys add fingerprint or access code soon.
While working on it, app stops abruptly indicating 'your session has expired. Pl. Login again'. Re-login is very difficult. Repeated message is shown as ERROR OCCURRED. PLEASE LOGIN AGAIN. This problem is persistent for last one month.
Worst quality app ever! Login fails consistently. Even the reset option doesn't work. It used to work fine earlier (a year back) but after a stupid update it stopped working. Still it's not fixed. It's been a year. If you're reading this review then please report this app on playstore in order to ban it for bad quality.
Usually this app is working nicely. However since several days I am seeing error No internet connection whenever I click portfolio section, inspite of having good internet connection and other apps and web browser working perfectly. Due to this, I am not able to see portfolio section on this app. I tried submitting feedback through app by visiting the Contact section, where also other error coming of Feedback Not Sent. So can you please help fix this error to see portfolio section? thank you.
Whenever I open any scrip everytime I have to select the timeframe,why my selected timeframe doesn't stay.The timeframe stays in a default mode of 1min and everytime I have to change it.This problem doesn't occur in other broking apps. Whenever I switch to some other app for 5-10 minutes,Karvy app logs me out.I have to login again every time.My friends are also facing this problem. Last time when I raised this issue I got a reply that your problem has been resolved. Still this problem exists
1. 'Enter valid password' msg displayed for combination of capital,small alphabets,numeric & special characters but still same msg. But no helpline as to what's the password combination karvy expects. 2. A lot of secrect questions whether they are relevent or not to the user and all the secret questions are mandatory and no options set. 'login' should no doubt be secured but userfriendly. In this case it is so cumbersome and appears to reflect negativity that one should not open the gate at all.
Already I have reported many times through emails regarding the deficiency of this app. But there is no response from the firm. The stock graph is not up to money control graph. --- I gave a feedback for your app but you are diverting me to service@karvy. This is the way you are all functioning.
This upgrade is worst Its logout frequently. Login everytime is very irritating after enfer password and security question. Please increase session time like before. Due to frequent logout i was not able to do few transactions and results into loss.
This trading app is sheer brilliance. Trust me i am not hiping things up. I have tried various other trading application like axis direct, eureka, icici,etc and i agree that these are simple and user friendly but the data provided and the whole layout of this karvy app is just exceptional and this is way better than other stock apps such as Moneycontrol, stock note, etc. Great simply great work guys. Keep it up and all the best!
Interruption is biggest problem. Once it stop working it take long time to work or login again. Many of the time it stop working in peak time and gave lose. Other than this, app is vary good in operate.
In current version i faces mind volting issue whenever i open chart of any stock screen view become too small and & function not work properly it is too irritating so please resolve the issue, if people not able to view chart properly the this app just a garbage, & bttr way to move to other broker
As I am fully familiar with the app. I enjoy it and gain too. It's very easy. But I need one thing more. Please do it. Add a feature to notify on execution of the order. It'll be wonderful with this feature. Means when an order execute, system must bring it in the notice of user.
nice experience on the app but you can make it more better and user friendly Login is is not handy and needs improvement asking security questions repeatedly on every login is very disturbing Asking for login again and again is also not a good thing make the login just one tap by enabling finger print login or one tap password kindly let the person remain logged in at least when someone is trading lot of Bugs and app is very slow during market opening and closing time needs a lot of improvement
Worst app. Worst agency. No customer support. Always busy or stalling. Mostly they are expert in transferring calls from one executive to another without any help.
The investment summary shows no stocks. The portfolio shows no stocks. Seems their is a fault in the application. The customer care says their "Might" be a system upgrade. No precise resolution. Kindly help resolve queries to keep the customer base.
It doesn't work on my android one plus 7 pro. It just shows the logo and the app does not open. After i uninstall and install again it works for 5-10 minutes only.Till.date no action is taken and no resolution is provided to me.I posted this last month too.
This app is made by some inexperience programmer. Let me list out some of the most dangerious errors.... 1. the Notifications are not shown in the app properly with time line 2. recomondatations are not arranged in timing manner, means if the msg came at 9.15 am is shown after the msg came @ 10.15 am. so before tradding u must ensure yourself to read all the msg from start to end. 3. Dont try to login when Internet is not available, or ur account will be blocked.
This app is worse than my old broom. Have tried to install it on almost 4 android phones. doesn't work on any. then tried it on iOS and that seemed to work for some time and then that too stopped working. I wonder why such a big company doesn't take good care of its customers!?
The FNO portfolio in dashboard is not being updated on a daily basis. I am an existing user and this problem is probably because the back office is not updating it. This makes it very difficult for a FNO trader to make trading decisions. Kindly look onto this. A reply will be solicited.
On click of my portfolio, it always shows no internet connection. I sm trying this from past 3 months. Even after updating the app, this main feature doesn't work.
Very poor user friendly app There is even no option for thier recommendations on dashboard. How can anyone know what and when you are sending where situation changing in seconds. As a corporate membership I have taken very disappointed now. Please highlight your recommendation by research team on dashboard as notification with pop up so that people can utilise that.
