Great app, prices don't increase exponentially during rush hours like Uber. But sometimes the drivers just ignore your booking and never come, and booking during rush hours are rarely accepted. Hopefully more taxis will be made available for online booking and drivers are trained well to follow booking. Perfect otherwise.

This app is very inconvenient. You should make it easier to cancel the booking and also the booking is very difficult. feature shows to right bottom where normal mobile backward button is. That makes it stressfull

Used to work great, but after yesterday's update, the app keeps crashing when I try to add a promo code. Kindly fix :-).

Never ever use this app. They can just charge you different amount as big as the travelling fare and do not refund you with 100 of invalid reason. Go for uber or other choice but try not to use them.

I had a driver who didn't know how to navigate, I ended up doing the navigation for this driver. Instead of paying the original fare which was QAR11, I ended up having to pay QAR70 because the driver didn't know where he was going. If I hadn't used my own Google maps, I would have never arrived home. The driver still demanded full fare of QAR70. I put in a complaint and called Karwa more than 5 times. Every time they say we will call you back about it and never do. I will expose them in papers.

This app is irrelevant and of no use to people. This should be removed from the app store. The drivers are not coming to pick up even though user books and waits for the ride. Just wasting the time of people and driver can cancel or complete the ride without even picking the customer. Mostly the driver doesn't even show the curtousy to at least inform the customer that he has picked up another customer or cancelling the ride. I don't understand what's the use of this app? I used only once and had a terrible experience. I'm gonna never, ever use it. Booked the ride and driver picked someone else and doesn't even pick my call. It costed me my 25 minutes in the morning while going to office. I wanted to give zero rating, but I didn't see that option here and hence I'm giving 1 rating

I use the app daily & but i must say that the way of booking the car is very bad. If i books a cab from 6:45am to 7:15am, it is taking a long time to find the ride and finds it from a very long distance. I am booking a cab for something urgent and you guys make the situation worse. Kindly look into the issue. Because of this issue i am using UBER for the morning trips now. Which works better. Karwa needs improvement.

App loses the taxi info when you booked and don't kepe the app running on top of all apps. Also very poor driver training, many drivers lost in doha and the app doesn't show them good directions. In about third of the cases bad route choice, delays, difficulty finding the address.

Very bad app as it keeps canceling bookings automatically and on top of that it charges us with cancellation fees. You've got also a very unprofessional customer service. Your call center agent claims that this app is PERFECT and that our complaints are pointless even without investigating or listening. He just kept sounding bored and angery. What kind of service is that! I hope you soon will get a real market competitor that pushes you out of business for good.

Cancellation must incorporated in this apps. I have an incident when the driver took different passenger, the deiver don't know to cancel nor did I. In short, I waited and took different car, i was so late that day. The map must be updated though. Overall all, i am a satisfied customer yet i would appreciate if those features are available

very nice updated version, accurate and has options, very easy to use and user friendly, it has been a while since I used it. the one thing still missing is the credit cards payment, they should do it very soon. Can you tell me how I can participate in credit card option

One of the worst app. Firstly Taxi is never available and if available the driver doesn't comes and doesn't inform. Two times the driver didn't reach and the ride was cancelled without any information. If I call the driver he doesn't answer the phone and switches off the phone. The call center people are also clueless.

This app is extremely unreliable, what's the point of it telling me that the car is 3mins away before I order only for it to tell "we couldn't find I ride"? Or when I do order but the app keeps on glitching. If cars aren't available then just say that from the beginning. But before I order I can see that there are cars around me, but somehow non of them are available? Why are they on the map thing then? I gave it 2 stars because when it DOES work its good, but most of the time it doesn't

I was truly impressed with the new Accessible Taxi service commenced by Karwa. The app needs a little getting used to but apart from this the vehicle, the service, the dedication to transport a physically challenged passenger is truly commendable. Not forgetting the cost of the service is extremely reasonable.

Quick assignment of a car. Safe and reliable since all drivers are in uniform. You receive a text message when a driver is assigned, as well as when you car arrives. After the trip, you receive an email with your e-bill.

Every time I order a taxi they allways take alot of time (more than 10 or 15 minutes) and this makes me cancel the ride avery time

I can't use the app from the first basic step!! When I try to use my non-Qatar mobile number to register, it doesn't send me the sms for the confirmation. I've sent an email to the support 2 days ago but they didn't respond. I've read the other bad evaluations. If you're not going to give a support, why you are replying the bad scores with "send an email to support"? Support doesn't support 😪 I'll switch to Uber/Kareem, at least I can get a help whenever I need it. I'll uninstall the app now..

The app is great and it was the reason to use Karwa service, however it could be an advantage if there is a field for the address code "building - street - zone" this field could be felt even manual or by snap/scan the buildings plate number.... good luck

Could you plz ask your developer to stop 'downgrading' the app? Really .. i do appreciate his sincere attempts to update it but he doesnt seem to be too good at it .. app doesnt notify u that a driver is assigned .. most of my recent trips had to be cancelled cause the app keeps looking 4 mins 4 a taxi n cant find one! Now with the latest update: connection times out!!!! U cant get a driving license n you cant even get a taxi!!!
