It's not good at all. Yes! The good thing is freed ride from the metrolink to metro station, But the problem is if there's no data or WiFi you can't be able to ride it because it's showing that ERROR because there's no DATA. How about the other people who wants to ride it. But they cannot. Because they don't have DATA (INTERNET) nor they don't know how to used it. Even if they know how to used, But not all people they can provide to purchase the hala charge or data all the time
It was not opening or showing the code, only loading and loading. And when I logged out and trying to log back in its the same, only loading. Tried to uninstall and reinstall its the same. It just keep reloading.
Application not working. I hv been trying to log in but can't. I tried clearly cache, uninstall, reinstall but nothing works. All functionalities of the app have stopped working since almost last 10 days.
If this has to work, the buses need to be equipped with wifi. I don't have enough of a data plan to wait for the device to read the code on my phone.
This application become unusable more frequent. Kept loading for minutes until it stuck. Developers, please solve this else will surely impact your reputation
App was okay until it forgets who you are for the next week. I just hope someone actually fixes this application cause right now it seems messy.

After update app again cannot login can't receive opt. I don't know who is the developer of this app don't know there work properly
App is good. Gives every detail. Commuting is easy with this app. But the only problem is unavailability of online recharging of the smartcard. It shows as the feature is coming soon. But it is quintessential feature. Please make it available soon. I couldn't find any alternative online recharge methods. So recharging online via app is very important. Sometimes bus skips routes, so not entirely reliable service. Pity that there is poor online customer support facilities.
So apparently when i try to use the app it shows old information. By that i mean it doesn't update the information on the current existing bus routes. It also does not show text properly. Like for most of the text show the first few initials and then a hyphen. eg: Lan-, Rou-, Announce-, etc... Also the app seems to be broken on my phone, i thought it might be a problem for others but it seems completely functional on my friend's phone. I own a OnePlus 3 so please try to get this patched.

Hi Team, Please work on this App , I tried to login from the morning but I couldn't, I am facing this issue today.. I am not able to check Balance. Not able to recharge through online. Unistalled and re installed, but not able to login. I boarded on HMC it showed as insufficient credit but I do have a Balnce, then recharged at MOQ at Ooredo, but Even after that I faced the same issue as Insufficient Credit.. The entire plan and schedule of today got messed up.
I've been using this app every day for the past 1,5 years. All works well, but lately bus 737 is not seen when I select Hamad Airport as final destination. Please fix it.
Extremely slow app. Trying to find Metrolink route and bus status. Doesn't even loaded in over 15 minutes. Things keep getting worse. With the Android 10 update the swipe up to home does not work. You can't exit the app coz of that and are stuck. Have to restart the device to be able to use the phone.
I am using this app to travel for last 2 weeks... 2 times my qr code was not reading. so the driver was arrogant and didnot allow me to travel to my destination he was not ready to provide any alternative way to pay the money for travel.. so i had to find another option to travelso i would say this app is not trust worthy.... I wouod give 0*

Very complicated or difficult to navigate. And the timing of every hour is unclear. I was waiting for 737 on the scheduled time and m11 can on the exact timing. Please make it more user-friendly.
It is indeed a good app but not all the time because It sometimes doesn't show where are the buses (in all buses) when I checked. Many times it happens and we cannot wait 30 mins outside in this summer season. This needs an improvement. :((
I have been using this app daily for the past two months to check the bus timings. I have tried to recharge using this app for 4 times and it was successful only once. I have lost 30 riyals due to this. Despite of complaining the same many times, there is no response. So please don’t use this app for payment purpose, it’s a waste.
The metrolink e-ticket should be made available for those who don't have mobile data or pocket Wi-Fi. It is such an inconvenience. Another issue is there is no real time update on the change of bus routes whenever a road is closed or diverted due to construction..you end up wasting time waiting for a bus that already passed using a different route. My main area of concern is Matar Qadeem, busses 121 and 122.
