Really easy app to use for viewing accounts, transferring cash, etc. The only really issue is that the app crashes occasionally and sometimes won't even open.
Been using this app for years! App worked great until today! Today a message pops up that states "App has violated security policies and will be shut down." I have uninstalled it, restarted my phone and reinstalled it. Still getting the same message.
Until recently, this app would have been 5 stars. However, lately, since the recent update, the app will either just sit on the start-up screen or not load at all. Please fix the app!!!!!! 3/8/22 - Here we go again. Was working fine again, I did another update a couple weeks ago, and now the app doesn't work.... Again! This is so frustrating!
This app hardly ever works. I've been trying to get on for a week now and I've had zero luck. Worst banking app ever
Updated app now it's saying it won't open because I'm not connected to the internet when I have internet plus wifi and still won't open
I click on the app and within 4 seconds it crashes. It's like the last 4 months it's been nothing but buggy and slow and now It won't even open.
Very useful, especially while we are experiencing the Coronavirus Quarantine! It is a good App when it works! I have tried to use it for two months now and it continues to close out when I have tried to access it! I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success! I have reported the issue and it is still not resolved! It is very frustrating!! No more remote depositing available to me!!
Klunky. I keep sliding the button for fingerprint login and as soon as I leave that page, it reverts to not slid (not selected) I have it checked on the login screen to save username - it doesn't. I have to call the bank to increase the limit every time I want to make a mobile check deposit - a limit on a DEPOSIT! They are a small bank - their app is nothing compared to those of larger banks. I hope they provide some kind of stellar service to offset this! We'll see! TC
ABSOLUTELY USELESS! A message appears for a length of time too short to read it. After several attempts, I see that it says something about turning off Android Debugging. Even if I knew how to do that, it sounds like something I would NOT want to do. PLEASE fix the app! It USED to be very helpful. Until this happened several months ago, I would've given it 5 stars.

Was a good app but after a couple days it wouldn't open. Starts to open then shuts down. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didn't work.
It usually works well. But on a trip, early last Wednesday evening, my debit card was denied and the app didn't accept my password. Phone service was not available until 8 the next morning. I kept trying and was able to sign in and view my balance but not until after 1 AM. A 24 hour emergency call service seems necessary.
Long time customer. I've been using the mobile app since the day it was released. I rely HEAVILY on being able to check my transactions DAILY. It's been WEEKS since this last update screwed it up for Android users (Believe it or not, half the population is Android users). I can understand having to wait for another update, but a month is pretty unacceptable to not have access to my mobile banking app. This isn't social media or a game I play when I'm bored. When is this issue going to be fixed?
Very easy to use, very few issues!!
Be very cautious with the mobile deposit. Sometimes it takes a few days for the deposit to process, and you always have to check to see if it went through. On occasion I've made deposits and for some reason it doesn't go through and there is no notification that it didn't go through. It is not reliable enough to use without double or triple checking.
I love the convenience of the app. Several times the app has malfunctioned whereby it has a "dead" screen not allowing me to access the icons. Maybe its my phone. Not sure.
Very simple to use and extremely convenient.
I hae uninstaller, reinstalled, rebooted and so far I have no access into this app. Frustrated. There is only one app available for download. The repeated advice to update to new app isn't working.
Would recommend this app! I love being able to deposit checks from my phone and not having to go to the bank to do it. Never had any issues with it.
Good solid bank app. Shouldn't have to reenter password after its entered initially. Only dislike I have with it.
The newly released version will not open on my phone. I do most of my banking this way....so sad it's no longer an option. In theory, the app was updated in August. It still will not work !
App works only on 1 of my phones. Also on the phone which doesn't work with the app, it also doesn't allow access via your web site.
I use this mobile app just about everyday and now with this new upgrade the app won't open!!! So totally disappointed!! Fix this so it will work!!!! We should be able to give you zero stars for this app!!! Until you fix this issue I do NOT recommend this app 😒
The app will not open. Just gives me an error message with out asking for username or password. I called for help they had me reinstall the app. It didnt help. THEN TOLD ME THEY COULDNT HELP!
I cant take a picture of my checks to deposite them into my account, there is no option for "Deposite." I cant seem to find the settings to change that either.
Haven't been able to open this app for 2 days. I called the bank and asked for mobile banking on my lunch break and got a general voice-mail.
Fix your damn app, whenever i try to log in and i put the stuff in correctly, and it jjust won't let me log in even if i put my password in correctly.
App closes immediately after launching. Apparently this has been an issue for some time now, any plans to actually resolve the problem?
It would be great other than you cannot write a memo on your check.
I'm getting the same issue as many other reviews with the stupid white screen until it goes back to my home screen, not even giving me the message anymore asking to wait or send feedback. I've removed the app several times, powered off my phone, turned it back on, installed the app, only to get the same white screen result. Don't know what kind of update was done on 3/17 but it didn't work. Please fix!
