Developera may try to put a simple, user friendly interface. Many a times user doesn't know where to look.
No words to describe how worst is this app. Why this app required. Due to this unable to login to Email. Always show "unfortunately could not connect, please contact support" very very very worst app. Worst experience. Not eligible for single star also.
Very confusing and boggy app. Most of the times it shows unsuccessful and please contact admin.
I had bitter experience with this app. It is highly difficult to open this app which depends on my luck and fate. It is a great success if I could open it instantaneously, because I am trying to open it since one week. But, could not succeed. As such I can't rate you even with one star.
Unable to Login. Kavach not allowed me to Login in to my id. Every time time out and maintenance message appears while i m trying to login.
The last setup was good when all mail ids were on the same page. Otherwise no issues.
Seems like developers have forgotten about any update for Android 11 and above users. It keeps force closing and is practically useless for me. I've no idea why there are no checks and balances in place.
My kavach app was not working so I tried reinstalling it but now it's now allowing me to login either. Giving error device limit exceeded even though I am using it on one device only. Not even able to check my emails.
Auto crashing on Android 12. Absolutely useless and kavach is basically mandatory for signing into gov/nic email. Please make it compatible with Android 12
Every time I try to open the application to register my mail id, it crashes in my new phone and so not able to open my nic mail from last few days.
This app is not running on my device. It keeps stopping immediately after opening the app. My device info : Samsung Galaxy M51 Android 11

Service light not working with notifications.
No device is registered now, yet it is showing device limit exceeded. Its showing error message even if notification was received but not able to login to account. Further i uninstalled it feom all devices i was trying to login with but still does not work. The service guys are still working on the issue. Still not able to login and it costs to the govt. The app needs to be rebuilt, minor bug fixes are not working it needs considerable amount of change to become at least useful.
Since it is mandatort, you cant avoid it. It does its work without any issues.
This does not produce sound when any notification arrives in my mobile i.e. realme 7

Third class application Every time when I tried to login in to kavach it rejects stating maximum limits exceeded. Talked to customer care executive he told me that try to login through desktop or through laptops. In the recent scenario where everything is available on mobile. Very disappointed with this app.
I have seen lot of reviews which are not correct. This app is for NIC email users. Basucally Government users. I have been using this app for last many months. It works every time flawlessly. Just suffic code generated to the password.
Don't know what is the utility of this app and also after the last update I am not getting any notification in form of sound and vibration.
Please urgently update the software for latest Android version. It is not working in new version and UI. Waiting for your early action.

Results only in delaying login. And most of the time, it's not possible to login from mobile. Keeps on showing update 4.4 but on clicking the update icon, the same open and uninstall message appears instead of updating. And there is no option of continuing with the previous version .
Worst experience while working with this KAVACH app. This app only works with android version 8 and above, whereas it is not possible that every employee have latest version mobile. Kindly fix this issue and start OTP based security features so that every individual can easily access their NIC email.
This app doesn't work at all. Every time I login and enter the OTP message it says device limit exceeded. I am unable to use it at all. There js no provision to remove other devices. I request develpers to improve this as soon as possible.
Very bad experience. Download is very critical not being downloaded even it is taking lot of time. It should be less than zero star if possible. Access is to only one device. Mail service is very poor. If we have downloaded it at your home computer you have to accept notification at your home even if you are in office. Very bad!!
Force closing for Android 11. Kindly fix the issue. We are unable to use it for mails.
Dear friends there is no problem with tbis app. The only thing is that it works on Android 8 or above version. But this is a strange thing. Everyone does not have a latest mobile phone. Moreover the developer should have mentioned it in the app introduction. This lead to great inconvenience to users.
1.Unable to login to mail 2.otp is getting updated for every 30 secs. But don't know where to use it. 3. Unable to configure imap in mobile 4. Accept deny notification is coming if open the mail from browser but not processing accept request. 5. How to use kavach document doesn't cover the other details which I have mentioned in above points
